At first I wasn't digging that, but after I sucked some of the drink down and came alive again, the bacon was tasting really good! Staff is friendly, they've got tons of space, and there's a solid food menu (didn't order but lots sounded good). Definitely a hole-in-the-wall spot. They do give you a side of kimchi to go with it, but I didn't love the kimchi it came with. I'm used to getting kimchi from Hmart or other Asian grocery stores but this was pretty mid to me. I could taste the herbs clearly on this one; it was aromatic yet a little bitter. It was balanced with the saltiness already present on the bagel. Since I didn't go to their physical location - which looks like quite a walk from Georgetown - I have yet to see the inside of this place.
