Sales experience is good but avoid this dealership like the plague for service and parts. It has been the worst experience that I've have had with any brand. They will take 20 min to schedule an appointment and will tell you they don't provide loaners for first time customers. Additionally, if you want work done and ask for a quote they will never call you back. I also called them to set up my myporsche app. They told me to come in today and sales rep will set it up. I came in and they told me the set up guy is only in two days a week so they scheduled an appointment with set up guy. The set up guy comes in a few days later and tells me I need to call Porsche directly to do it. I'm shocked by how little they know, how much time of mine they have wasted and how it seems like they don't even want my service money. read more

On February 1st, 2025 I bought a used 2015 Porsche Panamera! On Monday, March 3rd, I decided to take it to Porsche Riverside, California for an inspection to check the condition of the car. The service advisor "Andre Duran" told me the inspection would be ready by Wednesday, March 5th, and I received a text with recommendations, one of which was to replace the right front air strut, which was leaking. On Saturday, March 8th, I called early to let him know I was on my way to pick up my car, and Andre told me that the car wasn't ready because the right front air strut broke during the inspection and that the car couldn't be driven. He said I could contact the manager on Monday. Today, Monday March 10th around noon I went to the dealer, and I spoke with the manager " Dan Tow" and the technician "Joe Van Der Elst" who did the inspection. The technician said it was bad luck that the incident happened during the inspection, and the manager "Dan Tow" confirmed that they were not responsible. They told me I would have to pay for the $5,033.08 repair or could take a tow truck to pick up my car. I drove the car in, and now I must pick it up with a tow truck. HORRIBE EXPERIENCE!!! We had no plans to buy a car that day - we really just wanted to understand differences in model years, features/specs, engine changes, and go for a test drive. We hadn't yet decided on a Macan as our next car and we were looking to compare it to some other options we were considering. We're car people. We've owned lots of different cars/brands in the past. We read and watch reviews. We like to do our research and due diligence before making a car purchase. Josh Vigil was great. We pulled in and he came over to chat, asking if we had questions. We did. And he answered all of them. He didn't talk down to me (as a woman) or pressure us - just spoke like a regular person. He didn't try to become our best friend (which we've experienced at other places - and it's annoying) - he was just an honest, straight-forward guy who walked us around the cars and explained the spec and feature differences between the ones we were looking at. We told him up front that we were not ready to purchase, but we did end up test-driving one that we really liked and had the specs we wanted. He asked us if there was a way we would purchase that day - and then he left us to discuss. I hate when salespeople crowd you - he didn't do that. No pressure. After a year, I'm still not over my experience with John Beech and Porsche Riverside. Drove two hours on a Sunday to look at a fantastic PTS Maritime Blue 991.2 Turbo, spoke with John, along with a test drive. I loved the car, and at the end of that endeavor was told that I couldn't put down a deposit to hold it for the evening, as I'd like to have my financing completed on Monday when the banks are open. Was told specifically by John that it wouldn't be sold, and that I should contact him as soon as I had my paperwork complete and ready to purchase on Monday. Turns out, you can't trust the man by his word. Had my work completed, and called him to finalize the transaction the next day, and logged onto Cargurus, and saw that the listing was pulled.
