They beat their quoted turnaround time and we were very satisfied with the print quality and super fast turnaround. It's no wonder this shop has survived while many of the ones that used to exist in the area, are long gone. Would definitely come here again for any print needs and you should as well.

I just need 2 copies made from an original photo. Thats all. Color Images replies saying it was $5 and can be done while I wait. I replied to confirm and they said it was easy and to come on down. So I send my husband in the following day to drop off the picture. After dropping it off he calls me back and tells me how rude the guy at the counter was to him and just how complicated he made a simple task seem. He said the guy acted like it was just a huge inconvenience, asking several questions for what should be simple and self explanatory and complaining that they normally do larger jobs , blah blah blah. At the end of the day I hadn't heard back from them as promised to let me know it was ready. I was already on a time crunch, because I intended this picture as a gift to someone who was visiting so I stopped by to see if it was finished (4pm, drop off was 9am) and the guy said "Oh, I forgot, let me warm up the machine". About 10 min later I have the copies. Now remember, I specifically asked for a color print of a glossy photo and they specifically responded that they can provide this. What I got was AWFUL. It was a morphed, discolored, paper copy. Common sense dictates that if someone asks for a copy of a glossy photo then theyd get a glossy photo in return. Its was so terrible. I think he even tried to balance the color, which made it worse...... The original photo was taken is soft lighting but it came out like it was red..... I dont even know how to explain it other than it was absolute garbage. Like I said, maybe they do good work on large print jobs but this place had no business reaching out to me when I was specific about what I was looking for AND the guy who is at the service desk is rude and unprofessional. I dont care about the measly $5. I care that my time was wasted and that both my husband and I were treated poorly. Oh, and I had to ask for my card back because he didnt return it at the end of the task and yes, he forgot because he sent me on my way before giving it back. I drove straight to CVS and printed out a perfect glossy duplicate for under $1.00, self service, took 3 minutes, the picture wasnt damaged or bent like I had feared which is why I did not go in the first place and no drama.

A young lady kinda waves me over & I let her know I have an Amazon return. Note I was not greeted by her or anyone, just kinda waved over. I hand my package to her & she scans & does some things; no questions, no small talk, no smile & hands me a paper. Now, I have returned only a few items & to Amazon Fresh & they let me know what's going on, walk me through the return process - she did none of this & handed me a paper. I didn't know what to do with it, I ask her what it is, she kinda sighs and says it's your receipt. Ok, no big deal, I say thank you & she just looks away. No goodbye, no thanks for coming in. Imho, she REALLY needs some refreshing on how to treat people because even though I wasn't technically a customer, she was not polite in the least & I will not be back to this store for any reason.

I exchanged a number of emails regarding this project and they were quick to respond to each one. I gave them a call once and Alan was very attentive. I inquired for 2 quotes: one for replacing the logo only and the second for replacing the entire signage. They took the time to come over to the property to get all right dimensions for the second quote. I appreciate the attention to detail with the warm light bulbs. I found Jeff as a referral and boy am I glad! Him and his wife run this small business from their home therefore keeping costs low for us consumers. I've had headshots and postcards printed here, and every time Jeff let me have as much time as I wanted to tinker with the pictures before I printed them up. They've let me go through multiple borders and fonts, playing around with endless combinations on the layout of my headshot, and even did a super complicated over lay design on my postcard to make it stand out so it wasn't just the generic pretty picture on a postcard. For any actor that wants a more personalized product while saving money, you can't do better than Grand Prints! P.S. I haven't tried their "Replace-a-Face" service, but I think it's hilarious/genius.
