What a rip off! I never realized that companies are allowed to charge so much more than the face value of stamps. I tried to purchase 20 US stamps and 10 international stamps. The total came out to $89! I asked them how much the international stamps were, she said $4.25 each. I said no thank you. As you can see on the photo, I went to the US Post Office and purchased the same exact stamps for $32 total. An international stamp costs $1.70! Save yourself some major money and just go straight to the post office. read more

Passport Photos here are the BEST! They have proper lighting to make sure you get the best photo possible. While their prices might be a little higher than the drugstore across the street, just remember this will be on your passport for TEN years! I was able to walk right in, get my photo taken, preview it, and they printed it right after. They have a mirror for you too if you need it. I posted both of the passport photos I had taken today. please if in need of live scan do not come here. they charge an extreme rolling fee that is the most expensive in the area by over 20$. Im all about you get what you pay for but to spend this much extra and it not work correctly was the most frustrating experience I have ever had. on Top of that, they had zero solutions? I forget the name of the owner but she was kind enough to hold on to a package for me that I had ready to send out as an item I sold online, until I had a weird feeling I was being scammed. Turns out I was right, the guy was pretending to pay me after I spent all this extra money first and his address wasn't even valid, etc. Anyways, I called the manager snd asked her to please not send out the package and that it was fraud, she seemed genuinely concerned and agreed to wait for me to pick it up. When I went in to grab the item she remembered me right away and refunded me the shipping box and material, plus gave me advice on how to handle future scammers. I love this place. I started to get terrible customer service at the UPS near Albertsons so I never went back. I'm so glad I found this location. NEVER AGAIN! Wish I would have reviewed this store before sending a very large check UPS with them! But, I didn't think I had to as I've used them before several times. Totally incompetent employees that do not help! I sent this check out for a surgery date. Paid for two day yet the tracking still only says label created. No one knows where it's at or what to do. I asked the Isaac boy that " works" there to please let the owner Nisha know and explained how urgent this was. I had to call back several times only to keep hearing from him that she would be calling me by end of the day and that she would be in tomorrow. Of course, no call. I call back next day and no one knows what I'm talking about. Nisha is out on maternity leave even though Isaac told me she would be in. I tell the whole scenario again and explain that my surgery is going to be canceled if we don't figure this out! So a Cindy says she will let Nisha know.... Still, nothing! I guess that's pretty common for this store if you look at the reviews. Come on Nisha..... do better! read more

Sort of ran out of time on getting my rent check out this month and I had to find a postal annex that would be willing to stay open for me till I got off work. I only needed a stamped envelope, but it was crucial that I get that check out asap. I called here and spoke with Jamie over the phone about my sitch, and she was able to take my debit card info and even offered to drive over my stamped envelope! After being quoted over $30 to ship an envelope and a small box, I paid and researched usps flat rate prices in my car. I went back inside and asked for a refund when I saw I could save 50%. When I explained why I wanted a refund, she offered their own flat rate price (which was cheaper than the first quote). I then asked why she never mentioned that option when she was giving me quotes and when I specifically asked her if there was a cheaper way to send it. She seemed stunned and apologized, but I'll never come back here. Their 'service fee' is way too high. I'll go straight to the post office. read more

The notary overcharged me $5 each for 2 of his stamps. I thought perhaps the price for a notary stamp had gone up, hesitantly I paid, only to find out later I had been ripped off. This annex is NOT a contracted Postal Service pickup, so there is NO set time for parcels to be picked up. I have routinely seen parcels STILL there after they were dropped off the previous day! Dont drop off here unless you want all your post office parcels delayed by a full business day. read more

I mailed a package from this business, I bought insurance. They finally agreed to pay me half the value that I insured the package for. The package was shipped FedEx. FedEx sent them a check and they just cashed it and never contacted me. They also questioned the value of what I was shipping (after the fact). There are many honest businesses that ship, use one of them. read more

This place is a rip off. Over inflated prices and they nickel and dime you! I needed to buy tape for my second package which rang up to $4.49 for a TINY roll. Okay- fine. Their credit minimum is $5.00, so she suggested I buy a soda or something else I don't need to make up being $.50 short. Seriously!?! I declined to buy the tape or mail my second package. So here I am still waiting for my 1 package that I dropped off on (8/31) and there is still no tracking info!! read more

I go to this Postal Annex every time I need to send a package. I send a lot of packages to different places throughout the country and Nisha and her staff have always been incredibly helpful. I even had a problem with one of my packages being damaged upon arrival and Nisha was quick to help me file an insurance claim and saw me through it all the way. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They have helped me find fitting boxes for items I needed to ship and have always patiently helped me through the entire process of sending a package. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!!! I would give 0 stars if there was the option. I shipped a package out here on a Saturday afternoon before 3pm, as their last postal service pickup is at 3pm. My package was sat out by the front door (along with tons of other packages), where anyone could just walk by and take what they like if they wanted. Those packages should be secured somewhere where the public doesn't have access to them. That following Monday, I checked the tracking on my package, as I purchased 2-day shipping, and there was no tracking on my package at all. So I waited. Tuesday afternoon around 4pm I checked again, and NOTHING! I decided to call the Postal Annex, and the lady who I spoke too seemed very immature. She was laughing, and telling me how packages never got picked up on Saturday. I asked why it didn't go out Monday then, and she laughed some more and said she doesn't know why. She continued to laugh throughout our conversation for whatever reason. Especially after I told her that my package contained food items that probably would not be good by the time the package got delivered now. She told me a lot of people have called to complain. So then why did they allow the packages to just keep sitting there? My package finally went out Wednesday morning. So, it sat there for just about 5 days. That's so wonderful when people are mailing things that need to be their by a certain date and are paying tons of money to get it there in time. My packaged happened to have my phone number on it, so I'm wondering why they did not call me by Monday to let me know my package never got shipped out. I would've come back in and personally taken it to the post office if I would've been aware of this sooner. Why didn't an employee just take the packages to the post office/UPS/FedEx if they were having issues with package pickups? Why was she laughing at the fact that multiple people had called and complained to her? This place is a disaster. High prices, immature employees, irresponsible business practices. read more
