I mailed packages USPS 12/15/22. I thought all had been delivered, so threw away my receipt. Found out day after Christmas that one had not been delivered. I need help finding the package. I've been calling the business for 4 days and have left 8 messages. No one ever answers the phone or calls back. There is no other way to contact them. On Saturday, I went in to try to get copies of some pictures since "picture reproduction" was one of their services they said they provide. The woman's half-hearted "Hello" gave me a small instinct that she probably wasn't interested in helping me. When I told her the service I wanted, she told me they didn't have photo paper and then looked around for some sort of other paper. I knew she didn't want to try so I knew she was trying to avoid helping me. After visiting the amazing FedEx/Kinkos on Flamingo, they were able to utilize card stock to copy pictures. If the woman at Postnet would have had a better attitude or an attempt to try to help me, I would have given a better rating. read more

This is a great place for dropping off packages. The owner and her son are always friendly and efficient.

Incompetent. I had an AnytimeMailbox with them and was constantly fighting issues with improperly scanned mail, misplaced mail (which they lied about), exorbitant "handling" fees for forwarding mail, bogus charges on my credit statement, etc. Will never go here again; if you're an AnytimeMailbox customer pick a different location. read more

She was rude in general to every customer that was there. Zero customer service. She seemed frustrated any of us were there. Walked in at 4:37pm and asked for a notary (been here on 4 different occasions for a notary) they close after 5pm. Owner tells me notary left at 4:30pm. I look at him and said but your the one who does the notary. He then says ya but I don't do them after 4:30pm. So on December 13th at 9:54 am I had my mother mail a wreath for me. I have an Etsy shop. My work schedule did not allow me to mail it myself. I have a perfectly square box. It's 16x16x4. The reason I know it's that size is because it's the only size boxes I use. Somehow the person who helped my mother that day measured a square box at 16x17x5. I also told my mom I wanted mail priority. Then somehow I got FEDEX GND!!! What normally cost me $12-$14 to ship cost me $32.29!!! Use the United States Post Office!!! They can't even measure a square box at this location!!!!! The dimensions of the box are actually printed on the box!!!!! read more

If you are a business owner and have valuable packages you must read this and make a decision yourself if you should hold your mail box at this location or not? I own a retail store on the web. Everything I sell starts at $200 up to $5000. I kept a mail box here for 2 years. I've had small issues with the owners son Corey, who works there full time but understanding he is young and a bit inexperienced, I didn't say anything and decided to put up with that fact. Recently I was expecting a package from overseas which was a return from my customer.US PS website showed package delivered but the owner claimed there was no package for me. I knew there had to be a mistake. I asked the owner Stacy I believe her name is, to please look for it and she promised she would and to call me when she find it. In the meantime I went to the local post office, found the mail man who verified that he dropped off that package and remembered the package since it was from Russia, then I went and opened a missing item case at the USPS. Days went by and nothing from Post Net regarding the package. I refunded my customer $440 for the returned package. Days later I went to Post Net to pick up my mail and ask if they had any luck with my package? They informed me that yes they found the package days ago, actually the day I went there the first day looking for the package. I got very upset about them not calling me and me going through all this trouble when the package was actually sitting there. A week ago another return was delivered to this location which was a package worth $225. I have a tracking number showing item was delivered to my mailbox. Again the package is missing and when I asked the owner to look for it , she told me she will. She could go and look for it while I was there because I am showing her that it's been delivered but instead she looked at my face with doubts and told me she will but I never heard back and again it's been days so either they intentionally don't give you your packages or they are not professional or careful enough. In both cases as a business owner you should be aware and think twice before opening a mailbox for your business at this location because these people do not care about their or your business. I have prove in my hands for both incidents. I would stay away from this unprofessional, unfriendly location. read more

