Amazing service . My feet are healed thank you Sarah ! She was so gentle and went above and beyond, treating my blister and giving my cuticles some much-needed TLC. I'm so grateful !
1st time here and did my nails amazing love it Nina was the best come and see her. Prize not bad at all.
Place is clean, and everyone is really nice and professional. I'm not saying who I go to bc I'm gatekeeping lol but everyone seems like they do a great job and they don't rush people. The only thing is the parking lot is small and there are homeless people, so kinda sketch coming out of here. The chairs and all the equipment look fairly new. They plastic bag each pedicure water machine and use new tools. There are also cute spots to take pics in. I go for my gel x pedicures. Prices are fair. Pedicures run from $25-$50 depending what treatment and design you get.
I have come here a few times for pedicures and basic manicures and I appreciate how they always have same day availability. I called ahead to see if they are able to remove hard gel from nails and they said yes. I had overgrown long nails that I just wanted to remove the hard gel and let them be natural and add a manicure with basic nail polish. The nail tech used the e file for a long time to remove the gel and soaked in acetone in between. At one point there was a sharp burn on my ring finger and I pulled it away out of reflex. once I saw my nails with all the gel off they looked so flimsy and thin and I could see ridges on some of them and redness. it hurt for her to file because they were so flimsy and she had to go slow. my pinky nail felt really sensitive and raw. the tech asked multiple times if I wanted gel, even after seeing how damaged they were and the burn. I told her I prefer no gel so that I can easily remove the polish without coming into a salon. after she finished putting on regular nail polish, I went home and just removed it right away to see the damage. I needed to cut them down all the way because it hurt for the nail tips to bump into anything. unfortunately there's nothing I can do but coat them in oil and wait months for them to grow out. I had enjoyed pedicures from this salon but I just wish they prioritized nail health and proper removal to prevent over filing and burns from the e file.
They did really good on my manicure, it's just that they took a whole part of my cuticle off doing my pedicure and it really hurts. It started bleeding and the lady doing my pedicure said nothing. Other than that it was such a nice salon and they were really kind
10/10 recommend! This was my first time here and I had such a great experience. They were so sweet and kind enough to take me in even though it was late, which I really appreciated. Kim did an AMAZING job on my nails and I absolutely love how they came out! I just moved out here and I'm so happy to say I finally found my new nail salon. I'll definitely be coming back!
From the start I went in for a fill and pedicure, the girl that did my fill was past rude, kept giving the vibe that she didnt even want to do the service, she kept pushing fingers up or down, threw my hands out of the uv light and shoved them in again, not to mention the polish chipped in hours and one nail is already lifting. The girl who did my pedicure PUSHED me on spending more money for a higher level service and the polish for that lasted until end of day. $95 for ruined nails and a poor polish job, especially when trying to force you to pay for extra items you didnt want.
Beautiful work Thank you Kelly she was very nice and laughed a lot! The price was good I got a mani and pedi for the first time at this spot!I would definitely recommend to all the ladies or gents who want a beautiful vibe and great work done!

Unfortunately after my second visit here I will not return nor recommend this location. I despise money hungry establishments. I paid $118 on 05/27 for a hard gel fill and a pedicure. Being short on time they're closing im also exhausted I leave dissatisfied with my nails. I call express my dislike I'm advised to come in next day. I come in and I'm seated to get my nails in a different color and I'm fine paying the difference for adding chrome which the new tech mentioned was $15 more. They wanted to charge me $25 for the change and $15 for the chrome. Mind you I had showed the owner Vu what I wanted and it is on me for not expressing my dislike until I had left. My frustration with this business in the lack of communication. When they had finished removing the gel is when they informed me of the new price. Which getting my nails was now going to be $158. That's insane to me. I asked them not to forward the innocent technician saw how visibility HURT I was by this money hungry business and put a clear coat on my nails. Unfortunately I leave this review very disappointed and hurt. I have attached my inspired look and what I left unhappy with and the end result. I take fault in not communicating my dislike for the nails initially. I'm sorry Vu for negative review I wish communication was clear about the prices before I had gone in and the tech removed the gel.

