Absolutely loved my experience here. I e drove from sf to this location because they had a 2022 pretty loaded up Lexus es350 that we just had to have. My bf spoke to James who scheduled us an appt to have he car ready to view. After journalist 2 hour drive we saw the car parked right up front so we went straight to it to check it out. A sales rep came out almost immediately to introduce himself and ask if we needed any help. We asked for James and he took us straight to him. We went to test drive on Sunday and Beau Cotter spent 3 hours with us. We test drove, went over how to order a vehicle if we wanted and a bunch of other things. He never once pressured us. My Porsche Panamera e-Hybrid suffered a complete hybrid battery failure about 4k miles outside of warranty. Louie DeBelle, service manager, went above and beyond the call of duty to advocate on my behalf with Porsche North America, and Niello management to get nearly all of the $15k repair costs covered despite being out of warranty. This is not the first such experience I have had with Niello Porsche. Many years ago, my Cayenne Turbo suffered from cracked cooling pipes out of warranty and PNA/Niello elected to complete 100% of the repairs at no cost to me. Porsche has an excellent track record of taking care of the original owners of their cars. I feel compelled to share my recent experience with the Niello Porsche Rocklin dealership, as it was one of the most disheartening encounters I've ever had when attempting to purchase a car. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed by this dealership is completely unacceptable and left me in shock. After researching extensively and finding a car that met our families' requirements, my family and I eagerly visited Niello Porsche, with the intention of finalizing a purchase. However, what should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a nightmare due to the managers behavior and actions. From the moment we stepped onto the lot, it was evident that customer service was not a priority for Niello. The sales staff appeared disinterested and treated us with a dismissive attitude. We drove two hours to this dealership to buy the car and the salesmen texted us saying it was going into detail about an hour before we arrived. We inquired about the car whereabouts after our long car ride that we intended to buy. The dealership informed us that it had been sold, despite our previous discussions and the assurance that it would be available for purchase. The utter lack of transparency and accountability was astounding. We were left feeling deceived and manipulated, as if our time and interest in the vehicle were inconsequential to them. Instead of apologizing for the miscommunication or attempting to rectify the situation, the staff members displayed an astonishing level of rudeness. They were dismissive, unsympathetic, and even had the audacity to insinuate that it was our fault for not acting quickly enough. This kind of treatment is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to potential customers. Not to mention my husband and I have bought three Porches and four range rovers from Niello in the past and have always been treated with kindness - unlike this horrible encounter. I bought a 911 on oct 8, and we are at jan 16, and I still have not received the title or plates to the vehicle. We have called numerous times and all i get it was an out of state car from nevada and not sure why, I have bought cars before from dealers in california on out of state vehicles and always got plates and title in aprox 30 days. They promise to call back and never due, now the paper plates are expired and all i get is if you get stopped just show them the paper in the window and you should be ok. Have always had great service from Neillo until my last visit. Was told parts needed to be ordered from Germany ok I get that. Was told it would be approx 2 months. Asked to be put on the list for a loaner car. Communication was hit or miss. After 2 months without my car took an Uber to pick it up. Didn't make it home without it giving me a low coolant warning. Temp gauge went to redline. Stopped immediately and called service. Was told to just add water but not until it cooled off for a few hours. I did and the temp gauge kept going to redline and then back to normal. Called again and was told it's fine to drive it's just being "temperamental ". Told them this was not ok and I was not going to drive it. Told them I'd already been without the car for 2 months and needed a loaner. Was given an appointment for 6 weeks out.
