I was wrong about that and ate about half of it before starting to get full. It was cooked very well and served with amazing mashed potatoes and some vegetables. I took the other half of the steak home and cooked it up with some eggs and biscuits the next morning...it was perfect. After another cocktail, we opted to split a tiramisu and it was delicious.