Me and my best friend first time coming here. Called to schedule an appointment the same day we were able to get an appointment! We scheduled for 2 full Sets and 2 pedicures, upon arrival they only had us down for 2 full sets no pedicures! They still managed to get our pedicures done before they closed! Thank you Brian! Besides being overcharged for my daughter's acrylic nails, paying $80 for a full set with a blue french manicure (NOT A SPECIALIZED DESIGN), the lady who did her nails was extremely rude when I simply asked for a breakdown of the costs that would total the $80. I have never been spoken to so rudely...I have gotten my nails, and my daughter's nails done there a few times before, however, we will not be returning. read more

Finally! I've finally found a nail salon in Riverside that gives great service! It has been hard to find a place that is clean, takes ingrowns out, and is absolutely reasonably priced. Cindy is amazing. She takes care of my nails real well and is very sweet. Jennifer is really good too. Definitely my go to spot. read more

I initially asked for a white French tip with gel, and one of the ladies there said she'd try making them look similar like a picture I showed her. These are my natural nails. I'm not sure why they look like they are lifting up already ? I got them done just yesterday. read more

I went in for a pedicure and full set. Basic pedicure is 23$ with gel became 32$, no complaints. My full set however was priced at $70 because I wanted them long. The entire time I was getting my full set I was adamant that I wanted long nails. by the end my nails were so short, when i told her she said "they'll be long in two weeks when you come in for your fill". Why on earth would i come back for a service i'm paying for NOW? I will not be returning and i'm taking the nails off. so disappointing to stand up for what you want and not get it. Even though it is clear the nails are short she still charged me for the long length. tell me how that's not a scam. With the bubbles on the side my nails are peeling. Very disappointing. read more

If I can give this salon a ZERO I would.. (Keep in mind I haven't gone to the shop to get their services) .. The one that replied to me on the salons gmail and manages the gmails shoutout for being so "professional"!! So to start off I have fungus only on my little toes of my feet and I wanted to ask first instead of going to the salon vs asking them in person. I was expecting an answer like a "No sorry"we don't do that but instead they respond like that which I have no idea what they're trying to say. So I answered back so I can't get a pedicure, to wait? and they said yes! Why couldn't they be more kinder or tried to explain the answer they gave. Nail salons have attended me with my nails like that and have been nice. This is what I get for trying out another place and trying out a good star review place this is unacceptable.. read more

I came in to get my gel x nails removed today and I absolutely hated it. The lady seemed annoyed and kept commenting, making faces and making sounds as if she was frustrated about my nails. I had called before hand asked if they could remove gel x and they said yes. She then proceeded to point out a special finger of mine and continue being rude. She drilled and drilled on my nails to the point where they burned and I was in pain. I told her that it hurt and she still continued. As a result, one of my nails is now cracked, there is still glue left over and my natural nails are thin and flimsy. I left on the verge of tears because of this service. I've always gone to this nail salon but today was not a good day. I asked for my nails to be almond and she didn't say anything and continued to keep working then before she was going to put the color I asked again almond and I pointed out on the picture of nails which one is almond. She began to file them the pinky was okay but then she began to over file them leaving them overly pointy like stalito. I told her to just cut and do square because my nails were already messed up. The square you'd think would be easier to do. I told them in the front I don't mean to complain but my nails are bad and I wanted almond. They talked about it and I pointed again the almond but obviously nothing can be done till my nails grow back. No communication from the nail tech. Just very sad to pay for this service that I paid for. Would not recommend this place since they did nothing for me. read more

Me and my mother booked on short notice for 5, we were running late and called and said we would be there at 5:15 and they said it was completely fine! The nail techs were nice and my pedicure tech, Nina, was very gentle and did a good job on the pedicure. My nail tech, Kevin was also really great! Super pretty and quick. I also really liked the aesthetic of the store, super pretty! Definitely would come again. i read more

