GEL? BEWARE!! Was in town for a birthday party, staying at Embassy Suites nearby. Came here based on great reviews, which was a huge mistake!! Asked for manicure. Gel needed to be removed, wanted regular nail polish applied. Nail tech decided to scrape and file the gel off, instead of soaking with nail polish remover. My nails became so thin, they are now easily bendable like paper. By the time I realized it, it was too late for my other 7 fingers. I have had other places use filing methods first to scrape off the top layer only. This is why I wasn't immediately alarmed. I was asked for payment in the middle of coats, while my nails were very wet. The front desk lady said "no problem, I will get your card out of your purse." What the actual fuck??? Just ask for payment first if it is that important. I DO NOT WANT YOU IN MY PURSE AND WALLET!!! I agreed because I was caught off guard, but the thought of this made me livid afterward. Very rude and intrusive. Needless to say, the polish was applied sloppily. I am disappointed I had to leave a nice tip before the service was complete, because payment was demanded mid-manicure. These people suck. DON'T GO HERE!! DON'T BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS!! MY NAILS ARE PAPER THIN AND RUINED!! read more

want to go to a place and pretend covid doesn't exist? This is your place! I wish i could leave less than one star. They weren't in Masks and placed someone directly next to me who also felt they didn't need to wear mask properly because of how the employees were acting. At one point they came right up to me to check if my nails were dry and i had to ask her to put on a mask. During a pandemic she went and grabbed my hands while not wearing a mask. On top of this i was told my nails were dry and all good to go and they smudged four seconds out of the salon. All of this combined with the zero disinfecting between costumers I will not be returning good nails aren't worth covid. read more

The name of this establishment could not be further from the truth. They obviously do not take pride in their work. They utilize a SICK technician, instead of others that are either sleeping or eating at their work station. My technician kept sneezing, running to the bathroom every few minutes, and had snot dripping down his face during my pedicure. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I didn't want to cause a scene, but did call back later to speak with management. I spoke with Trish and relayed what happened. Her response was "you should've said something during the pedicure. I've been going here for years, pretty much since they opened and it's always been a great experience. Recently they changed management and the entire experience changed. Went in with my friend last night, I wanted a simple pedicure and full set of dip and my friend just needed a polish change. We sat down and it was a good 10 minutes before anyone even approached us. There was stuff floating around in the pedicure tub and I pointed it out and the guy said it was from my flip flops when I asked them to change the water he got an attitude with me. The lady that was doing my toes (none of them had name tags so I don't know her name) was very rough and digging in my toenails. I told her it hurt and she kept doing it. The 20 minute massage they say you'll get with the service was just her rubbing oil into my legs. Not a massage at all. When it was time to do my nails I was moved to a table that didn't have a towel down to catch any dust and had dirty equipment. The nail file looked like it had been used on every person that walked through the door. To add to the bad experience, the guy was super rough and had the drill super high where it was burning me and hurt. My nails are now half-assed and the clear coat isn't even covering my whole nail. I no longer recommend this place to anyone. I will be finding a different nail salon. read more

I am giving it 4 stars because there are way more positive than there are negative but the one negative is a pretty big one. I love the hours, I love how clean it was when I walked in, I love that it was a relaxed atmosphere, and how they help me so quickly. I went in for a acrylic fill, with colored acrylic and it cost me $40. With the Phil I would have expected to pay around 25 to $35 for that with 7 to $10 tip. The work was decent and I would go back if the price was not $40 without tip. Getting a pedicure, tech puts hot towels on legs, leaves on for maybe 2 minutes, takes off starts lotion then stops twice for 5 minutes or so each time to do someone else eyebrows. Very frustrating, to be waiting, half finished and feets legs cold. read more

