I have been going to this location since I purchased my travel trailer in the Summer of 2021…read more Getting in for maintenance or getting a call back is consistently horrible. They are understaffed for sure but the worst part is no one knows what others are doing. I've left 3 messages the past 1.5 weeks to get in for service and have yet to receive a call back. Called around 11 again today, left a message again and at 1pm have yet to receive a call back. Called the front desk again and the person there had no idea I left a message, which is probably why no one calls back. Similar things have happened with service where no one person knows what is going on or what others have said or done, like paying invoices. Go elsewhere is you want to have any semblance of customer service or even responsiveness. They only get a 2 because the times I have spoken to service staff, they are very nice. Place needs better management.
