I'll start by saying I don't like posting negative reviews but today's experience was horrible. I parked by a sign saying we understand our customers with heavy packages. It showed their employee carrying the customer's packages, I go inside and ask for help with 1 larger box. They instead offered me a dolly. - ok - strike 1 I bring in the box. I have a pre-paid label from Fed Ex. The box will need to be sealed (only on one side). - $1 fee for the tape - strike 2 I am told there will be a $5 shipping fee - WHAT - I've already paid for shipping. I'm simply dropping off. The employee proceeds to say "you can go somewhere else". Hmm not great customer service. Ok - might still go through with it. - strike 3 Then I'm asked how I'd like to pay? I reply with a credit card. Now I'm told that's an additional - $1 - so you are trying to nickel and dime charges that are ridiculous - supposed to be a Fed Ex drop off. - again I'm told I can go somewhere else. -strike 4 yep - I left Went to the Fed Ex store on Azusa in Covina. Guess what - no charges. They couldn't believe that I was being shared an extra shipping and credit card fee. I will never go back!!! I would give no stars but not allowed! read more

I told them there was no rush but they tried to charge me $29 to send a magazine from Azusa to Palm Springs I then brought it to the Glendora Post Office and was charged less than $3.00 to mail the magazine. The three workers at the Azusa Postal Annex were very, very rude. One of my friends recently posted on Facebook about a bad experience she had trying to mail a parcel there and about the high price they tried to charge her with. My friend and I are both senior citizens so they might have thought they could pull one over on us. I expected Postal Annex to charge more than the Post Office but certainly not the ridiculous amount they tried to get by with. I will never go there again and have advised my friends not to either. read more

He overcharges and he screamed at me nine months pregnant because he was rushing my services trying to help three people at once. Go to a different Postal Annex. Update 2: I was not home on a Friday to sign off on a package and I did not choose to have it delivered at this facility. UPS made that decision as I would have rather have them reattempt delivery another day. I called on Saturday to see if my package was here and I was given the response that packages are not confirmed over the phone and that I need to come in person. That is BS and a waste of time. First example of this location not being accommodating towards consumers. Also, pure laziness. When I show up on Monday, I was asked for an ID. Then, I was told that since my name and address did not match exactly, the package would not be released to me. Cool, I get it. Again, BS. Find someway to help me. You might not be the dumbest people, but you are somewhat dumb. You are dumb because you do not know how to run a business. Because if you did know how to run a customer centric business, then you would have accommodated me, the consumer. But because I am not a regular and I do not spend $$$ on a mailbox/supplies, I am treated like crap. I get to express my subjective opinions on my experience at your facility. You do not get to take that away from me. I am happy that many people support you and have given you raving reviews. Unfortunately, this was not the case for me. I am entitled to call this group dumb because I have worked in retail, food, customer service and corporate. After I called UPS to have the packaged redelivered this week, the rep confirmed that your location would reprint a label. Your location is responsible for my package. COINCIDENTALLY, my address was missing info and could not be delivered to me, so now it goes back to New York by default. Funny, because it was delivered to the proper address initially, so someone had to have changed my info. Possibly over a Yelp? Such pettiness. So yeah, you did tamper with my package. You are unethical and your facility does lack customer service equaling me to thinking that you are some of the dumbest people I have met. It is not up to UPS to return my package back to the sender. My info was wrong all of a sudden when they picked up my package at your facility and that caused it to be delayed and returned. Thank you for wishing me the best, because I do not wish you the best. You might be great people, but not the greatest business owners when it came down to my experience. Confirming my smartness does bring me success. I hope this experience sheds light and you treat ALL customers with respect going forward. The locals deserve to know that the post office that handles their mail is capable of pettiness. Your response confirms that you did not treat me with respect and you did label/discriminate me to being some lowlife who steals packages and that was not the case. Update 1: So I guess they messed with my package and now instead of it being redelivered to me, it is being returned to the original seller. All because of an honest review on Yelp. I went here for my son's passport and the owners provided Great service almost 6 years ago. Sadly, I have returned for my baby's passport and without the manager or the owners the customer service has really gone down. The clerk who helped me, Jenny was not helpful at all and was clueless about the passport process. When I went to get copies, she had an attitude when I stopped her from double charging me when she was the one who forgot she already charged me. This is to the manager. This is my first time coming to your location to support your grand opening. I wanted to get passport pictures for my kids because of your 30% coupon ad that was sent to my home. When asked about the coupon I was told to go back home to get it even though the free magazines with the coupons were stacked inside your business for free. My wife had to ask nicely to see if you would change your mind if we could use the magazine here instead of driving back. Once we took the picture you charged us $20 for international pictures for each kid instead of the $15 for US passport. You said it's in your system to charge kids the $20 which makes no sense. I called 3 other Postal Annex and they said that is rule does not exist. Basically you charged me $10 more so that the 30℅ will total to the original price.. very sneaky.. The question is can you provide evidence that you need to charge $5 dollars more for kids or you really was intended to cheat me? It's really not about the money but about the trust customers have with your establishment. I am going to have to inform my neighbors about this because this is not right. read more

Initially we had gone to a different PostalAnnex thinking they would have notary on Sunday since their website stated it did, however when we got there they didn't. We called this Postal Annex and they answered pleasantly and said they did have the notary service available on Sunday. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately. They quickly helped me with my notary. At this store they have notary service at all times the store is open which is very convenient. It's not easy to find a notary on Sundays apparently. The service was great, everyone was very polite, and I had a great experience! They offer a lot of other services, copies, mailing, finger printing, and more. Will definitely go here if I need those services even if it's a tad further from us. Totally worth it! read more

This place is an absolute rip off. This women helping me honestly tried to rip me off with a FedEx transaction that I knew cost $24. She gave me two prices 200 and 84. Ummm excuse thank god I knew there was a cheaper same day ground option. Once I called her out on the pricing she stated oh that for ground. Yes it's going 30 miles. The poor guy next to me was getting ripped off as well. They were telling him an enormous price to send something to LA because it had to go next day. Since Covid, I've been working mostly from home. In the beginning of the stay at home order, I would just run in to drop off the occasional Amazon/UPS return. When mail service started to get a little crazy, I decided to use them for my own personal outgoing mail and to purchase stamps - things I usually took care of at the office.
