Several months ago there was a misunderstanding on a print order and so I called Noah and apologized if there was anything wrong I did on my part. He stated: "No worries! We're all good!" So, I left thinking everything was ok. Months later I return to ship an important, expensive package and wanted to select the right shipping container and Noah could not have been more rude, unkind and unhelpful. The employee of this place just verbally assaulted my wife who was trying to return a FedEx package at your site. My wife is very easy going and was just asking for a receipt (proof of drop off) from your employee. For whatever reason your employee went on a verbal full out foul language assault on my wife. Language used f#ck you, numerous time, c#nt, and some derogatory reference to age all for asking politely for a tracking receipt. Your business should not be serving the public and I will be spreading the word. If I could give this a negative 5 stars I would. Use any other place but here. By the way my wife went down the street to the Walgreens and dropped off the package there. Everybody was polite and when she asked for proof of drop off the explained the procedure and verified in store, what a difference. I will be letting FedEx know. read more

I use Postal Depot quite a lot. As a consultant, I'm always shipping plans and reports. It's so nice to get a genuine greeting when I walk through the door. There's something special about doing business with a local, family owned business. They don't charge an arm and a leg for shipping either. I'll keep coming back. read more

I had a less than satisfactory experience. I didn't feel the clerk provided me with all of my postal options and costs in selecting the delivery service that would meet my needs. I ended up paying more for a delivery option that would have had the same results using a less expensive service. Oh well. Please be advised that there is a 3.5% surcharge for paying with a credit card. read more

This place is dirty. It smells bad. The staff are unhelpful. And they charge five dollars more for mailing a package than the post office. Better to skip this place and stand in line at the post office. read more

The young man that works there is so nice and professional. One time there was some sort of man outside there who the employee (The young man) told me had been pestering people so he offered to walk me out to my car. If I could give a 0 I would. They are liars. I was told that the 3.5% charge was from my bank to process a card transaction. That is a lie. Every customer that has paid with a card has been hit with their so called non-cash adjustment is purely Postal Depot sticking it to the customer. Customer beware of these charges. On May 31 2016 I looked for a UPS store, something close to the house and I found Post Depot. The people are nice and seemed professional, so I felt I could trust them. I sent a CenturyLink box to CenturyLink after getting a replacement. To my surprise on July 20 2016,I received a bill from CenturyLink for $109.00 for not sending in the box. I went back to Post Depot to find out what happened. There was a good tempered young man there keeping me calm as much as possible. They went out of the way to find what happened to that package, although it was no longer there responsibility for that package after UPS picked it up and left Postal Depot store. My husband brought in a parcel to be mailed today via parcel post. The gentleman weighed it and said that it would be $30. When questioned about regular delivery rates, my husband was told that it was "about the same". He was also told that it was too large to go regular delivery but I had just received it via parcel post the day before. Needless to say, I was shocked when my husband told me how much he paid to have a 9 lb, 11 oz package delivered and what he was told about the size issue so I phoned Postal Depot. The gentleman was very rude when I spoke with him, and come to find out, he does not mail parcel post only UPS and priority! I told him that he should have relayed this to my husband as opposed to falsely convincing him to send it UPS for a high rate. Needless to say, we retrieved the package, had our $30 credited and mailed it at another establishment via parcel post for $12.60! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
