    STORE 4296 should be REPORTED to UPS corporate…read more Unfortunately, this is one of the worst UPS Stores in Westlake VIllage or even from here to Downtown Los Angeles, and that's saying a lot because I go to many locations. The biggest issue is the owner, John. He is consistently rude and unprofessional, which clearly explains why so many reviews mention his poor customer service. I asked for his name and he flat out refused, saying, "I'm not telling you." That alone says everything. So immature. This location nickel and dimes customers. Unlike most UPS Stores, they do not tape boxes BUT instead SELL YOU TAPE. For a UPS Store, this feels cheap and unnecessary, especially when other locations tape boxes without issue. They also do not scan packages at the counter. You are told to go do it yourself at the kiosk. Yes they'll help but c'mon just scan a few boxes at the counter when the store is empty! When I placed my boxes on the counter, John removed all of them and put them on the floor, saying customers needed the counter space. The store was EMPTY, one of the slowest locations around because of the owners' terrible service... What makes this even more frustrating is that the younger employees are great. They are polite, helpful, and professional. If the owners stepped back and let the young people who understand service run the place, this store's reputation would improve instantly. Unfortunately, the two older men who run it, including John, are a problem. I now go out of my way to use other UPS locations. Better service, faster experience, a little more understanding customers should be provided tape, and no attitude.

    If you're trying to get some business flyers out in the mail, don't do what I did and try to do it…read moreyourself. Ask for Aram here at Southland - he completely took away all the hassle I was putting myself through lol!! Especially in dealing with all the requirements from the USPS for the EDDM (every-door-direct-mailing). So the USPS website for EDDM is very, very confusing and kind of vague. I thought I could do it all myself - but ended up with about 4000 flyers I couldn't send through the mail with them arggghhh!! I initially went through Vistaprint for the flyers - and thought I had the minimum measurements right - but realized I needed the postage printed on them as well (but not until I already got them through Vistaprint), which is what led me to Aram at Southland. The USPS EDDM instruction pdf lists Southland as a recommended printer. I'm so glad I found him bc he took one look at my flyers and immediately recognized that they were too small!! He really knows his stuff - and was able to get me all sorted out quickly- and they even take everything to the post office for you as well! I had some flyers leftover from my batch and of course he let me keep them. They're great quality as well- nice thickness and colorful ink etc. Excellent value! They're located in a large industrial type business center with maps, signs, and plenty of parking so it was easy to find. Their prices are super competitive!! They blow FedEx out of the water!! And I found Southland to be a much better value than Vistaprint as well. Aram is super responsive via email and was so easy to work with - will definitely be back for more flyers with our next cycle!

There was no line and the employee helped me immediately despite this. The entire process took 5 minutes. They just wanted to scan my passport. The process was quick and painless and I recommend Southland for those utilizing Fieldprint. Parking: The store is at an warehouse/industrial park. There are available spaces but they are a little tighter and marked/assigned for each tenant. The parking lanes are narrow and less unintuitive.

I found OfficeLocale and decided to give them a try. Little did I know that this was a one stop shop not just for printing services, but you also get an office space you can rent, P.O. Boxes, and amazing customer service. The owner, Zee, is very informative and charismatic. Has a lot of products to offer that are unique and also standards in the industry. If I'm ever in Thousand Oaks again and need to get any printing services done, I'm coming to OfficeLocale!

    I came here for a Live Scan appointment and due to my strange work hours, I chose this place…read morebecause they offer flexible hours. They're technically open "24 hours" and the owners states that you can call any time and he can meet you at the office. The primary office is a rental space but they offer other services such as passport renewal, notary, etc. When I first went I was grateful for the flexibility and Zee was very friendly. There were some difficulties getting good quality fingerprints and he submitted it saying that it should "be okay." A couple days later, I received a notification that my fingerprints had been rejected and I needed to return to the same site to get a repeat Live Scan done. I was in TO visiting family but I work a couple hours away, so I had to re-arrange my schedule to drive all the way back for a Live Scan appointment. When I had scheduled my first appointment, I had called about 1 week in advance and he requested that I call the day-of instead, preferably a couple hours before I could come in. So for my second appointment, I called the office the morning of and no answer. I called a couple more times, and still no answer. I finally got in touch with the operator (who I'm guessing works remotely) and at first she had no clue what I was talking about when I requested a Live Scan appointment and asked if I had called the correct number. She said she'd leave a message and give me a call back shortly. She didn't get back to me so I called again 1-hour later. She had no clue who I was even though I had just gotten off the phone with her, and we had to start over again. She then told me Zee was "not online" and would try to get my message to him and give me a call back. Again, no call back. I called her a third time- she still didn't know who I was and we had to repeat the whole song and dance. I decided to just show up to the office to see if anyone was there, but of course it was locked. The next day, I tried calling a couple times and no one answered. I ended up having to chat with the business through Google just to find out Zee was out of town and that he would get back to me. He gave me a call back the following day stating he was out of town with no service. While this isn't entirely his fault, I was really frustrated by the lack of communication and even more frustrated because I was specifically told not to call too far in advance (which would've prevented this whole fiasco). He is very friendly and I think the services are convenient... until they're not... but I was also uncomfortable because he sort of pressures every customer to leave a 5-star review on platforms such as Yelp and Google. Based on the other reviews customers have left, I'm sure my experience was an exception to the norm but next time I will try to find a place that is more consistent and reliable.
