Beatrice and Maria came to our home and did an amazing job! They arrived about 15/20 minutes late but got right to cleaning as soon as they got there and cleaned their butts off. Our family home is not big at all but we have animals so there was lots of hair and dust that needed to be taken care of. They were on their hands and knees scrubbing the floor, doors and walls. Really I am so impressed with their service and how amazing everything looked afterwards. I was charged an additional $75 I believe, because they stayed an hour longer than what we agreed on. I would have preferred they left at the time we agreed on and we would have been happy with how much they did because like I said they really killed it and did a fantastic job cleaning. I understand they were in the middle still and had their groove going though so next time will just need to stop the clock so that I am not charged extra again! These ladies are so thorough and work so hard. Beatrice always gets right back to me via text and my apartment is immaculate. Down to my coffee maker shining as if it were new and the inside of my microwave looking like it's never been used inside and out. It's insane to me that people can give a one star review on their service when they never used the service... only based on the website. Pick up a phone - send a text! Not to set an unrealistic president but yesterday my boyfriend came home at the 2 hour mark and they insisted on staying and "finishing" the job. They are absolutely proficient and start cleaning as soon as they walk in the door ( my apartment was just disgusting & their attention to detail takes time ). Sadly, I'm having to update my review from a glowing review to a poor review. My first experience as phenomenal with these guys for a move in cleaning on a new house. They did a great job so a month later when I didn't have time to finish my move out cleaning for my apartment, I reached out for some help. I'm a pretty reasonable person and I realized that I had a fairly tight window to get the job scheduled and completed. I also understand that we are all human and things happen, mistakes are made. I was still fine when the first day they were running late, and then they miscalculated traffic mid afternoon and had to reschedule. The part that came next is why I have to change my review and attempt to send out a warning to others in a similar situation where you need someone you can depend on to get the job done. After rescheduling to the very last time window I had available (I had scheduled the inspection to the afternoon of the same day when I originally scheduled the cleaning two days prior and thought it would be totally done), I show up thinking I'd be paying, and no one was there and the apartment was untouched. I contact them and there's a delayed response and "they should have been there, I'll check with the other crew" Then there was literally NO MORE RESPONSES after that. I checked in every two hours all day requesting updates and NOTHING. Crickets. Again, I understand things come up, but the worst thing you can do when things go wrong is to stop communicating. So, I already didn't have time to clean this apartment out AND they wasted all the time I had to find a service to help me. Livid. Do yourself a favor and find another cleaning service. read more

I was fortunate enough to have Beatrice and Maria clean my apartment from top to bottom upon my move out. These individuals did a flawless job getting things looking like brand new, including de-greasing my oven, scrubbing the refrigerator, cleaning each and every draw and cabinet until absolutely sparkling and sanitizing the bathrooms completely. They are professional, efficient, and really know what they're doing. At first glance I thought they did a wonderful job. My bathroom and kitchen looked amazing but the main point of focus was my daughters room and it seems as though they didn't even touch it. My floors look like they still haven't been vacuumed in weeks, my vacuum cleaner is broken and doesn't suck anything up which is a huge part of why we hired a cleaning service. My paper towels and hand soap in the bathroom also disappeared, which was slightly confusing to me. Anyways, I feel like my floors could have been vacuumed and my daughters room could have had a little more focus. read more
