I've driven by this food truck countless times and there's always been a line, but it's gotten even crazier since TikTok blew it up. I came early and still waited about 20-30 minutes before placing my order, but honestly, the wait didn't even feel that bad. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the wait in line a no sweat. While everyone was waiting, they handed out free fries with their homemade sauce, which was such a nice surprise! They also passed out bottles of cold water and even let parents with young kids order first. It's little gestures like these that really show they care about their customers and their community. The chimichurri and all of their sauces are made fresh daily, and you can definitely taste the difference--they're absolutely delicious!!
