Cool ambiance and cocktails! They are alcohol forward if you don't like strong drinks this likely isn't the place for you. Good service and a comfortable environment!

Broderick is an amazing little stop that offers lots of live performances here whether it be some local talented music or comedy and you have to try all the fabulous cocktails and drinks and snacks. I'm looking forward to coming here again soon and every visit we have ever had has been a really nice time with great service and a fun cozy vibe at the same time. It's perfect for a date night or hanging out with a group of your friends.

Amazing Cocktail bar in the heart of Wash Park. A very inspired collection of hand crafted cocktails with such variety on the drink menu, everyone will find something for them. I have been on a few occasions and some of my favorites were the Ninth Ward and the Winter Margarita. They have random events and live music which make it a great date spot and hang-out. The service is impeccable and all of the staff are so knowledgeable about the menu and about making recommendations.

The Broderick is a great cocktail spot located near Wash Park! We made reservations which made it easier for our large party to be seated. There were a mix of cocktails that you could choose from. I had the flight of old fashions which were yummy to have. There were a variety of options for our entire party. The only downfalls of this place is the pricey (we left with a hefty bill), and the volume was loud because it's a smaller bar. Besides that, it's a great spot to check out.

Came here for an unexpected comedy show and had such a nice time. It's on a cute little street in wash Park, with lots of shops and restaurants. They set up about 30 chairs for the comedy show in the back and it was the perfect cozy space, with the bar bustling in front. They had a great craft cocktail menu. I believe I tried the gardeners drink with the Mezcal, it was delicious. I also snacked on the pistachio dark chocolate cups and they were so good. The service was great given the size of the event as well Thanks for making this a great night !

Tim and company served excellent, craft cocktails that are made with love! I had the riot awakening, basically a delicious Jamba Juice with vodka! Consider it the health food option if you want to drink with friends. I also tried the black walnut old fashioned, complex and flavorful, alcohol-forward with nutty notes and a lot of depth. That Luxardo cherry is the final win! Yum. We enjoyed charcuterie and spirits with fabulous music and excellent service! Don't miss this classy and upscale spot for a date night or group outing in a cozy, intimate space that Tim has made to feel like his home back in San Fran even down to having personal art that he has made! tricia nights, comedy evenings and other special events dominate this cool space so every night is different and interesting! Check it out!

Cute new(ish) cocktail spot on Gaylord! We were allowed to seat ourselves anywhere in the front or back of the place - lots of cute couch/chair seating areas. We were a bit puzzled about how many large tables were in the back though. It's not a restaurant (just have a few snacks/charcuterie) and I think it would help the vibe to stick to just little couch-y areas and get rid of those big tables. Like an area for 2, an area for 3-4, an area for 6-8. The long table in the middle seemed very out of the place. Anyway, the menu leans a bit heavily on brown liquor-based cocktails which aren't always my jam, but I made it work. I got the winter margarita - pretty good, definitely heavy on the tart cranberry flavor. Second, I got the "bright eyed" but asked to make it alcoholic and opted for gin. I think I preferred that one to the margarita. I was with my husband and other friend who prefer brown liquor drinks and both really enjoyed theirs. The server gave us all small samples of the 'spiced buck' which I thought was very tasty, felt very fall/winter. We were peckish and went for the combo charcuterie board which was really good. I don't tend to be a big cheese person, but I tried some of the brie and it was amazing - nice saltiness to it. One of the meats was a lamb salami (?) which was great too. And the marinated artichokes! I could've eaten a plate of those. Prices were fairly typical for cocktail style bars in the area. Vibes were chill and we got to gossip with one of the servers who walked by at one point :)

Walked in for a beverage before our dinner reservation. Our server was great and even suggested a popular beverage based on where we were headed for dinner. Loved the ambiance and sitting in the front window area.

We felt welcome from the moment we stepped in. Very clean with relaxed artsy vibes. We were given a welcome sip that was a Spritz, very tasty. We ordered two build your own flights so we could try more drinks. Service is a bit slow but friendly... it's definitely a more relaxing enjoy the experience type of place. All of the drinks were made well. They have some spins you can try on two of the classics (Negroni and Manhattan). I've had espresso martinis at other locations and thought I was not a fan... but I tried it here and loved it. Was definitely my favorite of the night. The honeycomb was really good.

Great tasting welcome sip! Wish I remembered the name.

MAGGIE if you see this, HI!! My husband "Donovan" and I met you at the farmers market lol. This space is so cozy and the staff is welcoming. They are VERY excited about the brand and exploring flavors. I purchased the Gin Old Fashioned to bring home with me. I'm a fan of ALL the negroni's. They have small snacks to enjoy. I would definitely come here for a night cap again. I loved my experience.

If you've ever had Uncle Tim's bottled cocktails, you already know how good they are. Now imagine that same level of cocktail magic in a beautiful, cozy space in Wash Park and that's exactly what you'll find at Broderick, their brand-new tasting room on South Gaylord. The vibe here is so warm and inviting and somewhere between a cocktail lounge and a coffee shop. It's the kind of place you can settle into for one drink and end up staying all night. I ordered the Martinez and the Espresso Martini, along with their cheese board. Both cocktails were excellent, but the Espresso Martini was the star of the night -- smooth, rich, perfectly balanced, and honestly one of the best I've had in Denver. The Martinez was also a standout -- classic, complex, and beautifully made. And yes, they also have Gino Panino's paninis on the menu, which is a perfect pairing with cocktails. Broderick is one of those spots that makes you feel instantly at home. Whether you're here for a date night, drinks with friends, or just to unwind, you can't go wrong. Denver, we've got a new gem in Wash Park!