This is the place to go for all of your shipping needs whether USPS, FedEx or UPS. I stop in at least once a week. They also provide printing services for business cards, flyers, etc. Stacy & Cody always make me feel welcome & are extremely helpful making my business succeed by providing guidance. They were out of flat rate USPS Priority Mail boxes at the USPS annex inside of Albertsons, so we walked over here to get a box and mail a package. I understand that they have rent and inventory and salaries to pay, which all contribute to overhead, but their charges are ridiculous. They charged $30 for the $17.30 stamp to send a medium-size flat rate box by USPS Priority Mail. Something like $5 extra would be acceptable, but a surcharge of nearly 70% is ridiculous. Will never set foot in this again place if I can avoid it. I would have just bought a box and then went back to the self-service kiosk at the USPS Annex to buy the stamp if they had a box for purchase of the correct size, but they didn't. USPS used to offer to deliver Priority Mail boxes for free to your home, I'll have to check that out. Then we can just print labels at home and deposit them at the Annex inside Albertsons. read more

He doesn't greet me and barely acknowledges what I need while I'm there. I won't use his services anymore. If you want friendly service, use the ups stores... Dismissively unhelpful. I popped in to grab a birthday card and couldn't find the corresponding envelope. When I asked the girl that was working if she had any more, I was told that they were mixed up, but on the rack (they were not). She never made any attempt to help me look or even bothered to look at me while she spoke. I replied, "So that's it?" and received no response. As I stood there flabbergasted, the gentleman working the counter walked over, silently pulled out a box of miscellaneous envelopes, placed them on the counter, and walked away without acknowledgement. read more

Love this place, have a box here for a couple years now and the staff has always delivered all my mail. Never once did I lose something (and I do a LOT of amazon shopping). i have been a customer of this business almost 6 years. so, i can say, i have had many, many, interactions with this business, both with the old owner and with the new owner that has been present for the past approximately two years. a lot of the negative reviews have been unfair and are due to the lack of shipping experience of the customer, and due to pricing. if one has shipping experience, at any shipping specialty store, whether it be postnet, ups store, etc., they all ... yes, they all ... have very inflated prices, compared to shipping with usps mail, fedex, ups, etc. this is how they make money, and stay in business. you are paying for the personal specific care of your item, its careful packing, tracking, insurance, and no line. when you go to this type of place, you need to determine ... is this the place for me? is this time that i save by going here, worth the price i may pay? for me, that answer is yes! for example, do you have an oddly shaped item to ship? do you have a proper box? do you have packing items like styrofoam bits, bubble wrap, etc? are you shipping things prohibited for the mail like nail polish or perfume, or other flammable items that must go ups?? this.... is what post net is for! they are expert at these things. they also have exceptional p.o. box service. in six years, i have never experienced a single mistake! i have this p.o. box because i know my large items that cannot fit in my home mail box, will be delivered to postnet safely, and will not be stolen, or damaged from the heat or cold temps. i get a lot of deliveries daily, sometimes there are eight plus boxes there and they never complain. they keep them all until i can get them. they are always polite and helpful! they are not even the closest mail servicing business to me, but i use them because they are great, i would even say they are excellent! and... come on ... you cannot come pulling up to a business 15 minutes before close and expect full notary services. that is why ... old owner.... cut off notary services at 4:30. you cannot expect people to stay late because you are late! these people have lives too! they may have to pick up their child after work, see a doctor, or have another appt., whatever... people are too entitled nowadays... the world does not revolve around one person. think about this. try to understand and care about one another. be fair. this post net is wonderful! i love it! i will continue to go there. if you do not like the delivery prices, then you must go directly to the courier, wait in a very long line, know shipping stipulations, have your package completely ready to ship, hold it while in line (ha!), and better bring a sharpie, tape, scissors, or whatever you may need ... and pay. and, do not blame post net because your package took 8 days to arrive instead of four! it would have been 4 ... business days too. did this person writing a negative review allow for that? was it going to a flood area? was it during a fire period? their package could have been delayed for so many reasons. the actual courier is responsible for this, not post net! i give them five stars!! read more

Mailed an envelope from this location and the disrespectful clerk tried to charge me 228% over what I paid to mail THE EXACT SAME ENVELOPE a week ago at a different PostNet location. When I questioned the amount and provided a previous receipt out of my wallet. He literally looked and me and said, "And?" Sir, this is why you work at PostNet.
