A large inventory of beautiful cars! Excellent customer service. The service department is immaculate. The Porsche experience is Prestigious!

Avoid this place at all cost! Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews but I literally have driving around with a check engine light on for more than 3 weeks now. My light first came on 3 weeks ago I have an extended warranty so I immediately called and set an appointment for my vehicle. They took my license and insurance and gave me a loaner, cool. A week went by and didn't hear anything so I called to check in they told me it needed a part that was covered and they were waiting for it to come in, perfect. Later that day the loaner car tire caught a flat and it was losing air fast. I called my advisor Zach and was told because I lived so far away and since they closed in 30min I should take it to my local repair person. So I call my local discount tire, the advisor there said "I'm sure you get roadside assistance, before you pay for a tow call Porsche roadside assistance". So I called back but the dealership was closed but one of the options was in fact roadside assistance. Why was this option not offered at all let alone called for me?! Roadside assistance came right out and put the donut on my vehicle. The next morning I call and ask to switch out the loaner. I was told there weren't anymore loaners but that they would call when one was available. I had the donut loaner for the next 2 WEEKS! My advisor Zach finally calls and says you can can pick up your vehicle tomorrow morning. Thank goodnes, so on the way to the dealership what happens?? The loaner Porsche with the donut with under 1000 miles cut out literally on the side street. I called a tow myself and took and uber to the dealership to get my car. I finally make it to the dealership and they pull my car around I get in and yup you guessed it THE ENGINE LIGHT IS STILL ON!! Are you kidding me?! They tell me they fixed my car and it's probably just a phantom light, they turn it off and tell me if it comes back on just bring it back in,at this point I'm already late to work so I say ok and go to work. 3 days later the light comes back same error message. I immediately bring it back and they tell me the light came on because I need an oil change because the oil is old in my car and the new part they installed is sticking. I JUST HAD AN OIL CHANGE! They tell me an oil change is $400 and they can do it same day. I told them they are absolutely crazy if they think I'm going to give them another red cent and my engine light has already been on for 3 weeks!! So I take it somewhere else to get the oil change and call the back to set up a time to get the loaner car because of course the light came back on after the oil change. They then tell me I have to wait another week for a loaner to be available. EXCUSE ME?! I did my due diligence and brought my car in AND the oil change after you clearly didn't fix my car in the first place and now you want me to ride around ANOTHER WEEK with this engine light on?! My advisor and manager said they couldn't do anything for me because they didn't have a loaner car available. So now I'm a month in my engine light is still on and I text my assist today the morning of my appointment to get a message that my number has been blocked!! Why I'm not sure, at this point I'm about to just take the lose at take my car to Porsche Dallas. This has been the worse experience of my life!! My husband died in January and usually handles these things so I'm sure they saw me coming from a mile away. what a horrible way to be treated! I work 2 jobs now and have 5 children I need a safe vehicle to drive and this dealership completely let me down!!

Had an amazing experience test driving the 2019 Macan at the Celebrate Macan and benefit Grace event. The Macan is a solid vehicle and drove very smoothly. It is very comfortable and has all the safety features you would want. Back seat is not huge but has heated option and vent/air controls. Enjoyed the event that benefited Grace everyone was so professional

Easier buy than I've ever had. They didn't haggle and do that back and forth crap. Straight up price, I gave them another number and they even got me a lower interest rate from my pre-approval!!! Aaron was awesome!!!

The smoothest car-buying experience I have had. I messaged the Sales Department for Porsche Grapevine after a sale fell through with another dealership because someone bought the car I was looking at before me. Looking for the new 2022 Macan and they have only arrived in limited supply at some dealerships. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mike McCalister on chat who provided me with all the relevant information and scheduled me in at my convenience. I was coming in from out of town and we spoke through text to make sure everything went smoothly at my arrival. Once I got there, Drew guided me through my test drive and made sure all of the paperwork was in order. They had an accommodating receptionist and Drew stayed completely attentive throughout the entire process. All of the paperwork was uploaded onto a flash drive. I went through the first orientation as this is my first Porsche as well. Going from BMW to Porsche, the driving experience is so different. It will be hard to go back. Needless to say, I walked out a very happy girl on New Years Eve with my 2022 Macan. Not too shabby from an 11pm chat the night before, then out the door by 4pm the next day. If you're on the market for a Porsche- this is the place to be! Thank you Mike and Drew!

For my first service visit, I went to a Dallas Porsche dealership that rhymes with "Shark Face".

First time was while they were at a Robson Ranch event and the fellow dismissed me and told me to have my husband come and speak to them rather than talk to me. Not only did that attitude belong in the early 1900s but I'm the financial source of funds for the cart so I don't need a husband to speak for me. Second time was today when we stopped in their Grapevine location, asked about a very specific four-forward on their site listed as available, were told they didn't have it and as we started to ask if they had another, the lady just picked up an inbound call and started talking to them rather than focusing on the customers literally standing in front of them. Their sense of entitlement and deep lack of respect for customers is absolutely the reason they are avoided by so many and have such a terrible reputation. Avoid at all costs until you want to be treated like dirt on the bottom of their shoe.

Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly and professional. They found the exact car I was looking for in short order (going to get it in 3-5 days). Very used car dealer vibes where they care more about the money than the customers needs. I had inquired about a certified pre-owned Acura, and stated a cash offer via email that was told "didn't seem unreasonable" when emailing back and forth prior to driving across DFW to see the car. It was only downhill from there A few specific things that stood out: I corresponded with Mike throughout the day and gave approximately 30 minutes' notice that I was on my way. Upon arrival, I waited roughly 30 minutes while the vehicle was located and the battery replaced. Given that I had clearly communicated my arrival time and the specific vehicle I was coming to see, this delay immediately made me question my decision to leave work early and drive from West Plano to Grapevine through DFW traffic. Most concerning were the aftermarket fees presented, which resulted in significant sticker shock and a feeling of deception--particularly after my stated cash offer had been described as reasonable the night before. I had also explained that, due to plans to relocate out of state, the Dealer Prep with Lux Membership (a whopping $2800 add on!) was unnecessary. I reiterated my all-in, out-the-door cash offer and was prepared to take possession of the vehicle if we could agree on that number. Instead of removing the Lux Membership, I was presented with a revised quote that removed my "down payment" and resulted in a higher total amount to be financed, followed by involvement from another sales representative asking how the dealership could earn my business. At that point, I felt unheard, unappreciated, and--quite frankly--treated as though I could be taken advantage of financially. Perhaps I am accustomed to a different caliber of customer experience, having previously done business with Park Place Volvo and Goodson Acura. My visit here felt no different than shopping at any other used car dealership in the DFW area, where the numbers seemed to matter more than the customer.
