Zois Pizza became well-known for their Greek-style pizza which is cooked in pans. Tzepos' brother Nick also operated pizzerias throughout Connecticut's Naugatuck Valley. The last pizzeria he ran before his retirement was Oxford Pizza Palace, which is currently operated by his son John. Zois Pizza is and has always been a family-run establishment. Zois' son Jim Tzepos has been running the day to day operations since the early 2000s, but Zois still pops in from time to time to make some pies.
