The business side is quick, accurate, and efficient.The folks there know what they are doing, and they do it well. I ship a lot to family in Canada. There has never been a problem. There is always an extensive selection of boxes, packaging (bubble wrap, YAY!), tape, whatever you may need. Two things in particular stand out for me. 1. I just bring my stuff in. Sonny will pack it in an appropriate size box, adding peanuts, bubble wrap, whatever is appropriate to the contents, seal it, do all the paperwork. I just tell him where it's going, and he does everything else. That's perfect. 2. The folks who work there are wonderful. They always greet us when we walk in, they talk to us like friends, and have been very helpful over the years. You feel like these folks actually care about you and your needs. Today is a perfect example. I had multiple boxes of odd sizes to ship. The business owner was outside when I came walking up, he recognized me, smiled and said hello, then insisted on helping my wife and I carry all our packages into the store. While he measured, retaped, repackaged, and took care of the paperwork for international shipment, Sonny and the young lady working with him chatted with us about our upcoming move and family members they have become familiar with over the years. When is the last time the owner of a business treated you like that. For packaging, shipping, and the other services another reviewer has listed, I can give no higher recommendation. read more

We (our family) initially took our Canadian Passport application photos at another photo location in Herndon and our applications got rejected. We found Postal Plus via Google and Sunny (the owner) took our photos as per Passport Canada's approved standards. Sunny is a Notary and we signed our applications in his presence. We sent our applications via courier using Postal Plus services and got our passports. Sunny and his staff is very cheerful, greets every customer and we noticed that many regular users were communicating with each other like a one big happy family. "Plus" is the key word at Postal Plus. They have every service imaginable, "Plus". It's been a pleasant experience every time I stop in. I have a post office box there and use DHL, UPS and FedEx. They also handle USPS services such as certified mail with return receipt request. They take the time to review shipping documents with you to make sure you have asked for the correct service to fulfill you needs. It's truly a one stop shop. The owner is very helpful and and is a really nice guy. When we went for the 1st time for our Canadian visa photographs, there was a misunderstanding and the owner took Canadian passport photos(which are different in dimensions). We went the next day and he helped us with our Canadian visa photographs and in no time we were out with our photos taken that too without any additional charge. With 45 minutes away from our appointment with US Postal Service Herndon office, we walked into the store to get passport photos for two kids. Checked the Yelp review the night before and was hoping the service would live up to the five star rating. Wow, I think this place has the best service ever. Excellent service! I've I used this place for over 2 years now and every time I go there I get the best service and rates. They alert me of important mail in my mailbox. They guide me to use the best mailing services for my needs.
