There is a couple that own this Post Net. Customer service is great. I came in shortly before closing once and the lady helped me and was very patient, kind and efficient. As a business owner I am selective in who I do business with, as my time is very valuable. This is a family run business that has NEVER disappointed myself or my wife. My wife has a mailbox there and is always happy to go there. Prior as a contractor I have had blueprint copies made and they were extremely quick and inexpensive. Then today I took a shot in the dark to see if they offered shredding services which they do. At $1 a pound for shredding I was pleasantly surprised at the price!! I'm giving three stars because they were very nice when I came in. I needed to print 6 pieces of paper in black and white and was in a hurry and didn't have time to go to office max down the street so I ran in there. The files were in my email which I usually just forward to an email address and it prints that way but I had to log in to my email from their computer, which I don't like to do on public computers. I had to download the papers to the computer and some of it had private info so that also makes me nervous even though I deleted them afterwards. So I print my papers and go to pay and they charge $.75 for small orders that pay with a debit card- annoying. Then I get my receipt and they also charged me $1.00 to use the computer even though they didn't have any other option to print files from an email. So what should have cost 72 cents is now $2.43...now I realize this is not a lot of money but I just hate being nickel and dimed for things. Even though they were very courteous I don't think I'll be back. I'll drive the extra way to office max and pay my 72 cents with my debit card there. read more

Excellent Service AND Prices! I had a 23 page fax that the UPS Store in Village Center, Summerlin, quoted $37.00 to send (and extra to use my own cover sheet)! I called PostNet and the Manager, Aru Param, cut that price in half! Well worth driving a few blocks more! As a bonus, Aru was very customer friendly and service oriented. I went in there to mail a package that ended up being quite large. They cut down the box to make it smaller and save me money then gave me 10% off! My favorite location. One review asked whether $7 for faxing 7 pages is fair. It appears that this is the going rate and other locations charge much much more. If one needs to print something, the access to their computer is also free. If you go to other places they start clocking you at $4 per 15 minutes minimum. There are easy going on the charges, they are very professional and nice. I drive about 5 miles from home to only this location for my printing, faxing and mailing needs - best choice compared to all other places closer to where I live. read more

Service is GREAT! Here ATLEAST 3 times a week to use computer for about a half hour and send mail.. never over charges me and helps me out when I need! They have all the supplies you would expect in an office and all available for your use. Very patient and informative! Great customer service.. This Postnet is amazing. One of the best in town. It is in a great location in the lakes. I have been able to do all my holiday shipping to my family here. Their customer service is remarkable. I have been to this location before but this last visit I had to write a review because I had such a great experience. I was taking to an employing and he explained that this location is under new management. He gave me such a great deal on a mailbox. I decided to close my other one and open up one with this location. It's $10 a month which is a steal from the UPS across the street. read more

My wife and I needed a notary and after a brief visit to this location this nice man took a good bit of his time to help us try and figure out what papers we needed and where to sign them. After all the time we took, he did not get upset or frustrated and he did not charge us a dime. It turned out we did not need notary and this person was kind and extremely helpful in trying to understand our problems and explaining all our options. Thank you kind Sir!