Broderick is Uncle Tim's physical tasting room and event space. They have a production space in a industrial area of Denver where they offered tastings in a small space last year. They have had pop-ups in the Farmers markets the last few years. Now a real tasting room with light food choices and plenty of room to socialize. It opened August 15th. I started with their version of an Aperol Spritz for only $10. Very nice drink. Next I got their barrel-aged Mezcal Negroni. A strong and proper cocktail. They offer light snacks, 2 Gino Panino Paninis, a salad and sweets. I got the Elisa panini with salami & honey pistachio mascarpone on foccacia and a romaine salad. I got an even stronger drink, their Rum based Old Fashioned. I sat at the bar and was served by Timothy.

Stopped by on their opening night and had a great time! They were still getting the kinks worked out but still had a great margarita that wasn't too sweet or overpowering. We ordered at the bar and then sat outside. I will definitely be back to try some of the food!

It was easy to walk to without moving my car from the mall garage, which was nice since the parking near the bar itself is scarce and just street parking. They have the cutest little set up, nestled in between a larger building with some large murals on the walls of beautiful violet flowers. They also have a great patio set up, with live fires that you can sit around. The service was great, we were greeted almost instantly, and the waiter made recommendations on his favorite drinks, I got the coco coffee cocktail, which is very popular according to the staff. It was a little too creamy for me, so not my favorite, but was tasty and elegant nonetheless. I also got the Elote dip, it was also good, but nothing spectacular. Overall, the vibe was great, though, people at other tables were friendly, and it did not feel stuffy. Prices are Cherry Creek normal, a drink is $16-20. Will definitely come back and try something new

But then there was some shady stuff going on at the front of the line (I was right at the front), and the bouncer was basically just letting in whoever he wanted, and ignoring the line. Was kind of frustrating, but we waited patiently so we could see what this place was all about. The vibes were cool, and I'd like to go back on a weeknight when it's not so busy. So, I need the service to be a little better for me to increase my rating. And then maybe try some of the bites that they offer during food service times. Idk. This place has potential... and it is really cute. Hoping for more next time.

But the real highlight of the night was the steaks. My skirt steak was cooked perfectly, well-charred outside and tender inside, paired with the potatoes three ways, crispy, creamy, and roasted, each with its own texture and seasoning. Even better was the tomahawk ribeye, flambéed tableside in mezcal, a great bit of theater with a smoky, slightly sweet flame that infused the meat. I got lucky enough to try a bite. Rich, buttery, and delicious with heavy rosemary. A real treat. Service was a bit spotty for our group. Considering the only other US location is in California, I was surprised and knew this would be my opportunity to try it! The aesthetic is modern & elevated with Japanese wooden features. I got 3 classic dishes which was just the right amount of food. I honestly recommend coming with a group to try more items since you know everything will be delicious. The Yellowtail Jalapeño is a signature dish; the yellowtail was delicate & buttery and the citrus soy with the bight of jalapeño made each bite clean, bright, with some subtle heat. I did not expect the Rock Shrimp Tempura to be that good! The shrimp was lightly battered & fried but the sauces were the highlights! Their creamy spicy is a very well-done spicy mayo but the butter ponzu was unreal! Super addictive, rich, and unlike any sauce I've had before. Shout out to my waitress for suggesting getting both sauces on the side rather than lathered on the shrimp, which also kept it crispy. Last but certainly not least is the famous Black Cod! The fish is super buttery and flaky; there were some caramelized edges from the miso glaze which added so much depth & richness to the bite. It's a good balance of sweetness, savoriness, umami that is bound to be good. All in all, so grateful I got to try what many call an institution and will certainly try more of chef Nobu's restaurants.

Some of courses were delicious and some were mediocre. We spent almost $700 for a party of four. The situation that needs the most improvement was the pace of the meal. The courses were separated by a 20-30-minute wait time. Considering that the courses were very small and contained 5-6 pieces for a party of four... that equates to a little more than a small bite every 20-30 minutes. The dinner took 2.5 hours to develop, and we were honestly still hungry by the end. The waiter started asking us if were "still hungry" at about the fifth courses. By the end, we felt awkward in asking for more. The wagyu beef was particularly disappointing as the beef was somewhat chewy, lacking taste and small. Waiters seemed to be near their capacity of workload. Didn't really take the time to serve, walk you thru the menus, keep the service moving or even gauge your level of satisfaction. We ordered dessert to celebrate the birthday. Apart from a small chocolate plaque on the dessert that said, "happy birthday", there was no attempt to celebrate the occasion as other less exclusive restaurants do... no "happy birthday" wish, no courtesy dessert... nothing special. The best part of this meal was by far, the young couple that accompanied us. Friendly advice: if you want to impress a client with something the feels exclusive... this may be the place. If you are looking for amazing food, being pampered and feeling your money was "well spent", try another place. I don't plan to visit this restaurant soon.
