Even though the shoes didn't ring up with the price on the box, she make the adjustment without any issues. In addition, she was savvy enough to know how to make split a credit card payment when using one of those annoying Visa gift cards and a regular credit card. Off to the right you'll find a nice selection of handbags and a somewhat hidden checkout counter. You'll find name brand sunglasses, and a nice selection of workout clothes (don't miss the 70% off rack). Like any outlet store, you can be expected to to spend some time browsing the sale racks. But it's worth it, because I spotted a great blazer I would come back and purchase to wear with jeans. The coat selection is great. Though I don't want to think about coat shopping, this would be a good time to do it before the men's and women's coats are picked over. There is a men's section in the back. On to the shoes. If you're a woman size 8-8.5, I found that size to have the most variety. They have newer shoes, only slightly discounted, mixed with sale shoes. There is a pretty good variety here, nonetheless, so if you aren't in a hurry and know where to get stuff, you'll be good to go!

I was pleasantly surprised at how much more spacious and well-organized and clean this felt by comparison. They also have some higher end products that Rack doesn't sell in store, which is a perk for folks looking for those items. My return process was painless/the sales associate was efficient. I'll be back in a few days to do more returns because I have more things coming that I'll need to return, so I'm glad it was an easy experience today.
