The decor is absolutely gorgeous and the massage spa chairs are comfortable and first rate. My pedicure came out beautiful and less expensive than I would normally pay at a nearby salon. It was clean and covid-friendly (everyone in masks, wearing gloves, and shields up between you and your nail tech). Prices are fair and there were a large variety of services offered for pedicures which is what I really needed. My technician Kim was very gentle on some problem cuticles (and eased a lot of pain in one of my toes I have been dying to get rid of) but also just the right amount of firm for my throbbing legs and feet (pregnancy legs lol) so I'll be asking for her by name in the future! I got sat down, my toe person came over, but I waited in the chair over 15 mins, and 5 people that came in before me got serviced immediately. I was given a bowl to wipe off my dip mani, it took over 30 mins, and I did it myself. My hands cramped, no direction, no nail person assigned. During this time, I was getting a foot massage that did not last 12 minutes and I could not even focus on enjoying it because I vigorously was still rubbing my fingernails. The pedicure was short, I could not speak and ask questions and it was a very stressful environment. She was nice but the experience was difficult. I was then told I need to move to a nail chair after my toes for my nails. I do these at the same time so I don't have to be at the salon for 2.5 hours. I got up mid service as there was no one who could understand me or talk to me. The shape of my nails were misunderstood, the colors were not as expected and even when I showed extreme discomfort, I did say I would pay for what was complete, but it was $34 for an anxious 1.5 hour experience for an important work trip that I can never get back. I had a full blown panic attack and had to leave- please work on helping customers understand how you operate. I called to talk with Mindy told her I was still unhappy and would like a refund as I am getting these taken off promptly and not returning. She said no she can refund a service that I come back after vacation and get a "free $75" service. We went back and forth with that for a bit. The end conversation I said my issue is I will not be returning. She said she cannot refund a service thank you for understanding and hung up.
