We stopped in here for a quick dinner. Lots of parking available in the front, back or side. Located in the plaza with Dunkin' Donuts. There is inside seating, as well as outside patio seating. There was a nice bar area where you could also eat. Not that many tables inside but we did not have to wait. The restaurant is very clean and has great decor. They have a fireplace inside that was not lit because it wasn't cold outside. The staff was very friendly and greeted us upon our arrival and thanked us for coming when we left. They weren't very attentive at the table unfortunately. Nobody came to refill our water, which I thought was strange. The food was good. Basic pizza shop dishes, nothing over the top or crazy like all the new trendy restaurants. The chicken Parm pizza was very good. The Penne àlla Vodka and Meatball Grinder were also good. I really enjoyed the way they cut the grinder. They cut it on top to allow the thick part of the bread to be on the bottom. Wether chicken parm or meatball, the bread usually breaks. Not today, the bread stayed together and was tasty.

Extra sauce? Nope one sauce and over charged for extra sauce

Tried to send this to your contact us option on your website but that doesn't seem so be working. Wanted to go straight to you but now we're here. Delivery order not what I paid for... I order a calzone with extra mozzarella only because you have no option for extra ricotta cheese and specified I wanted extra ricotta. Last time I got charged for extra mozzarella and charged for extra ricotta with the same instructions. I also order extra sauce and did not receive that either. We love your establishment but the last 2 times we order has been just plane bad. After ordering multiple times before and getting exactly what we wanted I feel like the quality has gone down. I have picture I can send you if you want but we might not be coming back after the up charges and not receiving what we want.

Finally an Italian restaurant near us that did not disappoint. The food here is authentic Italian fare which coming from a very picky Italian is a big compliment. Drinks are delicious as well. They have happy hour on Saturday which you don't find often. Their eggplant rollatini is amazing as well as their mussels in Gorgonzola cream sauce. Tiramisu here is heavenly. Wait staff is professional and attentive. Small but friendly atmosphere that truly makes you feel like you're part of the family. Definitely a place you can visit regularly and always be pleased.

We finally were able to make it to the new location. The food is still as good as it was at the old place. Mussels marinara, linguine with clam sauce and especially the pasta burrata - all super. And it was good to see Kenny and Junior knocking out the pizzas

Oysters were very good, but the calamari came out cold and was very bland and overpriced. The aesthetics are solid for the establishment, and the entree was decent. Not a bad restaurant, but the service is a major downside and needs significant improvement.

Today was my first time at The Reserve, and I unfortunately have to agree with some of the Google…read morereviews. The food took quite a long time to come out. We started with a couple of drinks, which were very strong..maybe a little too strong. My sangria didn't taste like sangria at all, and I honestly couldn't tell what was in it. It didn't have any fruit, and I think vodka was added. We ordered the calamari and what was listed as hummus with pita. When it arrived, we noticed the "hummus" was actually spinach and artichoke dip. I had to ask about it since I have an allergy and wanted to make sure a certain ingredient wasn't included. We decided to keep it and I'm glad we did because it was absolutely delicious!! The calamari was just as good, if not better. Both appetizers were fantastic. For our entrée, we ordered the rigatoni to share. There was a bit of confusion, as our waitress (who was also the bartender) thought we wanted it packed to go, when we actually planned to eat it and then take the rest home. She quickly fixed it in the kitchen, so really no harm done. My only guess is that since we had been sitting with appetizers for quite a while, she may have assumed we were finished eating.. I mean it was a while. The pasta itself was cooked perfectly and the sauce was very good. However, it was topped with microgreens and cilantro which really threw me off! I've never had a pasta dish garnished with cilantro, especially instead of something more traditional like basil...? It felt like a strange choice and was a bit unappetizing for me. Overall, it was a very... odd... first experience. Would I give it another shot? Yes, but I think I'd wait a bit and hope things become more organized. I have to add it is beautiful inside. They have the cutest lights on the table. Appetizers: 10/10 Drinks: 3/10 Entrée: 5/10

The owners are so down to earth and know how to make a high quality drink!…read more The first time I came here was when they were pretty new and it's been busy ever since. They had a little booklet menu of at least a dozen espresso martini variations with high quality liquor and specialty liqueurs from multiple countries. If you're not a drinker and want a coffee in the morning, to catch up on work or meet some friends, this is still a cute place. They serve espresso drinks all day.

