This is my go to UPS store in the area. It's always super fast and I'm able to do my Amazon returns pretty quickly. Since they added the machine there, it's really efficient in submitting the returns yourself. The staff is always so helpful and there to assist when needed. I walked in and there was a line of 2 people and the drop off machine was telling me see an associate and I went to ask if that was correct if so, so then I could get in line behind every else.
