This place is a total scam. AVOID them at all cost. Beware if you are female as they will take full advantage and try to charge you way more than you would have to pay at the Post Office. They charged my wife over $9 to mail out a standard lightweight 8 1/ x 11" envelope. They initially wanted to charge her over $20. I get that they have "new" employees but DONT take advantage of vulnerable customers. I am definitely NEVER going to visit this place again. Save your self some $$$ and just go to the Post Office or use the Post Office Kiosk. Hopefully this place will go out of business. read more

Bought stamps here today, very easy and quick. Also was able to drop off some envelopes for mailing. Robert was my cashier, very friendly and helped me get some really cool truck stamps. The guy who assisted me was great, and even though this is typically extra, he provided a free of cost. He was very very generous, and asked me if I would just come back next time and not to worry about it. The customer service here is great! I came in with my boyfriend because he needed to get his Livescan done for his job. To be honest, I've never heard of PostalAnnex until now. However, if I ever need to come back, I will come to this location because of the service that Ayman gave us. He is knowledgeable and accommodating, and even though my boyfriend messed up on something that they sent out (shh, don't tell him!), Ayman was able to give us the information needed to fix it, while helping us through the process! I don't tend to like to be negative or give negative reviews but The old man who works there needs to retire because he is a liability to that place even if he is the owner it doesn't matter take a step down and let those girls run it! It is inappropriate the way you speak to people it is definitely inappropriate to act like your customers are a "problem" or you are put out by anything you have to do for them. If he is not the owner he definitely would need to be fired! He is causing so much confusion there and was not kind at all! I wanted my money back but of course that wasn't going to happen. I could not believe the audacity of the things he did ... First the day I buy my box He takes all my information we go over and over and over it , he holds my ID with my address on it. He has everything he needs and reads it back to me yet for some reason He was still incapable of typing the information in correctly and I was not getting any notifications for a long time. I'm not sure if this is a tactic of some sort to get extra money because there's a storage fee if you don't come within 3 days, which I was charged! I have a hyphenated last name He did not put both of my names on my box so when things came in with just the other name and not both names He did not accept it and he threatened me one time when I came in to pick up mail and said that they would not be accepting anything of mine if it didn't have my box number on it ....that seems pretty extreme some businesses don't get the box number or they forget, it's not my fault. I had an important envelope delivered and he would not accepted apparently because of him not putting both of my names on my account so that was his fault not mine and yet he punished me and made me pay and made me pay extra on those storage fees and he shouldn't have got one extra dime from me, if anything they should have given me my money back when I asked for it and let me do business elsewhere.NI! he continued to torture me with his bad behavior and unacceptable attitude towards humans... He is old school and if you do not fit his profile then apparently you're going to know it quite well from this old man! He was going to do whatever he wanted and say whatever he wanted. On the day I'm closing my box I cannot make it over there so I have a friend go to get it and this is the cherry on top ....He stood there with my friend and told all of my business about how I was a difficult customer? That was the last straw for me for sure!! He did not know that person from anyone else that is on the streets and he had no right to complain about me to a person that is obviously somebody I know and trust well enough to get my mail so they are close to me! What was he trying to prove or do? Obviously he needed to finalize his disdain for anybody that is not anything in what he would consider the normal range of society. I didn't pay this place to give me a self-analyzation or lifestyle assessment and based on some bigot who is is spreading negativity and hatred and showing his lack of empathy for anybody that doesn't fit his ideas of what you should act like and look like and be as a customer. You are an ignorant man and you need to step down or close down if it's your business because you are a horrible person you should be investigated, I think I will be calling it in! I'm not the only one who feels this way there are other people who write the same exact words about that mean old man. The only people that are getting good service are the people who fit his mold and that's why they're saying they like him or he's so great for customer service... He is not! read more

I have gone to many PostalAnnex+ locations. This one is located in a large shopping center that allows for tons of parking. E shop is a nice size and provides tons of services. Today we had to get some notary services completed and both employees were extremely helpful. Emily helped us along with a gentleman. Due to our personal oversight the process took much longer causing the employees to spend over an hour with us. They were still able to take care of all of the other customers who entered the store and were very patient with us. I will always go out of my way to give them our business. Thank you! read more

If I had to sum up this place in just a few words: They are on top of their game!! I came here to get my passport photos done. I legit look like I'm getting my mugshot done for prison but eh, passport photos, what else are you gonna do with a half forced/neutral smile. ha I came in and within just 10 minutes I was done with my passport photos in my hand and ready to go for mailing.
