I wanted to like this place, but the negatives are:…read more Terrible hours--M-F close at 5 and no weekend hours Most of my shipping and postage work needs to happen after I work or on weekends. So this is a big issue. Expensive and does not understand how shipping works and often quotes very high prices to ship something that is twice the rate of the post office. They have quoted me outrageous fees to mail basic stuff. They have zero concept of competitive shipping. I once mailed a certified letter there, and the letter came back to my address as the store lady mixed up the TO and FROM addresses.

Horrible experience. Had a delivery coming from this location. Tried to get in my car an catch her but she was gone. Called UPS location on Plumb Lane to see if they could hold it for me since that is where the delivery originated from and they gave me a number to call, 800-877-1670. All that number did was ask me am I over 50 and would I like a special deal for a medical alert bracelet and then hung up on me...twice! Called UPS directly and they said sometime next week I should get some new information on my delivery options. Well, it's a phone I ordered and planned on setting it up this weekend. Absolutely terrible service, and I cannot believe she drove right past and didn't even bother to check the address for a final delivery. I will never use them again!
