Whatever he saw along the way, Took a picture, showed me and we examined and I ok'd , he buffed it. - had my black Bentaga looking showroom ready again. They specialize in exotic cars, which is what I looked for. When I came, he was just finishing a Lambo, so made us feel that much more comfortable. I met with Darrel the manager who is very knowledgeable about detailing and not to mention a stand up guy. I scheduled a paint correction for my Benz and lucky me, got an appointment the following week. Darrel even threw me a great offer of ceramic coating my car that I couldn't refuse. Seen this place driving by to and from work and i have been wanting to check it out and im glad i did! I had a car show the next day and man they did a killer job inside and out. Car was dried off with compressed air which is more effective at getting the water out from the crevices of the bumpers and grilles when you drive off they normally always have water run down but not with compressed air. It blows it out to be dried properly the first time. They did the wheels and those came out really good they got all of the edges of the wheel. The facility is enclosed and washed inside. You can see every streak and flaw as they are drying the vehicle to make sure they get it all. I recommend this place alot, check it out you wont be disappointed read more

This is probably my favorite car wash place in Las Vegas/Henderson. They have an extremely friendly and a professional staff. John, Tim and his entire team knows what they're doing. It's not just an Auto Spa (car wash), you can get your car vinyl wrapped, paint restored, clear bra & EVEN coat your paint with CERAMIC PRO to protect it with dust, debris & scratches. Ive been to Lusso's numerous times over the past few years, mainly for car washes but have had some detailing and paint correction done as well. Their quality of work used to be top notch, but the last 2 or 3 washes I've had have been plain bad, which I can't ever tell how bad till I'm parked in the garage in the shade. The car washes aren't exactly cheap or quick so I would expect a much better result. I would give less stars at this point but the staff is generally friendly. read more

Update: The owner reached out to me within 20 minutes of posting my review, and is working through ways to make right the issues mentioned in my review below. I am pleased with his dedication to customer service! So I called on a Wednesday around noon to get an appointment for a car wash for my Prius at 5pm. They didn't have an appointment for a 5pm slot til the following day, no problem at all...the guy on the phone was super nice. Told me a full wash would be an hour to an hour and 20 minutes. Great. I showed up Thursday @ 5pm and they took my vehicle keys and I waited in their very relaxing waiting area as they did their thing. (It was so nice and quiet, there was nobody else there). Upon inspection of my vehicle once I paid and tipped $10 on top of the $38 wash, you could clearly tell there were two different people working on my vehicle...one on the driver side and one on the passenger side. I basically had to have them redo the entire driver side interior wipe down. Granted the guy was nice about it and said if I see anything please let him know, but if you've had my car for an hour and a half, how could you miss the entire center console & driver door of sticky drink residue and crumbs? Same with the back seat driver side door panel. Then when I started driving off, I noticed the ~6 inch long scratch on my windshield righttt in front of my face that was definitely not there before arriving. I tried to wipe it, but nope. Its a nice large scratch. They did great at getting the pet hair vacuumed out, but I shouldn't have had to point out as much as I did with how long they had my car. Also, they guy left my car running with the keys inside unattended while I was checking out. He let me know when he walked in, but just don't do that--this is Vegas, anyone is bound to hop in and steal a vehicle on a moments notice. Not the worst car wash--at least they were friendly about fixing the issues, but mostly annoyed that I have to look at a huge scratch now that was definitely not there before. read more

I've been looking for a hand carwash place for a while now. A buddy of mine recommended Lusso Auto Spa so I decided to give them a shot. I called to see if they had an open availabilty and the person on the phone (I believe it was Johnny, I could be wrong) was very pleasent on the phone and set me up with a time. When I arrived I saw a orangeish M3 outside and immediately knew this was going to be my new wash spot. Staff was very friendly, customer lounge was super nice and really clean. This place always comes through when it comes to cleaning my car. They always do an excellent job. The only issue I have is that a majority of the time when I come, the person at the counter doesn't notify me that they do not know how to drive stick and attempts to still drive my car. One time the tech stalled my car in the parking lot and then came in to tell me he didn't know how to drive stick. Another time, the person driving my car was basically burning the shit out of my clutch trying to back it up. At least tell me you can't drive stick before driving it and I'll gladly drive it into your bay for you. read more

Came here for the regular check-up of my vehicle. They were fair in the pricing and explained everything that was going to be done in such a detail. And they give warranty! I'm pretty sure that if I called them right away now, they would fix any problem. The washing: It came out like a mirror. No scratches or bubbles (hope you never face this in your life).
