When another restaurant in the area said they couldn't accommodate or large group (24 people) we went to Snooze. The host asked a waitress if she would take the large group on the patio and with a huge beautiful smile said yes. Olivia was so patient, kind, efficient and joked around with us. Her recommendation for cocktails and food was spot on. Normally a group this large many servers are very frazzled or annoyed but Olivia quickly had a system in place for separate checks, no stress, no errors. This was already a great outing with family but Olivia made it even better. Next time she needs to Join as she'd fit right in. Thank you Olivia we will definitely be back if not some of us all of us. Excellent spot for a great selection of entrees! The food is really good, service was great and it was packed on both of our visits. My sweetie's meal: Pancakes had no flavor outside of the blueberries and syrup, and the bacon was burnt. They charged $6.00 for 3 strips of burnt bacon. The service was mediocre, as the attending server did not ask if I needed cream with my coffee and then over filled the cup. No follow ups to see if all was well until half way through the meal. My meal: The breakfast Tacos were good but was not told adding avocado was an extra $2.25 charge. Not that it was not reasonable or not but was not mentioned. Music playing in the background was annoying but luckily not too loud. Our first visit was much better, this one was very disappointing. Ordered the classic with the pancake flight. The classic was very tasty. Bacon was crisp and not overly greasy. Eggs were fluffy, hash browns and toast were basic. The pancakes were amazing. First time at this north oracle Snooze n of Ina west side gps tells you to enter on northern just east of honochul chul sp. Big parking lot was full at 10 am and beer & cheeseburgers not open yet . Server friendly & .efficient . Seems it was slow to get food out to table in patio . Many people waiting outside on patio for table inside . Under the misters on the bench at 10 am was comfortable. Went on Mother's Day but it was such a great experience! Being able to submit your party ahead of time to join the waitlist made it seamless, then knowing it would be busy, they moved the check in outside so there wouldn't be a lot of congestion around those already seated. They also had corn hole boards and free coffee setup outside to pass the time! We had a two year old with us and our server treated her like the amazing human she is, not an annoyance as many do (especially when she's bopping around since we don't do screens). She brought her extra colors of crayons, extra straws for paper rockets, and quickly obliged when my daughter asked for a candle for her pancake (last visit was for my bday..her memory is incredible!). Amazing experience right from the start! We went on Father's Day so it was busy but that didn't seem to be a problem for the staff. We joined the waitlist through Yelp, which was super easy and updated quickly, so we know when we close. We checked in and were seated within 20 minutes of arriving.
