I like it and that it is nearby our home. The bruschetta options are wonderful. We've been a handful of times since they opened. Although on our last trip the waiter took our order and then we didn't see him again until we paid, didn't check on us one time. We had to chase down other wait staff. I'd recommend that you offer a refresher to your staff on how to serve people properly or increase staff levels during busy brunch times. Overall, tasty food options and I will be back. read more

Postino has a good atmosphere and the food is decent. They do have an overly restrictive (albeit selectively enforced) mask policy at this time. The policy is clearly stated on every occupied table as 'Wear masks whenever possible" which is pretty much all the time. It's hard to enjoy a meal when encumbered at your table with a mask. Every other restaurant that I have been to during the current health related restrictions at least allow for removal of a mask while seated at a table, which seems reasonable. I would have had a much better experience if I were permitted to take of my mask while seated at my table. read more

Bruschetta board was great. We went during brunch and I ordered an egg toast. It cost $11 for said slice of egg topped toast. Why? Because of a drizzle of truffle oil is why. Our server was attentive. The water glass was always filled. The ambiance and design of the place is stellar. But it lacked a certain je ne sais quoi so I personally wouldn't come here again. Drinks are good and served quickly with good happy hour values to be had. People are friendly. Service is fast, but hit and miss if anything is off-script and I get the feeling like they are trying to process me and get me out quickly despite being kind and polite and spending between $100-$200 including tip for two people. Food is casual small plates, but I question the use of beefsteak tomatoes instead of vine ripened or Roma tomatoes on fresh mozzarella on toast, for example, with the green core showing on our slices. Some of the dishes could benefit from more refined flavors and ingredients. It wants to be a wine and drink bar with European-style small plates, but the small plates could be improved and the service more responsive when there are actual issues with the food like undercooked meatballs, for example. I will not go there for a full meal again, perhaps just snacks with drinks. read more

First of all, my review is focused specifically toward brunch. I have never been to this restaurant for happy hour or dinner so I cannot speak about that. My boyfriend and I attended brunch today. Our server, Courtney, was very friendly and sincere in her approach and we had no problems with her or her service. We appreciated the ambiance/decor. Now for the negative: 1) French roast "pot" was a joke! This SMALL metal pot came out. The grounds were MUCH too finely ground! The coffee came out super murky and bitter and WE weren't even able to get ONE full mug of coffee from this $5 pot! I used to be a barista and understand how to make French roast. I would avoid ordering their French roast coffee until they get a decent sized pot and learn how to properly grind the beans. Then we got the drip coffee to replace the horrible French roast...no flavor and very watered down! Bottom line...don't expect good coffee here! 2) I have no idea why, but both the mimosa and white peach Bellini tasted odd. I'm pretty sensitive to "fake" sweeteners and avoid anything with artificial sweeteners. The Bellini tasted like it had some sort of artificial sweetener(s) perhaps in the form of a syrup added to it? I can't tell you what was wrong with it but it tasted weird. The mimosa also had a strange taste that I couldn't put my finger on. Maybe the $5 price has forced them to use some sort of cheap/off brand ingredients? 3) We were asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside when we arrived. We chose to sit inside. We were sat fairly close to the front doors. Within 15 minutes of being there, they opened both doors WIDE OPEN when it was 39° outside. In my opinion, that kind of defeats the purpose of asking people where they would like to sit. I did ask them to close the doors and then 30 minutes later they reopened them AGAIN. As a restaurant, you should warn people if you plan to open the doors every 30 minutes and then they can choose NOT to sit near the entrance. 4) Social distancing is NOT being practiced here! Within 20 minutes of our arrival, a table of four people sat directly behind me. I could have reached out and touched the shoulder of the guy behind me, and I have short arms! You could barely walk between my chair and his chair/their table. There were multiple spots within the restaurant like this, with barely enough room to move between chairs, mostly toward the front entrance of the restaurant. This area is a little more casual/lounge-like with a sofa and chairs. Upon my return from the restroom, I could barely walk through this area in order to leave the reThey are definitely not following social distancing policies. I also saw multiple people in the restaurant walking around with no masks on including two people in the women's bathroom. COVID policies are definitely not a top priority! Perhaps that's why they keep opening the front doors, in an attempt to offset their relaxed enforcement of pandemic policies! 5) Avocado Toast and P.R.E.A.M bowl were both mediocre, especially for the prices of $8 and $14. Not much flavor and the toast was tiny! I'm willing to pay these prices for quality food with a decent portion size. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic, but I still feel that it doesn't give restaurants free reign to do a subpar job. People are CHOOSING WHERE to spend their money and I can choose someplace else for brunch. Btw, we still tipped well as we understand none of these issues were Courtney's fault. read more

Came back to give this place another try. Pleasantly surprised. After my first visit I was asked to reach out to the management team. I usually don't do that because they tend to make things right on the date you visit. So I just stopped in. Had a great server, Cricket who was amazing. Very friendly and attentive. Food was great. Oh my gosh. Our goal was to catch up and treat clients whom we haven't seen in about a year. We walked in and were hit with a WALL of sound. SUPER loud music. Chose outdoor seating (hoping it would be quieter) -- still so LOUD with music that our dinner companion (who is in her early 30's and not averse to sound) actually asked the waiter to turn the volume down on the patio so we didn't have to shout. Everyone in the place was shouting to talk (even sitting next to one another). The waiter said, "I will make the request (to turn down the volume) but I can't guarantee it will be honored." It wasn't honored. After leaving Postino9Co we felt like we had survived some sort of challenge. The food was just bar food (no entrees) but I couldn't even register the taste. We were treating clients to dinner and we all agreed that, unless the volume were significantly lower, it was no place to have a conversation. Service was very friendly. read more

I normally grab a bruschetta board to share between between my husband and I. I've come for brunch and tried other things, but the bruschetta is always a winner. The board comes with 4 different bruschetta creations that are of ample size and adequately topped with various pickings. I appreciate how easy it is to get a great mix of flavors and there's vegetarian and/or gluten free options as well. My favorite is the Smoked Salmon & Pesto, Piquillo Pepper & Goat Cheese, Burrata, Bacon, Arugula & Tomato, and Prosciutto Di Parma, Fig & Mascarpone. The meatballs with goat cheese is a great option to order as an appetizer. The meat was tender and the creaminess of the goat cheese in that tomato sauce... sooo good! Their HH is amazing and if you're wine lover like me, you'll be frequenting this place much more.. $5 glasses of wine from their extensive quality wine list?! Sign me up! I got the bruschetta. Do you have to pick four different varieties. I would definitely get two of them again, two of them were definitely not good. The one with mozzarella tomato and basil was really dry and seemed to have low quality mozzarella. It tasted like string cheese with a leaf of basil and a piece of tomato. The one with hot artichoke spread was probably fine, but a little too heavy on the artichoke for me. I had two that had fig and they were both good. The one with prosciutto was my favorite. The one with apples and Brie and fig was good too. Iwould have been disappointed if I didn't like any of them. For the price I was really disappointed in the caprese one. read more
