Unacceptable service and a complete lack of integrity. I brought my GMC Sierra in for a mechanical vacuum pump replacement under warranty. Shortly after returning home, I noticed oil dripping off the skid plate and onto the ground. Concerned about a potential issue with the repair, I had to return to the dealership to ensure it wasn't a live leak. This was after they already had the vehicle all day. I dealt directly with a customer service manager, Ken Baugh. Instead of actually fixing the issue, Ken chose to lie to my face and show me fake pictures to move me along and cover up sloppy workmanship. He specifically blamed a "pad" on the skid plate that supposedly hadn't been cleaned completely. After dropping and cleaning the skid plate myself today, I discovered that Ken had shown me a photo of a completely different vehicle--my truck does not have any padding on the skid plate. I ultimately had to crawl under the truck myself to verify the integrity of the repair. What I found was a complete mess. Below the area of the replaced vacuum pump, the differential housing and the skid plate were absolutely filthy with leftover oil. Worse yet, the technician had left the skid plate bolts loose. This was the state of the vehicle after "two cleanings"--supposedly one at the completion of the job and a second when I returned to the shop with an oil leak. When you go to a dealership for repairs, you expect professional service and basic honesty. Instead, I got a manager who fakes documentation to dismiss a customer's legitimate concerns and a technician who can't even torque down a skid plate or clean up after themselves. I had to spend my own time under the truck cleaning up their mess and tightening their loose hardware. I have zero trust in this dealer or their service department. Avoid at all costs. read more

They should be called Un-Reliable Buick. Took car in for a simple oil change nothing else (bypassed points inspection, tire rotation). Waited 1.5 hours. Didn't know all techs go to lunch at noon. Spoke to 2 service advisors who were supposed notify service manager that was only to receive oil change. Manager did not receive message as he was going to hold onto my vehicle even longer. Service advisors too busy B.S. near waiting area. Mainly Samantha Rugne. She should be cashier, not advisor. Totally unprofessional. She tried apologizing upon my departure but it was fake. Will not return. Going to one of my 2 other dealerships that are far better. Yikes!! read more

Brought my 2021 GMC 2500 HD in for an ongoing transmission issue where the transmission shakes and shutters. The first time it was brought in there was a software update that was supposed to take care of that issue. Then I brought the truck in again for a recall for the rear wheels potentially locking up, then I brought the truck back for a third time because the shaking and shattering of the transmission was still inherent, but they told me there was nothing they could do that that my transmission already had the update, but when I left, they didn't give me any paperwork that I had come in expressing the complaint that the transmission was still shaking and shuttering, and I have made numerous attempts to get paperwork stating I was in to report the issue and there was nothing they could do, but they are not returning any of my calls or emails or texts. As a consumer I feel it is very important to keep records of my vehicle which they are apparently unwilling to provide to show at the very least that brought the vehicle in with concerns, but they could do nothing about it. On 2/14/26 I tried to buy a truck they had on sale. We agreed on the price. I qualify for the first responders discount but they couldn't pull it up and General Motors was closed on the weekend. They told me I would have to come back Monday. I went home and then called at 6:00 pm talked to Ryan. I told him I wanted to buy the truck right now on line. He told me I have to come to the dealership to buy it. I said I would be there at 9 Am. Ryan called an hour later and said he sold the truck. I looked at their website, it says you can buy on line and they will even deliver. Very shady dealership. I went back the next day and talked to Daryl the sales guy. Just run away from this dealer. Worst service department that always acts inconvenienced that they have customers and want to charge you for services your warranty covers. Went in for a check engine light on my brand new sierra. They refused to honor my warranty and diagnose the problem because my car has a light bar. They said my issues were from my lights without any actual diagnosis and little to no time spent. When I told them the lighting system was independent of the vehicle and not tied in to the car systems at all they told me if I paid them there hourly diagnostics fee, they would look into my issues. Given the rude welcoming at the service counter (the same rude service advisor I had for my free oil change) I realized this was not the place for me. The real kicker, the service rep said if I bought my truck from them, they would have taken better care of me. This was the first dealership I went to, and the only 1 of 4 locations that did not get back to me when I tried to get my sierra from them. Chevy right next store will do a much better job of servicing your truck, and not being rude the entire time. Scheduled an appointment with another dealer who was more than happy to look into my valid warranty issue and I suggest you do the same given all the other poor service comments. Good riddance to the dealer that is anything but reliable! For the record, my extended family has had the same experience at this dealer so this is how they like to operate. Might explain while they are so slow when the rest of the Automall is packed. read more

