Terrible customer service from JINESH! It was my first time at this establishment looking to get 75 sheets printed with cutting involved. The price was somewhere around $150 for this service, I thought it seemed expensive based on the cost price that was listed on his service menu. The conversation with Jinesh went sour the moment I started asking about the cost breakdown and what exactly I was paying for. He didn't want to tell me what all I was paying for and what was costing what. He responded by saying I was questioning the business. I was completely polite and never said it was too expensive, all I said was that I wanted to know what was the cost of each separate service. He handled this very poorly and rude. JINESH gave me absolutely terrible service on 5/31/23. I walked in to send documents to Mexico and it was all fine, I was getting ready to send when I realized I needed one more document. I asked JINESH if they also print documents, he said to email it to them. I stepped to the side so I can do that and he can help the next customer. Then another customer came so I kept waiting. He then printed my document but it was printed in Letter size when I needed legal size, he said "I'm going to have to charge you again". I said "why , I never said to print it letter size". He got upset and said that's how the document came out and started raising his voice so I told him "excuse me?, don't talk to me in that tone, you work here". That must have struck a sensitive cord because he went crazy. He started pointing his finger at me and saying "YOU DONT GET TO BELITTLE ME, JUST BECAUSE I WORK HERE!!". So I got mad too and I said "No one is belittling you, you're doing that to yourself and don't point your finger at me", while I pointed the finger at him. He then went on to say "I will point the finger", "I will do what I want" and then mumbled "you're so stupid". At that point, I told him to cancel my shipment and he said he would not and that he was going to keep my documents. He did not return my documents and still charged me card $105.16 and days later I now have a second charge from that business for $71.74. I don't know what kind of fraud they are doing but I am just appalled that he runs his business like that and that DHL allows him to do business with their name. He needs to go to anger management classes, he was honesty acting like a wife beater, it was scary! Also, I went to a different MUCH nicer location the next day and sent the same package to the same location for $26 less, so this guy is over priced! read more

Beware- do NOT drop off any USPS packages for pickup here. I dropped off a defective product to be returned to the manufacturer in exchange for a non defective one. USPS tracking shows only that it the shipping label was created which means the package was not picked up at this store. The store says it was picked up, USPS says it wasn't. I now have no recourse in getting a replacement or a refund from the manufacturer. Lesson to be learned? Only buy electronic products from brick and mortar stores. The convenience of Amazon delivery is outweighed by the risk of financial loss! read more

I went in a few times to drop off pre-labeled packages. The owners and staff are so friendly and really took the time to get to know me and tell me about the services they offer. Since then, I have done everything from rent a mailbox, renew my passport, ship packages and more. They are always friendly, helpful, and try to find me the best price for whatever my need. They also take great care in packaging my items to be shipped out and help me find the right packaging options. This local shop is a gem and I would highly recommend them for all you packing, shipping, mail, notary, and passport needs - and anything else they can do for you. Went in for a simple fingerprint live scan. Online shows $20. After waiting 45 minutes. They tell me it's $45. I don't mind paying for a service, but if they cannot honor their prices because they're not "updated" I will take my business elsewhere. Man behind me just needed to drop off packages. I had just moved to the area and was in need of a notary public. Thanks to you all fellow Yelpers, I found Postal Annex, where I was not only able to get my document notarized quickly but also: 1) Get a copy of the document 2) Mail the document via USPS Certified Mail 3) And drop off of my Zappos return for UPS and get a return receipt It's great that I didn't have to go to the post office and UPS in addition to the notary to get everything done. You can do it all in one place! And while you are at it, you can also get your passport photo taken, copies of your keys made, and also buy stamps. Also, what's neat is that unlike USPS, they email you the tracking information for USPS certified mail so you don't have to keep track of the tiny piece of paper and manually type in your tracking info online. Parking in the lot is plentiful and free. This will be my go-to place for many to-do list in the future. read more

