I am so appreciative that Windy Brow has a vegan cheese option, so I could be included! I got the Margherita pizza and subbed vegan cheese. The crust and dough were incredible - so fluffy, perfectly crispy, amazing thick crust. The vegan cheese was also great, and the sauce too. Just a perfect pizza. My dad got a regular Margherita and loved it, and my mom got the fungi pizza with mushrooms and was raving about it. My boyfriend got the pig and fig and (of course) loved it as well. We all raved to each other about how amazing everything was. For a farm to do something like this when they don't need to, shows that they love what they do! You can really feel the love in the pizza. We then got ice cream after since the ice cream stand was still open. I got the vegan dark chocolate sea salt (literally incredible, perfect consistency, I love hard ice cream so this was amazing), my boyfriend got Madagascar vanilla and said it was a perfect classic vanilla, my dad said the cherry vanilla was the best he's ever had, and my mom who doesn't love ice cream got the lemon blueberry butter cake and was raving about it. It was very busy when we got there, but they had three employees working between the walk-up window and the inside counter, so the line kept moving. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside, which made it easy for our group to find places to sit and enjoy our ice cream. Even with the crowd, the staff did a good job keeping up with the orders and everything moved along efficiently. If you're looking for a classic spot to grab some ice cream on a warm evening, Gronsky's is definitely worth a stop.

My husband had a coffee and gave it his full approval, which says a lot since we're used to bringing back premium coffee beans and chocolate from Cartagena, Colombia during his business trips.
