Came here with a bridal party to get our nails done. All of the bridesmaids were to get the same color polish on both hands and feet separate from the brides color. Unfortunately, my nails were done completely different. They did gel polish on my toes and did a pink dip on my nails which both were wrong for what the bride asked for us to have. Most importantly, my dip nails (that should last up to 3 weeks) have come completely off after ONLY one week on 4/5 nails on my right hand and 1/5 nails on my left hand. That is unacceptable to me for the price of this dip manicure and the fact that all my dip manicures have always lasted 3 weeks and then have to soak in acetone to remove with an electric file! I will never go back to this salon and would rather save the money and paint my nails with regular nail polish that will stay on longer. Save your money and go somewhere else! read more

Went here for the 1st time today! It was really great and so LOVE how they have revamped the vicinity to meet COVID-19 protocol. You have to sanitize your hands before picking a color. You can not enter without a mask. They have cubicles created out of plexiglass and pvc pipe and everything is clean or one use only packaged. My pedicure was relaxing and the artist took her time. My nails were smooth and even. They staff was friendly , spoke eloquently through their mask and treated every one with extreme care and understanding. read more

Worst acrylic nails I've ever seen. Everyone I have shown them to has paused, almost reverently, before laughing at their deformities. Imagine a person whose nails have been bent backward and then hacked off at an angle. Then imagine that a fungal infection has thickened those nails to 4x the typical thickness. I'm not sure my pics capture the horror. I can live with bubbly gel on a finger, polish in my skin, or nicking my cuticle with the drill. But when all of that happens and the quality of the acrylics is this terrible it's too awful to keep to myself. read more

Terrible pedicure! My sister and I went to Posh yesterday and we both had awful pedicures - my tech didn't cover the edges at all, was sloppy with the sides of the nails, and also filed my toenails very unevenly. My sister saw 2 chips on her toes within a couple hours of leaving. The salon was not busy at all, probably only a dozen clients total, and only two other pedi's while we were there, so plenty of time to do a good job. I've gone to Posh many times over the years and have had several disappointing experiences, but kept going because the salon is pretty and always smells nice (no chemical smell), but I'm DONE now. My last 3 appointments have been very unsatisfactory, and this one is my last. My sister and I both said we should have looked more closely at our toes before leaving / but honestly, we shouldn't have to. We should be able to expect a great job and now I'm going to need to redo all of my toes. Goodbye, Posh. read more

Posh nails is not a nail salon you want to depend on even with an appointment. The management is clearly unable to manage a schedule. Scheduling ahead does not work as they can't understand English or respond to you in English with a confirmation of your appointment. I would highly recommend you seek out another salon especially if you are depending upon them to keep your appt time if you have an occasion you are getting your nails done for ahead of time. Service is bad and the quality you can expect from your service is poor. Go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration. read more

I really need to give a shout out to Posh Nails and the technicians there! I was hesitant at first. This place is ALWAYS busy! And while that is a great sign that so many people want to get their nails done here, it can also be a bit difficult as a walk-in sometimes to get in and out. I was lucky last weekend to walk in and get seated nearly right away. I had my infant with me - no child care and needed to get out of the house - so I figured I would try to get my nails done. Mind you, I do have a very cooperative baby but I can understand that this probably wasn't the best place to bring him. It was ambitious. The techs were so friendly, even playing with my baby and keeping him entertained while I got my pedicure. We moved onto my nails - a gel manicure - and of course, had the worst timing...baby got fussy toward the end when we were actually doing my nails and drying. Even then, the tech (and I can't remember her name) was insanely patient and understanding. Thank you, Posh Nails, for allowing this momma to get some me-time in. It truly meant a lot. It is sad to leave this review but I feel people need to be aware of how this place operates now. This salon is likely hurting since the Covid shutdown and have raised their prices for services. They DID NOT however inform any of regular guests until they were checking out to pay. No where in the salon are the prices listed. My last visit was completely ridiculous. They refused to honor a valid coupon off a manicure service they sent out that morning and they also added in another new fee to my total cost. I will state I had used the EXACT coupon on the EXACT service- which I will add is a manicure, multiple times prior to this visit. See picture of the coupon. If anything I feel like they were possibly discriminating against me personally for using it as it is valid and listed under their services as a manicure! This was my first time here. The rating made me pause but when I went to the actual reviews all of the most recent ones were good. I came in to remove my old dip set from another nail salon back home and get a new set as mine had grown out. Nina did my nails an I was extremely impressed with her skill level and her high standard of perfection. She first removed the excess dip powder then used acetone and cotton balls to safely remove the rest of the gel from my nails. She also put my hands in the electric warmer to speed the process up but they also felt really good. One she removed all the dip powder she soaked my hand in a warm bath to loosen my cuticles, then she used sanitized tools to neatly and softly remove my dry and torn cuticles (from my job). She then applied the dip exactly as I asked and she actually choose the ombré pattern which I love! Lastly, she massages my hand with this mango scented lotion and a warm towel! Nina was awesome, if I am still in town in two weeks I will most definitely be back! read more

