Love that this place has 2 Amazon return machines, makes getting in and out of there so much easier. Friendly staff greeted me upon entry, inside was clean. Parking lot is shared with alot of other businesses so parking can be difficult, but the turn over rate is quick. They offer a wide variety of services and prices seem to be fair. I absolutely dread coming to this UPS Store. I genuinely try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but I've never had even a decent experience here. The staff is consistently rude, short, and clearly uninterested in helping customers. It's to the point where I drive out of my way to visit the other UPS location in town just to avoid the unpleasant experience here. Today I had no choice but to stop in for a return, and--once again--I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. It honestly blows my mind how consistently unkind and dismissive the staff are. I rarely ever leave one-star reviews, but this store has earned it. If you can avoid it, I highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

Customer service was great and they can handle shipping needs. My issue is that it was $3.85 to print an Amazon return label via email which is absurd. Print somewhere else or request a QR code for your return as having that makes the printing free. read more

Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive management style here, specifically Cyndi. I came in for a notary service, and my paperwork was rejected due to a notary error. I supplied UPS with the proof of the rejection letter, stating that it was an error on the notary, and not on myself, however, they refused to give me a refund and stop responding to me completely. I will not be back and I highly recommend to not get anything notarized here as it will be incorrect and then treated as a customer error. read more

It's in a super convenient location with lots of parking - in the Meadows Village center with Baron's Market, Great Harvest Bread Co. and Spuntino Pizza. The store was clean and organized. UPS is the most convenient shipping service for getting a package from one location to another location within the U.S. in a short amount of time at a reasonable price. Thus, the possibility of long lines, and extended wait times during peak hours. I find it best to visit during lunch, early morning or near closing time to be the best for a walk-in, walk-up and out in five minute experience. As a member of Mercari, I prefer UPS over USPS for delivery of merchandise due to the simplicity of scan and go shipping. Highly recommend. read more

This UPS store has been great in accepting my wine shipments. The employees have been easy to work with and have even went out of their way to make sure I get my wine. My last shipment came from a carrier that was not UPS. When I learned of this I contacted the store and they took my name, said they would accept the wine shipment and contacted me when it arrived. This type of service earns this store 5 stars in my book. Job well done! read more

I can't give this store a solid five stars because I don't ever use them for anything but package drop-off, but I must say for Amazon returns and all other package drop-offs - fantastic! Unlike the location off Winchester which I feel might be busier, this location has never felt chaotic, unfriendly and unorganized. The girls up front are super nice, don't look like I'm inconveniencing them when returning items and its never too busy when I'm there. Parking is a hit or miss towards the front of the store, but the shopping center is fairly large and parking somewhat close isn't a problem. They do offer a notary service by appointment only, my only gripe is that the notary apparently does not carry extra forms (like acknowledgments etc). If you need a notary I'd suggest going to Postal Annex (off Murrieta Hot Springs and Sky Canyon). They generally have a notary that works the register, and you don't need an appointment or meed to worry about printing out those forms. Overall this store is convenient, clean, efficient and friendly. Can't really ask for more during my Amazon return experience! read more

Just terrible. I have been a lkong time customer here and sufffered throiugh several inconveniences (billing errors, etc.). Recently submitted an online print job, store never completed it. It is OK. It is a local UPS store. I have had to return items and dropped off here. There is always a line, so plan to wait if you go. And the line doesn't move too quickly. I have been frusterated with their notary options; I have needed 2 items notarized in the last 6 months, and I make an appointment on line, for a specific time and both times I went, I was told the notary wasn't in that day (even though I made an appointment). If you need a notary, go to the postal annex by Ralphs on Temecual Pkwy--they have one there full time, The other frusterating thing with the UPS store is that you can't call them directly. The number takes you to the general UPS line adn you have to go therough the prompts. read more

On March 22, I sent a package to a friend in Torrance using this store. UPS pretty much beat up this package for one week and sent it back to the store as undeliverable. A simple search using Google shows the address is OK, and I sent it USPS and it was received with no problem. I have visited the store for 3 times about this asking for a refund. There are a couple of great people there with good customer service skills and one that does not. That's part of the one star. The other part is that evidently, they have done nothing about my request for a refund. I have heard nothing back, and when I contacted UPS they said the store is contracted with them and must initiate the claim, and they have no record of any claim. So, one star; poor customer support. read more

Very disappointed in the customer service. I called on a Saturday to see if they had a Notary available. The person on the phone told me not on the weekend since the owner/manager was the only on that was currently a Notary. I asked if Monday through the week is better and she said yes. Today Wednesday I drove in 100+ degree weather to get a very important document Notarized dealing with my 96 yea old mothers death. ASI entered the store an associate asked if they could assist me. I asked for the Notary. She looked back to the back of the store and told me he is on the phone. She suggested I drive down to the other store three miles down the road. I told her I'm not driving in the heat and unless he's going to be on the phone a hour or so I'll wait. She walked away and just moments later she told me the owner /manager would be on the phone for the next hour. I told her it's a sad day day for quality customer service. I've been in Retail middle management for over Forty Five heads. When a customer comes in they come first! Unless you have an emergency get off the damn phone a help your customer. If you cannot take care of a simple Notary transaction that would take ma teen minutes and maybe around Fifteen bucks then stop advertising you have a Notary! Very disappointing that a state representative would NOT help me. A call to the state agency will be filed! My hope is to get your Notary pulled! read more

I've come to this store for over a year and used them for regular shipping as well as some Amazon returns. The girl working today is someone I've never encountered before. She stated I would be charged for her to tape up the box with my Amazon return (which I'm perfectly capable of doing myself). I have never been told of any charge for amazon returns here before. She claimed that they are not a UPS Store despite being names as such and that they are privately owned and this is the owner's (Renee?) policy. When told her the location is listed as a UPS store (and clearly named as such) she insisted it is not and told me I had to find another one on Google. Google is how I originally found this UPS Store (which also states it's a UPS Store on the UPS website) and it is clearly identified as a UPS Store. If you have somehow not become a UPS Store you need to update your name or otherwise identify that you are not. If this employee is just lazy, then perhaps she shouldn't be your employee as she's turning away your business. read more

I stopped in yesterday to send a couple of my amazon returns. I was confused on the amazon return label etc.. and how to do it. One box was supposed to go to Kohl's for them to return it to amazon.