Price gauging- greedy store. I brought in a heavy box and the first thing they said to me when I walked in the door was that they charge $5.00 for heavy packages and due to limited space! The place was empty!!! no boxes, a Saturday morning! They said all pa lashes that require two of their employees to carry something is extra! I'm 5'2 and carried this in by myself, it's a lightweight fold up exercise bike. I went to my car to get my wallet and pulled out my atm card and they said they have a $1.00 fee for all transactions under $10.00!!! Seriously?! these 20 year old girls that work there are not to blame, it's the crappy owner! last time I came to this store I also had a bad experience. I recently got a phone call from them to check on me as I hadn't been there for a while to pick up my mail. Probably should rate a 1 star but the owner was semi apologetic. Sent package on a Friday and clearly stated that it needed to be there no later than Monday as the recipient was not going to be there after Wednesday... thus allowing for a decent time buffer. On Wednesday, the package was still not delivered. Recipient changed their flight to wait for the package as we were told it would likely be there on Thursday. Still not delivered on Thursday, contacted Postal Annex of Azusa again (3 time) and asked that the package be held at current location and then returned to sender as the recipient was now home and would not be returning to the address package was sent to. Owner stated that he would take care of it. Friday afternoon, received notification from FedEx that package was delivered. Contacted Postal Annex of Azusa and was given zero solutions to resolve this situation. Now I have a package sitting at an address where we will not be returning to. My only solution will cost me thousands. Please deal directly with FedEx or whatever carrier you choose. Using an annex like this while convenient (sort of) relinqueshes all recourse when there is an issue as the actual contracted shipper will not interact with you and require you to go through the shop that sent it. Postal Annex of Azusa had 72 hours to put this package on hold after being notified of the issue. Zero help! read more

We've been customers of Postal Annex Azusa for over 4 years now. The Customer service is top notch, communication is excellent. They handle packages very well, even help you carry huge packages to your car, which is an extra & much appreciated effort. Jinesh has good communication skills, during busy times, obviously you have to wait for your turn if you want his full attention. 2/3/21 - Just want to update to respond to the manager who suggested that I was yelling or "so loud people could hear 6-10 ft away" at the employee; I never raised my voice, I am always courteous when speaking to service folks, but Gabriella was extremely dismissive and quick to rush me off the phone. I even called after the fact and the manager said she would speak to her because her actions were inappropriate. And then the manager shares more info that Gabriella failed to mention around pick-up times once she saw I was upset at being hung up on. Turns out my item hadn't been picked up and my suspicions were correct. Definitely an awful experience all around. -- I dropped off a prepaid Fedex package here and saw that it hadn't been picked up the next day so I called to ask about their pickup hours, the employee named Gabriella straight up HUNG UP ON ME saying there was nothing she could do about it. I was asking if she could check to ensure it was picked up and she just kept saying there was nothing she could do and then just hung up. Terrible. Save yourself the headache and go straight to a FedEx or a Walgreens with drop off. Never had someone so unhelpful. read more

My husband and I had to get notary public authorization and signatures for some documents, as well as fingerprints and photo copies. We searched for the best place in the area and are soooo happy we came across Postal Annex! From the phone call to in-person visit, they were very friendly and kind about answering questions + provided phenomenal service! We went to a previous notary public and they weren't nice or personable. This place was the exact opposite -- they were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process! I wanted to take the time to give praise to the way they are running things here at PostalAnnex. I needed to get a live-scan done for my job and (as I'm sure many of you may be) I was really nervous that the experience wouldn't be COVID-friendly. I did a lot of research on places beforehand and I decided this seemed like a good place to go. Honestly, it was more than good. They were incredibly friendly and professional and above all else, extremely sanitary. It's businesses like these that I want to promote and support during this new world we're in. Another plus is that they do a whole lot more than just typical services like live-scans. Check out their website. I live in Pasadena but I am more than happy to continue driving out to Azusa for future services. I was perusing through other reviews and saw that most customers share my same sentiment. Any of the others seem to have had a unique experience (and in my opinion, those tend to be less than reliable in terms of reviews). Listen...I don't take the time to leave comments for businesses that often because I work full-time, am a student and have a ton of other things on my plate, and as much as I love some amazing service, it takes a lot to get me to sit down and give any sort of opinion. So, trust that I'm not embellishing and I'm pretty sure I received their standard service. I've had a PO box with them for almost 2 years now. My packages are always kept safe and I like that I get notifications of when I can pick them up. It is very helpful because I've had packages stolen at my apartment. So it's definitely worth having a PO box. I also like that I have different options for shipping out packages (USPS, Fedex, UPS & etc.) they also have other services. Staff is very friendly!! They try to attend to every customer the best way they can. read more

It's very expensive to go here. They charge so much for everything. I had a two page document and they wanted to charge me a $1 extra service fee for that. They also called me after I left without printing (this was a few months ago but I'm writing it now for anonymity). This would be fine if they didn't get my number from the document I was printing there. Not ok Lastly, some workers are extremely rude. The owners (a man and wife I believe) are super nice because they want your business. The other workers I've dealt with are snippy and rude for seemingly no reason. I've worked in customer service and I get that customers can be frustrating. But if I'm trying to be the easiest, kindest customer possible so that I don't make YOUR day more difficult, I don't deserve rude treatment read more

Try to save the drive! Fedex is the place to go with more reasonable prices and fees compare to this area.