I have been going to this place for 3 years and it has steadily become more and more of a let down. I have to find a new salon at this point. The technicians are rough, rushed and not friendly. Yesterday I went in for a pedi/ mani and had a terrible experience. Miley was the technician, she was so rushed to get through everything. The pedicure was fine, sat in the chair for maybe 10 minutes from beginning to end, so not worth what you're paying for. The manicure was miserable though, she did not soak or use any products to soften my cuticles but instead used the drill to shave them off. I was bleeding and she continued on as is. When I was wincing she would just try to hold my hand steady. I had to go home and wrap all my finger tips with Vaseline and bandaids. read more

After a while you just get tired of paying your money to an owner who barely greets you when you enter (no one else really acknowledges you either) and makes you feel like you're bothering THEM by coming in for a service. I have made appointments (consistently - used to get my nails done here at least twice a month) - arrive and the owner asks my name, I tell her. After 3 years (or however long it's been), even if you don't remember my name, a simple "welcome back", "good to see you again" would work opposed to an aggressive/annoyed "WHATS YOUR NAME?". Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I have drill lines in my nails from getting dip done here however I needed my nails done for a wedding this weekend. I asked if I could have dip without them using the drill & the owner barks "they won't last". it is then an issue when I say I will get gel or regular polish. One technician (extremely roughly) did my pedicure and another did my mani. The person who did my mani saw how jacked up my nails were and recognized that I had been coming there for a while. He told me how my nails have been done in the past is wrong. The last trip I had to the salon, I got gel polish (for a wedding) and two days later the polish started turning a dark color. I went in to show them & have it taken off - not only did they make me pay to have the polish taken off; they made it seem as if it were my fault. If you don't care about the service - give it a try, but I just spent my last dollars at this nail salon. Nina is good - just make an appointment. I've tried this salon 4 times, all with different services being done. My gel peeled within days, my dip cracked, my acrylics chipped & my pedicure was nothing of quality. I went there a few times, and it was a pretty good experience. But I am a nail biter and got acrylics to help break the habit. When it came time to remove them, instead of soaking and filing down the acrylic to remove, they simply shoved an unused acrylic nail under my nails and pried them off. It was so painful I thought I was going to pass out. It felt like they were ripping my nails off. thry often missed the acrylic and shoved it under my own real nail. The pain was unbelievable. However my last gel pedicure was chipping on day 8. At this time only two nails on my right foot have polish on them. My left foot is fine. Went in today to get gel manicure, pedicure, & waxing. Tiffany did my gel nails and had a customer that came in for an appointment with her. You could see she began to rush my service. I asked her if they did full face waxing and by the look on her face, she was not enthused. After my manicure she took me to a pedicure chair and cut my toenails and started putting the slippers on to paint my toenails. I asked her what she was doing I asked for a pedicure, again she acted annoyed. I said it was okay and I would pay for my gel manicure. The gel manicure is $35, she charged me $40 I asked what the $5 was and she said I cut your toenails. I left spending $40, when I had every intention to spend a lot more there today.