Tried this place for the first time yesterday since they opened about a month ago. Very beautiful interior, comfortable seating. I had their basic manicure and pedicure and the guy did a very good job. The prices are very reasonable and they do everything from your nails to facials. I'm considering bringing my bridal party here before my wedding for a day of nails and facials. The staff was quiet, but friendly. I was needing a pedi pampering in a bad way. Luckily my man was amenable to having a foot pampering as well. So after a walk around Grapevine Mills Mall, we headed to Posh Pedi Spa. And "posh" is the perfect word to describe the space. It appears that the owner spared no expense in the high-end finishes to decorate this spa. New massage chairs, fancy tile and stone work in a neutral scheme, metal chandeliers and 3 waterfall mirrors flanking each end of the room. There were also 3 flat panel TVs to watch while we got a much-deserved pedicure. However the quiet splash of waterfall was soooo relaxing that I could have just passed out in the massage chair. Since my man was in a budget frame of mind, we were happy to see that they offered simple pedis for as low as $25. He also got a callus remover add-on and a mani while I bumped up my service to a "scentual" pedi experience with lavender ($35). Wrap, masque and lotion massage completed my experience. I did notice they have a smaller than usual selection of colors, so you might have to bring your own if you go with an uncommon option. There are plenty of chairs to accommodate a large pedi party, and I was glad that the English-speaking technicians were gentle, attentive and courteous while we got our services. We came in about half-an-hour before closing time and they still took us in. Because of everything, I'd definitely come back to Posh Pedi Spa! read more

Brand new clean wonderful pedicure chairs! This place is beautiful! Kick back and watch a little bit of TV or pick a chair next to the peaceful sound of the waterfall. There are lots of chairs to accommodate big parties or if you just want to sit right next to your buddy. I would probably call and rsvp on saturdays since the seem to get really packed. I waited about 5 mins but I got to sit back on the massage chair while I was waiting. I enjoyed the wait time. I had a full solar set done and full service pedicure. This place was great! I called as I was driving into Grapevine just to see if they had room. They welcomed me to come on down. I walked in, got my polish and settled in for a fantastic time. Taylor did a great job and spent lots of time with me, constantly checking to see how I was doing. She kept checking to make sure I was comfortable with the temps of water, wax, and rocks. They did a nice job on my pedicure, however the massage (the BEST part of a spa pedi) left a lot to be desired. But the polish looks decent and my cuticles are well groomed. Where my real issue arises is with the gel manicure I received. Typical gel manicure, though the gentleman doing it kept having me remove my hands from the UV light before the timer would go off. All that said, it looks nice. Here's why I'll NEVER return to Posh... The website clearly stated that a gel manicure was $25... I did not see any mention that that $25 was in addition to the $18 price of a normal manicure. So it came out to be a $43 gel mani! I've never paid that much for a gel before and I get them regularly. I only tried this place (instead of my normal go to) because I am visiting from out of town. When I expressed my frustrations the manager basically told me "too bad, so sad." Very sneaky, terrible customer service. Definitely not a $43-worthy manicure! read more

Posh Pedi Spa was a ok experience. I went in for the first time without an appointment. I was seated immediately and my technician began my pedi. I just had the basic pedi with the callous remover option added (it is on the al carte menu). This place looks nice inside. Again nothing special for the prices they charge. I paid $36 ($30 for a basic pedi and $6 for the callous remove extra). Wish the tech would have spent more time on me. Only myself and two other people where there. But, hey job was done and my toes look pretty. If you have time go to a more personalized service oriented place. read more

Lucy did my pedicure and Peter, who's the manager, did a full set with shellac and both were great ! And for those who complain about being over charged by this salon, then please make sure to go over the prices with the technicians before anything gets started, am sure they will be glad to assist you with that. I have been to a lot of nail salons and hate how every time a new technique comes out many techs convince you to try it because it is more expensive. My nails were almost completely ruined (my beds were disappearing) due to harsh processes. When I walked in to Posh and showed them my nails, I asked about doing next gen because a girl at another salon told me they would not damage my nails. The tech doing my nails immediately said, "oh no!" Those will still damage your nails. She gave me a great gel mani that looked amazing and lasted longer than any I have had before (3 weeks!). Gave up after waiting 20 minutes for my appointment. That is the reason for appointments - so you don't have to wait. 2 people for a 6pm (and arrived early) and none taken back by 6:20pm.