From my understanding, it is a Christmas "pop-up" called Miracle. Since we just showed up without reservations, we sat at the bar, which was totally fine with us. The bartenders were very nice and offered up some recommendations. It turned out, my friend had gone to a Miracle pop-up at another bar weeks before, but hadn't realized it. The space is cozy and was very nicely decorated. I ordered an espresso martini off of their regular menu and my friend ordered the Candy Cane Lane. We didn't order food since we had dinner plans after. Our bill was $37.00, plus the $6 we left for a tip. For two cocktails that were good, but not fantastic, that is a little steep in my opinion. If we each had a second cocktail, it would have been close to $100. It's a bar in Newtown, not the casino. Would I go back? I would, just not during the holidays, and maybe a special occasion.

This review is going to be a little different, so please read to the end…read more I arrived soon after they opened, and was told that the kitchen wasn't open quite yet, but that the cook was supposed to be in soon. Fine. I was in no particular hurry. I had a drink. Time passed...and passed...etc. Finally, just before I was going to pay for my drinks and leave, apparently the cook arrived, and the very nice lady behind the bar apologetically came to take my order. At this point, it would take even more time to go somewhere else so I ordered what the menu calls a Philly Cheese Steak, with onion rings. The food comes out and its unlike any other "Philly Cheese Steak" I've ever had before. Two things stood out. First, it was served not on a hoagie roll like every other cheesesteak in the world, but on a kaiser roll, so that when you pick it up, of course, everything falls out onto the plate. The second thing was the complete lack of taste. I did not know that meat, cheese, onions, and peppers could be so bland. Now, you might be asking, "After that, how can you give them 4 stars?". Here's why. When the very nice lady behind the bar came to ask how it was, I was honest...it was terrible. There was a man sitting at the bar, who I assume was the owner. She spoke to him and he came over and could not have been nicer. I don't know what issues he's dealing with in the kitchen, but he didn't seem to be surprised. He agreed with what I was saying, apologized profusely, and here's the kicker...he didn't charge me for anything. Not the food, not the drinks, nothing. When I protested and tried to pay for the drinks I would have had anyway, he refused. So...4 stars. I'm going to assume that they're going through a rough patch in the kitchen, but trying hard to fix things, and more than willing to make it right. I hope it works out for them.

My date and I had an 8:00 PM Valentine's Day reservation and arrived on time. We checked in with the hostess and were told our table would be ready "in a moment," which was totally fine. We stood and waited patiently. Shortly after, a white couple walked in behind us and told the hostess they technically had an 8:15 PM reservation but were told to come at 8:00. They were seated immediately. We looked at each other but didn't say anything -- we figured maybe they had something ready and ours was being turned over. Then another white couple came in with an 8:00 PM reservation and was also seated right away. At this point, we were still standing there. No update. No explanation. No reassurance. All three parties were groups of two. There was no difference in party size, and we were on time for our reservation. Being skipped once might be a mistake. Being skipped twice, with no communication at all, felt intentional and uncomfortable. We were left standing there feeling confused and honestly unwelcome. If there was a legitimate reason for the delay, it was never communicated to us. No "your table is being cleared," no "we're just running behind," nothing. Just silence while other couples were seated in front of us. What was the difference between their table and ours that we were moved to the side to stand and wait? Everyone was a party of 2. We arrived on time and were the first ones in the door.. I truly didn't want to believe what this looked like, but it became impossible to ignore. We ended up leaving because the situation made us feel disrespected and unwanted as customers. Valentine's Day is obviously a busy night, but fairness and basic communication are non-negotiable. I would not recommend this place, and I especially would not recommend it to people of color based on how we were treated.
