It's very easy to return Amazon items here as well as dropping off UPS packages. I find it easier to prepay online, label my package and then drop it off. Saves time, $$$, and aggravation. This is an "all service" facility. Shipping supplies are for sale along with mailboxes for rent if you are in need. Arrived at this UPS Store at 7:55 PM (posted closing time is 8:00 PM) and the doors were already locked, even though lights were on and staff were inside. At the time, there was no sign indicating any early cutoff for service. After I raised the issue, a new notice appeared stating a 7:45 PM check-in cutoff. Closing early without clearly posted policies is misleading for customers who rely on posted business hours. If there's a cutoff time, it should be clearly communicated in advance--not added after the fact. Would appreciate more consistency and transparency moving forward. I have used this UPS Store for years and have never been disappointed. Also, as a bonus for regular customers, they have me and my family's info saved in their computer so I don't even have to tell them every time. Always friendly, always professional, it costs a little more than doing it yourself but I think the convenience is worth it. Just be sure to get there early during the Christmas season because they do tend to have long lines in mid-to-late December, the only negative I can think of with this store. I want to leave a negative review; they are scamming people out of money there. I came to process my return; the return was supposed to be free, the item was in the original box, but I didn't have time to tape it shut at home. The employee started asking me for $1 to tape it shut with scotch tape. This has never happened before, no other branch has ever asked for money for this, never!! I don't mind the money, but imagine how much money they collect from people like this throughout the day, just $1 at a time! Came in on 8/9/23 in alittle after 8am to get a passport photo. The lady was very nice to start and make it easy to take the pic. At checkout I presented a coupon I received online at UPS store. Right away she deny it and said they don't accept it, a-little rude , but I ask if there's anything she could do to help I did receive it online. She took the taxes off witch is great wasn't the 15% off the coupon presented, But she did what she can to make it right. That all that counts in my book. I rarely post bad reviews however due to my recent experience at this specific UPS store, I feel obligated to inform the local community. The staff here is rude and unprofessional. The customer service is horrendous. One staff member handed me tape in order for me to tape up my own shipment and less than a minute later, a female staff worker yanks the tape from me stating we are not allowed to tape in store. If this is the policy, that is fine however all staff should know this ahead of giving me tape. Moreover, the female staff member should not aggressively take the tape from me. That is unprofessional in the truest form. Perhaps she should have communicated to me in a polite and professional manner. I do not recommend this UPS store. read more

Needed to get fingerprinting done and chose this UPS store. Had the QR code on my phone; but I also brought in a printed copy of the directions and the QR code. The older man that assisted me took my phone and entered the QR code into a device that looked like it was for self service. Then he used my phone to enter the QR code again on his computer. I had to lean over to briefly look at his screen to make sure that he was entering my information in what appeared to be an official website. He also asked for my ID and entered some information from it on the same website--I think. He then directed me through the steps for the fingerprinting and completed it. I am giving two stars because I think everything was completed as required as he did gesture like it was all complete. When I was getting my personal items together to leave out of the store, he then mentioned that he needed the printed copy, quickly took it from me, asked for my phone number, and wrote it down on the paper. He then asked for my drivers license number again and said that they are required to keep the printed copy. When he asked for the drivers license, I didn't give it to him and took the paper back and tried to find where it said that I was required to leave the paperwork. Nowhere in the directions does it say that I am required to leave a printed copy with the operator. He wanted to argue with me over this and then pulled out a small stack of similar papers from a drawer. When he saw that I was hesitant in giving the paper back to him, he said, "That's fine. Take your paper. You'll get an email." My concern is that this company is taking people's information and doing other things with it. He would have had my cell phone number and my driver's license number, if I had given it to him. Not sure what other additional information he would have asked me for. I should also say that this fingerprinting process was free; no cost to me. However, I am concerned about the employees of UPS at this store and their intentions with customer information. I will be checking to see if I get the email verifying that the fingerprinting was done. If I do not, this incident will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. read more

Beyond terrible and livid as hell right now. I contacted this location because I needed a third party to verify my identification for an I-9 since my employer does not have a local office. All they needed to do was see both me and my IDs in person and verify it through a link sent by email. Really - it's that easy. You don't even have to be a notary; just a person over 18 years of age who sees both the person and their IDs in person. I explained my situation over the phone and was told by the notary they would be able to accommodate me. After arriving to the location, I was told I needed to print out my IDs for notarization for a signature. After explaining the process to them again and that it didn't require a signature (or notarization), just a confirmation through a link sent by email, the notary said they wouldn't be able to help me. The notary here is terrible - very curt, rude, and completely unhelpful. I'd be understanding if he had told me over the phone that they wouldn't be able to do this, but that's not what happened. Thanks a bunch for wasting my time and gas. And to the response below: You can keep your self-serving, backpedalling, damage control, PR bullshit reply to yourself. If you were genuinely concerned about my experience, you would have messaged me on yelp directly as opposed to publicly displaying it as ostensible PR. I've already found a competent notary who was ready, willing, and able to perform the verification without the cavalier and dismissive attitude and she was a pleasure to deal with. Plus, I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and never treated a customer like this. If you were committed to providing "world-class service" you would have done so in the first place; this establishment has already demonstrated the opposite. You want ME to contact YOU? Who the hell are you!? And what are you going to do? Reimburse me for the time and mileage I spent? In vain? I highly doubt it, let alone a penny from you. Never come here to print things; they charge you just $5 to use their computer no matter if you print anything or not. I was having trouble with my USB stick not being able to be read so I asked them "oh can you just cancel this session so I don't get charged?" and they said no, there's no way to cancel it. That's pretty fucking dumb especially when customers are bound to make mistakes or bring the wrong file, They asked me if I could email it and I said sure, but I clarified asking if they could refund me for the $5 charge since I didn't actually print anything and they said they wouldn't charge me for this print. Seems like a pretty shitty business model that color prints are less than a buck but using their computer costs $5 read more

The owner or manager here a man is a piece of shit. They stole my usb drive. I left it on the printer came right back to get it and it was gone I asked the latina worker and he pulled a box full of drives but he stopped her from allowing me to look for my drive. He was so rude I had personal information there. After losing this drive my bank account has had many fraudulent charges. Do not go here. If you accidentally leave anything here they will not give it back they will keep it. Dishonest people there do mot trust them! This UPS Store is a life saver! I wanted to send out a package and didn't have the chance to do it throughout the week. I learned that not all UPS Stores are open on Sunday, but this location is! It was the first time visiting and although it is not the closest location to me, it is the closest location that is open on Sundays.