I loved this place when I bought my 2022 Yukon from them and before that when I bought my 2022 Acadia Denali. Yes my car has had its issues with recalls and such but that's out of their control. What pisses me off and why I'm giving them one star is because I had my car picked up with the VIP service and dropped back off the same way. It had to go in for another recall issue and airbag issue. After getting my car back you could clearly see something happened to the front end and the driver side tires. I called as soon as I noticed the damage and took it right over after work. The Rep was amazing very polite and apologetic however his supervisor was an A**hole! He had the nerve to tell me that I must have "leaned" against my car and it caused the damage and that my tires I must have driven in mud (only getting on the outside face of the driver side tires) He took zero responsibility, never even said sorry for the inconvenience. Very rude and disrespectful. You spend $100k on a Yukon at their lot and this is how you're treated. Never again! Shame on the service supervisor and shame on the technicians working on the cars. Just take responsibility we are all adults here. I no longer trust this dealership and would never recommend them to anyone. read more

LOVE my 2021 GMC Yukon. Unfortunately, the service department here has ruined my trust in this brand. I brought my car here about 6 months ago and had an appointment. I dropped it off the day before so they had it at opening. I couldn't get a hold of my service advisor and tried multiple times throughout the day. I finally went over to the dealer after work around 4pm and they hadn't even looked at my car. All it needed was an oil change and to check on two noises. They knew I was angry and did the oil change immediately, but did not take a look at the noises which was my primary reason for making the appointment. Fast forward to today. I had an appointment scheduled and again dropped the car off the night before. The service advisor called this morning to confirm why it was there. This is the same advisor I spoke with when booking my appointment and we went over all my concerns with the car. She decided this morning to tell me that it was going to be $952 just to diagnose the problem! These are very minor items that include the passenger visor making noise, the car constantly saying my key fob needs a battery (ongoing issue since I bought it new), lift gate having trouble opening, and driver's side view mirror defroster not working. I expressed my frustration saying that information would have been nice to know before dropping my vehicle off. I would have never made the appointment! Needless to say, I picked up my car and will not be purchasing another GMC. I grew up with cars from this company but I will not be scammed into paying these astronomical prices for such a new car. read more