Went for a full Set and pedicure. I now have an infection on my hand nails and in my toes. They don't clean their tools and rinse them in dirty water and just reuse. Never going back again. Response to Owner: no I am not allergic to anything, been getting my nails done the same forever. I watched your tech put her tools back in the cannister and roll her cart away. read more

Henry was very sweet and gentle when he did my acrylic overlay. The prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly. I am new to the area so having a decent nail shop is really important to me. They don't do gel x but they do acrylic and hard gel. Their prices are really fair. My gel pedi was enjoyable too. If you are a first time customer they have a yelp promo which is great. They did an "ok" job on my nails. Couldn't sit and let them try properly because there were so many people waiting. There was a lot of techs on hand to services people, so people were getting in and out fairly quickly. I sometimes get rhinestones on my natural nails, and they were telling me that I couldn't get them on natural nails. I dont like people telling me what I cant get, especially if I've gotten it several times before. My tech even went to the extreme of having the manager come over, to tell me that I couldn't get it. As you can see from the picture, I got what I wanted and requested. I tried the complimentary mimosa and it was pretty good. Just because I wasnt "in love" with the way they did my nails, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but if I was in the area, I may stop by. read more

I got a pedicure and a full set done. I was not happy with my service. Dena did my pedicure and she cut my toe I started bleeding. She didn't mention she was sorry or acknowledge she cut my toe. Andy did my full set and he made them crooked and slanted and bumpy, they are also way to thick. I tried letting him know before he finished and he would just say that it looks good to him. If I wanted them fixed I had to come back later in the day or the next day. They couldn't fix it on the spot. A really big disappointment. Update: I waited for them to fix them and it's a big difference. I do not recommend going with Andy unless you want thick bumpy nails. read more

My second time here! The first time was okay! I don't have it pictured but i was cut at the cuticle of my right thumb. But this time around was AMAZING. Lily did my hard gel manicure and she was so gentle and precise! I'm obsessed. Everything is clean and labeled so you know that they care for sterilization. My service was terrible I came in for a full set appointment it was immediately served unfortunately by a bad technician. I instructed him that I wanted a short full set with a basic paint and ask how much it would be he proceeded to tell me $40 including gel polish. I then asked him what if I get regular polish how much would it be he said $35. I do not believe this to be true because no place I have gone only charges five dollars for gel polish. I then asked them how much would it be if I got no polish and he told me $40. At this point I realize he was just trying to get over on me with the price. I told him that usually Gail cost $10-$15 extra so how would it be the same if I got no polish. He said OK no polish I can do $30. I told him to do the nails a slim square. My nails came out looking horrible so I figured polish would help them look better and the polish only made it worse. I paid my $40 and left my nails looked absolutely horrible so when I got home I removed the gel polish and reshape the nails myself then re-polished them myself. read more

I really wanted to like this place the lady doing my nails was really nice and I've never had a problem picking color before but here it was stressful I've always gotten sparkly nails with flowers on them every other nail spa that I've been to but here they said they couldn't do sparkles with flowers which surprised me I got a bad feeling after that but decided to ignore it and just try and stay positive I ended up picking black with gel because they told me they only do flower designs with gel originally I was told 55$ with gel and flower designs and then it changed to 57$ to do multiple flowers then another dollar for using card to pay so 58$ plus a 5$ tip I'm out 63$ with nails that look like this. I was stressed out the whole time and only felt relaxed for a whole 7 minutes when they did the leg massage will not be coming back. read more

I was charged $120 for a short full set that was messed up. I asked for ombré beige to pink to purple. The guy messed up and I told him what I wanted again and he scrapped it off my pinkie with his finger. He did it wrong again so I corrected him and he scraped it off again leaving excess colored acrylic on the bottom. (In photos) He barely put pink so I asked him to put more pink and he still put mostly purple. The ombré is badly blended so I asked if he could put 3d flowers all over to cover it up. He said 120 for all over each nail. But I ended up only getting 1 flower each nail and 3 flowers for 2 nails. But he charged me $120 anyway. I also asked for coffin and they're basically square but he didn't listen to what I asked for. Unhappy experience, ripped off. read more
