But a few weeks later, my wife went in and had the exact same experience with the same employee. Same attitude, same rudeness, same cold interaction. At that point, it's clearly not a one-off. It's how this place operates. People come into a UPS Store already stressed, shipping important items or handling paperwork. The last thing they need is hostility from the person behind the counter. It makes the whole experience uncomfortable and unnecessary. If management sees this, please understand this employee is pushing customers away.
