I used to choose to go here over any other postal service place but HOLY COW after my last couple purchases I just realized how expensive they were!! It was $30+ for notary and $55 to overnight ship an envelope!! Other places I paid maybe $20 to overnight and $15 for a notary...I guess you pay for the service and convince of no line read more

I had received couple of bottles as gifts and couldn't take them with me on the plane. The only way was to send them through some kind of ground shipping. I immediately went on Yelp and read the reviews. Postal Annex had the most positive responses and I had decided to use their service. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a friendly smile by both employees. I had asked them how I could ship the bottles and immediately, the guy who worked there (the manager?) grabbed a styrofoam container, placed the bottles in them and taped the seams. He then proceeded to grab a box, placed the styrofoam container inside and taped the box. It was ready to be shipped. All it needed was the shipping label. This only took less than 5 minutes after I entered the facility. He had his associate finish the rest of the transaction and she was fast, friendly and courteous as well. I am very impressed with the great customer service I had at the Postal Annex. I will definitely use their service again. A MUST GO! =); read more

They do a lot of great stuff at this location and the staff is always remarkably friendly, no matter how busy they are they always greet me, even though most of the time I'm just dropping something off. I had always had a good experience here up until they started giving me the wrong mail. They put the wrong persons mail in my box several times. I had a package shipped there and my tracking said it was delivered. I went there to pick up the package and it was not there. I was told to come back. I went back on my next off day (five days later), still no package even though I had the tracking number and confirmed delivery. They basically told me to go to the local post office to see if it was there so I did. I spoke with the po supervisor who tracked the package and said the package delivery was confirmed checked in at the postal annex by her carrier. I went back to the postal annex and they were like oh well, we will call you if it shows up! No regard to the fact that they lost or gave my package to the wrong box number. This package is very expensive and is my daughter's bday present. They have lost my business after having a box there for a few years. There was no apology for losing my package. Just a oh well we will call you if it shows up! And to receive the disregard from Henry out of all people was shocking! He was horrible & accepted no responsibility! I needed to have something notarized so I did a search on Google. Postal Annex came up. I called to see if they had a notary available, as most postal mail centers only have one, and you have to go at a certain time when they'll be there. I was impressed when I asked if they had a notary and they said yes, I asked if they were there now, and they said come in. I noticed when I got there they had more then one notary. You can go anytime of the day to get something notarized. Wow, that's good to know. I now know where I will go to get my things notarized. I also wanted to say I was impressed with their customer service. I was greeted when I first walked in by a Hispanic lady, was treated with great customer service from the women who helped me with my notary, and was also impressed how she said she loved working there for that particular owner, I believe she said she'd been there five years. There was another gentlemen working in the back, another notary who when he made eye contact with me acknowledged me. I appreciated that as a lot of businesses now in my opinion don't give that kind of customer service. They had three employee's working, and I was greeted by all three. I knew that I was going to be happy with this business, when I arrived at opening time, and saw the manager/owner sweeping the sidewalk in front of his entryway. Henry was extremely helpful to me in sending a fax to Alaska. His store is immaculate and appealing. While I was browsing, I overheard a conversation that he was having with a customer, who appeared to be disabled. He went out of his way and offered to deliver a product to this gentleman's house when it arrived. I live in Beaumont, but would be willing to drive to Hemet to use Henry Enunwa's postal annex again.
