I was very excited to see they had a gluten free bread option. AND it was thick and delicious- not very common for GF bread haha I can't wait to go back and try one of the boards with the gluten free bread! My go to Wine bar here in Tucson. The happy hour offers one of the best deals in town with six dollar glass of wine before 5 PM. They have an extensive menu with constantly changing options. The patio is beautiful on a sunny day, but can quickly get hot in the summer. Inside there is seating for larger parties as well as more intimate parties. First visit here and it did not disappoint. Came here as part of a Yelp Elite event. Both the food and the service was great. We got there early (around 5:45) because we weren't sure how crowded it was going to get if we went much later - and we were right. Great drink selection. Loved the bruschetta board options - something for everyone. And the portion was quite large. We also had the crispy cauliflower. It was quite tasty and very different from the usual fried cauliflower. And not heavily fried at all. We asked if the soft pretzel could be served alone and not part of the Nick's Board and he told us no problem. It was delicious; it should be it's own "snacky thing". I had the soup and salad. Soup of the moment was a red pepper soup. I'm not sure I'd order it again, but it was pretty good. The Hannah's Field salad though was amazing. My son had the chicken and mozzarella sandwich and there wasn't a crumb left on the plate! Unfortunately, we had no room for dessert, but that just means we will be back to give that a try. Super friendly, very personably, and made us feel right at home. We had a friend who was a little late joining, and she didn't even think anything of it and didn't rush us. Thank you Brandy for being amazing! Brandy was getting off and switched over to I think Kristy. Uggh. We've had her throughout the years and it's always unpleasant. She's short, cold, pushy, and always makes you feel like you're a burden. She was even training someone? How? How do you have someone that horrific at her job be a trainer in the hospitality industry? I remembered why we don't come here. Some people should not be in the service industry, and how she's managed to stay in for so long and even training... no thanks. The brushetta boards are genius - all four were fantastic although we all agreed that the apple, fig, brie was #1 and smoked salmon #2. I loved my meatballs with goat cheese - while we were driving I had just mentioned the amazing meatballs I had at Enzos Hideaway and bam - on this menu too. So good! The final dish was a panini and salad. Very tasty! We were lucky enough to be there during happy hour so enjoyed $6 wine and beer although my son's cucumber lemonade was also amazing! I'm not a wine aficionado, so I can't comment on the quality of their wine selection, to the layman it seems expansive. They do not have liquor. The Salami Pesto and the Apple Brie were my two favorites on my most recent visit. I would skip the moz/tomato/basil on my next visit, flavors pail in comparison to the others options. The smoked salmon "Snack" was also really good and great for sharing. Chunky pieces of salmon and plenty of crackers/bread to get through the cheese and salmon. Meatballs weren't for me, they weren't bad, but I wouldn't order them again. Many other exciting things to try on the menu. Love this place and their happy hour that is from 12 to 6. You can go grab a small bit and a nice glass of wine for a reasonable price. Right now, that is hard to find. It is also in a great location and the servers that I have had were always friendly and fun to talk to. They have amazing bruschetta and tiny plates for everyone. I haven't had one I didn't like. The salads are amazing too and I am not a salad fan, but they have some great toppings and dressing that make my mouth happy.