Rick in sales did not interact with us much, very short and disengaged from the start. I recommended this place to my friend as I HAD my Sierra 1500 serviced here. I won't anymore though! Hesitantly Rick allowed us to drive the 5.3 SLT but when I asked him for the 6.2 model he jumped into "wait how much do you want to pay?" As if my friend couldn't afford it. That was the deal breaker and left right after that. Without sitting down or letting us get into a dialogue he said "you are not even in the ball park" when we mentioned numbers and budget. No arguments no fuss we simply drove off. Chevy was right next door... In all honesty the experience was superior by far! Unlike GMC they treated us with hospitality and took the time. We test drove and checked out several trucks and trim models. They were helpful and patient with us the entire time -From the sale rep down to signing they treated us like valued customers. -See photos of new truck The last straw for me was last week with my Service advisor, Ken. I brought in my truck for an AC issue and paid the diagnostic. Since Friday I've been calling and left a voicemail for a quote and breakdown on the estimate. AS OF TODAY NO EMAIL OR CALL BACK! So I have mixed feelings with this dealership. There was good and definitely some bad. Let me explain. The wife was wanting to buy me a truck. She found the blue truck we wanted at Reliable GMC. She communicated with Gary and finally struck a deal. I know what truck I wanted, we had the financing already approved through our bank. We drove the hour and a half keeping Gary Informed of our locations as we got closer. When we got there, Gary rushes out and tells me to take the truck for a test drive. I told him I didn't need to since I know what the truck does and I have driven one already. He said I needed to take it out because someone else was trying to buy the blue truck. Now I was not happy. How do I drive an hour and half away to buy a truck and now I am competing for this truck. Not cool at all. After some time had passed, the other buyers chose a different truck. So now we are in Gary's office doing some paperwork. Guess what, we were not out of the woodworks. We just learned a different party just bought the blue truck I wanted. This has to be a dream. This can't be happening. How do I drive all this way and now the truck I wanted is gone. Total joke. We drove home without a new truck at night with my kids tired and grumpy. Thanks but no thanks Reliable. This is not how you do business. I get the fact that they're there to sell cars. My issue was I drove all the way there to leave without the truck I wanted. This was a total waste of about six hours of my life, wife and kids life. I was a buyer and not a looker. I came financed already. So the next day the wife communicates with Gary and she really wants to get me the truck I wanted. We finally got a white truck (originally the color we wanted due to the dust where I live but that blue was awesome). We drove there and spent a considerable amount of time at the dealership. I don't know why. Even Gary knew my patience was wearing thin. This should not have taken so long. So the part that seemed weird to me was all the questions I was asked. Almost like they didn't check the banking system (CUDL) to see we had financing. Always asking repeated questions. Was Gary a nice man, yes. Did he work to make a deal, yes. Did he give us the deal we wanted, yes. Be aware Reliable runs your credit report without asking. Total BS in my books. They had no right to run our credit when we had the financing already taken care of. I learned this after the fact. This could have jeopardized any future personal financial dealings like refinancing a home or anything financial due to a second credit check. I don't know if any actions could be taken against Reliable because we DID NOT give them permission to run our credit. So there you have it. Some good and some very bad at Reliable GMC. We left with a great truck with a great price but this was not an easy transaction to say the least. I think this transaction took about 9-10 hours in total. This includes my drive, time spent at the dealership. This post was not meant to bash the dealership or any employees. I am just telling the story how it unfolded. **UPDATE** I am amazed how Reliable takes their reviews seriously. After my review, the owner was quick to contact me. Pretty cool in my book. He said he would look into the issues. Not only did he look into the issues, his manager Jeremy also did. I can see Reliable doesn't want just a customer, they want a customer for life. I am totally about that. Reliable explained their system was not communicating between banks and said they ran my credit which actually gave me a better deal. I thought it was a typo but they said it gave me a better rate. We were approved for 3.74 through golden one but they (Reliable) got it at 3.64 with the same bank. I remember telling the finance manager it was a typo. Guess it was not. Better for me. I also failed to say that Reliable is first responder friendly. They never hesitated to provide the first responder discounts unlike another GMC dealership. Let me be clear. This review was to explain my truck buying experience. This could have been a total fluke where the truck gods wanted me to get the white truck and not the blue truck. Who knows. As I said in my review did Gary make this deal happen, without a doubt. He got us the truck and got us the great price. Would I return to Reliable, YES! As long as we don't have this same scenario happen. Haha read more

I was in the market to purchase a 2023 GMC Sierra Elevation. I went into the dealership to test dive the truck. I had been in touch with a few other dealerships for a similar truck that I was test driving. While browsing, I was approached by Sami Ayoub, who was very helpful and had the great customer service skills. Throughout the process of trying to negotiate numbers with Sami, after pulling my credit (under my understanding) the finance manager, Ryan Martin, who I had never met, comes up to my wife, my two year old and I and says, "we are closing in 30 mins". His tone and demeanor was rude and inconsiderate, he didn't even introduce himself. Then, he said the other dealer I was talking to was probably lying, which could be accurate, I am unaware. But I had given them authorization to run my credit and was willing to negotiate a deal with Sami. Ryan then mentions, he did not run my credit at all, and was waiting to head back from the other dealer who wasn't responding at the time. Which means my time was just wasted for 30 mins, even though I was willing to work with them to do a deal to leave with the truck. Unfortunately, because of how rude and inconsiderate Ryan was to me, I ended up purchasing the truck from Bonander GMC in Turlock (almost 2 hours away) later that week. Im not the type of person to get mad fast but the way I was treated by Ryan Martin, was rude and disrespectful and made me very angry. I left a message for Jeremy and was put in touch with Walt Barnes for one conversation to explain the situation but neither of them called me back. We brought in our GMC Denali a few days ago and was quoted a specific price for basic repair for battery replacement and oil change and to check for lights flickering and then ended up being charged for diagnostic of $195 which we were not informed and agreed upon with Ken the tech since he assured us we were covered under warranty . No communication with Ken to agree on the price of his charges at all and we get a fat bill! I'm very disappointed that they would intentionally cheat consumers this way just to make a few bucks.
