I came in at 6:45pm for a full set, and you can tell the person who did my nails were in a hurry. The nails are flat, no apex what so ever. Thick and not done very good. I wanted a French tip with the white tips. Something super simple because of the time but she insisted on pink acrylic powder so I said no I'd rather nude. She ended up cutting my hands twice as well as the nails are not the same length and the hand drawn French tip was just wow. I ended up paying $70.73 for this and I'm highly disappointed. The salon will try to rip you off for every penny! My teenager went in there and they tried to charge her almost $50 for a fill that is absolutely ridiculous. They are unethical and should not be supported whatsoever! If they are willing to overcharge a teenager they are willing to rip off anybody! They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves!!!!!! I would also like to add they were so rough with my daughter they cut her and they made her bleed... And just said "ooops".... What a joke! This place is SO DIRTY as well!!!! I went to accompany my daughter to get her nails filled and repaired. She asked her service technician Tom, if I could sit by her and he said sure. Allowing me to sit in one of the chairs from the nearest station that was unoccupied. Comfortably visiting with her, had been sitting for about 20 mins, the receptionist tapped me on the shoulder and asked for my chair. In its place, brought me one of the hard plastic chairs from the waiting area. There were many other chairs near us, but she wanted me to have the hard one. It was very rude. I'd understand if there were no other chairs available, but there were tons. 5 open stations to be exact. Im giving two stars for my daughter's attendant, Tom, who she likes, and does a great job, and was gracious to me. read more

First of all let me say I know this review will probably be pushed down as all of the good reviews are at the top. This is what first drew me to the salon the fact that they seemed like they had good ratings however they do not have good service once you are actually here. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have not had such a bad experience EVER at a nail salon. I got here at 9:30 as soon as they opened and I did not leave until 12:20 PM. I had to remind the staff that I was there for a full set after they forgot about me and were servicing other customers. Which I get that that happens when you're busy. But that should have been my sign to leave. I got a pedicure by an older woman with short hair who kept pressuring me to get the most expensive one after I had to tell her five times that I was not interested in that. During the whole pedicure she tried to keep selling me other services. I got a gel French tip on my toes and The lines were not even, I had to ask her to please redo them. I still didn't like how they came out but I let it go. I got a full set by the lady who sits in chair number six. Everything started off fine however once she was using the electric nail filer she kept cutting me. After the 3rd time I was already very annoyed and she joked and said "your skin sensitive" NO. You just don't know how to use your tools correctly. She did a terrible job uneven polish and cut me five different times. She also left my fingers full of residue and I didn't realize until I left that one of my thumbs was full of air bubbles and very textured. How is any of this acceptable??? A different salón would have a staff that ALL know what they are doing & not just 1 person that does a good job with acrylics. DO NOT COME HERE. read more

This place is alright at most. I got a pedicure and a full set, and i felt the full set was over priced. I paid $50 for a short simple design and it does not look like what I wanted. The thing that threw me off the most it's that i never saw them use sterile tools for the pedicure. Just look like the girl rinse off the tools. Sad review!!! Friend and I got a classic pedicure. The whole thing from entering the place to putting on our shoes took less than 20 minutes. The lady messed up my friend toe while putting her sandal on. The lady didn't even offer to redo it, just said it's ok and put some more clear polish. Quick pedicure for sure. I felt so rushed. Our massage was 1 minute alone and lady did not even use lotion. This place may be good for acrylic but bad for pedicure. Very disappointing. Edit: Kaci the owner is definitely on her yelp reviews. We were very disappointed we posted our review while still in the salon. Kaci I'm assuming the owner asked why we didn't tell her and I replied we did via Yelp. You can't fix my massage or fix the amount of time your employees spend on your customers nails. She never offered to have us come back for a better experience but instead asked what she can do to fix the review. I went here consistently for several months while I tried out the hard gel nails. They really do never chip! However they are a commitment since you can't remove the gel yourself, so you either keep going every 2-3 weeks or get it removed. I loved it while I had it and probably will again in the future. For now, taking a break. But very affordable! Like other reviewers said, there were certainly people who weren't as great at making the polish nearest the cuticle area nice and even, it took me a couple technicians until I landed on Heidi who really spent time making them look excellent and professional. I would recommend calling to make an appointment if you have a specific technician in mind. So definitely a decent nail salon, if you don't like what you get I would not let that speak for the whole business, just have to find the right person because it really is a nice place and atmosphere. read more

Listen! I've just had the pedicure from HELL!! She burned my feet filed my skin with the drill and got an attitude when I asked her to make sure my nails were the same length! After she finished I still had the red polish from last week and when I told me she was not finished! Quality overall for hard gel on a scale of 1-10 " 5 " my nails usually become chipped i noticed within a week. Further more the customer service is rated at a " 2 " . When i previously started attending Posh nails it was originally a great experience. Besides the minor mistake the pedicure technician made by scrubbing my boyfriends heals roughly with little to know solution causing a deep cut / bleeding. Initially the pedicure was on the house given the circumstance once we showed the manager. The previous 4 times after my boyfriend refused to attend our spa day / pedicure apt. I myself still attended only to be rudely greeted if not greeted at all & initially i preferred " Nike " to my knowledge that was the name provided upon request of me wanting him to do my nails each apt. But in this story since the owner commented below in the comments stating theirs no technician by that name. He is basically the technician located to the left of the entrance as you enter the building . Now his work is great , i wanted him to do my nails specifically because he is the only one in the shop besides the manager who sits behind the check in desk that can shape them properly . On going with the experience , " nike " was not available so instead the manager whom station is located behind the check in desk was assigned to me. Now initially i think he was offended that i wanted nike to do my nails. I especially didn't think that he'd be my technician , so that may have offended him . But the kind of service i received was terrible. The male technician who's station is just behind the entrance of the check in desk was very aggressive when grabbing my hand , filing , drilling . His mannerism was very rude and smart mouth when i ask for the same design which is my usual white outline. Upon check in the female host was also rude and honestly i stopped going here because the service was terrible , the kind of manicures this place calls healthy is beyond me. I had given them multiple chances originally because i had faith , given i am a former customer at the branch named posh nails in ontario which may be owned by a different franchise / management since 2019 covid. I completely confused this shop to be up to par with the one located in ontario . I did blatantly feel discriminated as i noticed how others were greeted with respect and further more acknowledged as human beings given the ethnic background i presume. My solution to this at first was not to write a YELP as it has been 4 months now that i have stopped supporting this business. I have found elsewhere near the city that i live in Eastvale & i couldn't be happier with the customer service & the acts of kindness as well as the product. My natural nails are healthy , and adorable . My boyfriend however is back to our scheduled two week spa / pedicure date . I owe it all to this place for the redirection. Thanks a bunch read more
