Once a month my book club and I come here for board & bottle night and it's always a good time. I love the variety of all of the bruschetta's & the extensive bottles of wine offered. I typically go for a Sauvignon Blanc or Prosecco. We tend to request Lucas to take care of us as he's always friendly, speedy, and on top of everything we need. He can handle us crazy ladies! I loved their Bruschetta board concept: you get to pick 4 kinds for $16. Can't go wrong with any of the choices, everything we got was absolutely delicious. You have to try their seasonal bruschetta with pear, it truly tasted like Christmas! I'm obsessed with the toasts at Postino! I opted for 4 different ones and loved each of them. My favorite was probably the bruschetta and bacon! We also had dessert which was the caramel sundae with caramel syrup on the side. I am going to crave that every time I want dessert now. The ambience is casual / chill and most people are grabbing happy hour drinks and tapas. The patio is a great spot too, they have warmers for when it gets colder. The service was top notch, they believe in "team service" so everyone keeps an eye on your table. Our drinks were never past half glass, so prompt. The food came out extremely quick also. They will definitely cork it for you. They have a variety of wine on their menu including an amazing moscato. They may be in the middle of revamping their wine menu so I am excited to see what new wines they are going to bring. For the bruschetta board, you can pick 4 to try! All I can say is YUM! We tried the bruschetta board and shrimp scampi for brunch and both were SO GOOD. Loved the idea of the bruschetta board - we've never seen that before! Where do I even start. Jimmy is the absolute best! From the moment we sat down, he made us feel like we were the stars of the show (and honestly, we're not mad about it). He was super attentive, funny, and somehow managed to perfectly time his check-ins so we never needed anything--but also never felt rushed. The highlight, though? He took what is quite possibly the best picture of us that has ever been taken. To start, we love Postino, but we would usually visit the Lower Highlands one. Thanks to the bRUNch group, we finally had a chance to branch out and visit the Highlands Ranch. The place has an amazing decor! I was greatly impressed by all of the typewriters, cameras, radios, and other appliances in the middle of the place. It is a great way to add lots of character. It's not messy, but it just steals your attention. Then, there's the board game wall, which made us look at it for a pretty long time, trying to find as many that we know as possible. So cool! We weren't original with our orders. I did try the prickly pear lemonade for the first time and absolutely loved it. Aside from that, we went for chicken mozzarella panini and bruschetta board, both in gluten free versions (since I can't have it otherwise). We tried these before, except for smoked salmon and pesto bruschetta, so no surprises there, we loved it. I have to say, though, it seemed the amount of cheese on all of the cheesy options was noticeably less than in the other location that we love. Other than that, it was perfect. read more

Coming in for happy hour at 3:30pm was great - the patio was pretty full but the restaurant wasn't so we were seated right away. I've been to two other Postino locations so my expectations were already pretty high - and I wasn't disappointed. The entire staff was great - especially our servers, Cameron and then Elise - when there was a shift change. The service was seamless, friendly and efficient while the food was delicious. A highlight of this visit was definitely getting to see Kat K. who stopped what she was doing to come visit at my table. Happy hour is $6 glasses of wine or pitchers of beer, which is a really good deal. Two of us had the bruschetta boards and the other two had sandwiches - the West Coaster and the Chicken & Mozzarella, both with chips. Both sandwiches were really good. Wow, arriving on a Thursday afternoon at 4:30, Postino was packed with customers and as we quickly determined for good reason. The service was prompt, friendly and continued throughout the meal to be perfectly attentive. We selected several menu items and each one was amazingly creativite, fresh and exceptionally delicious. I loveeee Postino! I have been to this location a couple of times and both times was treated so well by the staff. The service is exceptional here. The ambiance is so cute and comfy too, I love the darker lighting and the old board games on the walls is so fun. The food is also amazinggg I love all the apps I've tried and the sandwiches are so yummy! The wine selection is also fantastic, I love trying the boutique wines.
