Micheal the Owner said the most unprofessional statement in front of me the customer about a spanish worker "who works for him". He asked the young worker to haul a package to the back and proceeds to say "they not teaching these kids anything anymore these days" which is so unprofessional and I'm in the store to return a package and because you think you own the place you can "Belittle" another human being? He has to be racist towards melanin skin or Spanish because that wasn't nice and especially in front of paying customers. I've never seen him and only the young ladies usually and they are so NICE. I came to this location after calling and then making an appointment online (per the instructions of the employee I spoke to). I needed a notary and 2 witnesses for house closing documents that I needed signed and shipped. I was alone with 2 very small children and there was only one employee. He couldn't be bothered to offer any help or even seem like he cared. I walked next door to the donut shop and luckily a very nice man was willing to be a witness. I quickly attempted to sign all documents so that the nice man could be on his way. After the employee started notarizing my documents he says "you know it's $10/stamp?" And at this point I don't even care. You're more than halfway signing these documents, it's pretty much irrelevant at this point. Literally not helpful. Told me he couldn't send out my documents and couldn't help me find a location that could/would. The minute I left a FedEx truck pulls up / which is who my document needed to be sent with. I was already out of the parking lot and too frustrated to go back. I have no idea if that FedEx truck could have taken my documents but it sure seems odd that he just told me FedEx doesn't stop there and it did...... read more

Been dropping off boxes of packages for both UPS and USPS For many years in different cities and states and sometimes I come across printing out USPS labels and every single UPS Store would accept my packages except this store. Out of all of the stores I feel the quality of service is at the bottom. I live around the neighborhood and I would value my time to drop by but instead I would need to drive 10 miles to the other UPS store or other ones. The other UPS stores accepts my USPS packages and are very friendly. This one needs work. read more

Not sure about some of the other reviews for this UPS location. We have been using it for several ship and pack services, as well as having US mail sent. No issues, with very friendly interactions. Fabiana helped us ship a vase to Sonoma today, and she was polite and accommodating. Two other customers waited while we were serviced, she acknowledged them and helped them right after us. Rude employee or owner not sure which. Store is completely empty doing an Amazon return and was chastised for having to search for one of my 4 return codes. Was told 'if it's peak traffic there would be 30 people and I need to be ready' I get that but it was empty and wasn't the case. Also he needlessly chatted unnecessarily with his buddy who picked up about 18 packages and wasn't organized literally before me. If you have the chance, drive a couple of miles farther and go to a different store. You don't need the 'lessons' from their angry amploee/owner. read more

Went today to get several one of documents notarized as bank had long range appointments. I was charged $10 a piece, totaling $50 for literally 3 minutes work! I was shocked. I felt abused upon leaving store. Because this store is in a rich area, they take advantage of customers. I will never return and don't recommend this place. read more

I stopped in this morning with my aging mother who got diagnosed with Alzheimer's over the summer to get some documents notarized. Kris and Megan were so patient and so helpful while we got things signed and taken care of. Even as Mom had to take her time to sign her name, Kris never made us feel rushed or in the way. I didn't realize but most of the time they quote a US Mail rate when I thought I was sending UPS. They just markup the US mail rate. So if you need a fast service, I agree with others, FedX is better service, friendlier staff. And UPS has a funny attitude. They always respond I am glad you got a better service. read more

Rude lady said it's because it won't fit through her slot. Come on, we all know it's just a bin under there and you hand off to the post office, "it's just the way we do it here" she says. This is a review based on multiple visits to the store.. Starting with the summery if they could receive ZERO stars it would still be to much. Experienced, rude and condescending service, they joy of waiting with no other customers in the store and finally my favorite treating the customer like they are a particularity stupid child when trying to conduct basic business of take package and mail... If you need a UPS store, I would recommend the drive to other franchise locations. Even there UPS sign is burnt out and old, another simple example of the pride that take in there store. read more

I don't even know where to start... someone needs to train two of the employees a better line then "there's nothing else I can do" I received a call, my package I sent was returned. Nothing wrong with the address, just a bad call from the UPS driver. I received a response of "there's nothing I can do" from both the girl on the phone and the guy working from behind the counter. Saying even though the address was correct I'd need to create a new sticker with the EXACT SAME address and pay AGAIN. It was infuriating to hear the lack of interest. I picked my package up and drove to my normal store on carefree highway. In a matter of minutes the lady said... I'm sorry, let me double check the address and get that sent out for you. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE... it was the right thing to do! Train your team, I interacted with two and both their attitudes suck. I'll continue using UPS, but I will not bother dealing with you incompetent employees. For your records I received a call from a girl at 4pm Jan 15th, I had to experience the guy in the morning in store on Jan 16th. He also said, well I have no number to give you and well I'm the only one working..... such a disappointment. read more

Stay Away. Nothing But Headaches. This has to be the worst run UPS store ever. I have had nothing but problems with them since we had our mail start going there. No one there (employees, manager, or owner) will take ownership for their mistakes. They just want to blame other people including the other employees and the US Post Office. It took me 7 months after I cancelled the mailbox at the end of our 6 month contract with them to start getting my mail again at the house. Just stay away from that business. I literally had one employee say the manager was to cheap to forward their old customer's mail and after the stack got to big she was instructed to just throw it away. This happened for 7 months as I could not get my mail to stop going to them. I'm pretty sure that is a federal offense but I'm just happy my mail has nothing to do with the UPS Store. Customer service is horrible, i can never get all my packages that are delivered there bc they use excuses like "I can't find that one" or "it has not been delivered" when I clearly have a confirmed delivery email from the carrier and an EMAIL FROM THEM stating it was delivered!!!! They refuse to look around to find the missing package and wait until it magically turns up days later. Even worse, on 4 separate incidents I have called and asked them to put a package in the over night bin so I can grab it after work and all 4 times they have not done it. When I call to complain all I get is "sorry" yet nothing changes. Not to mention they raise their rates every 3 months and i continue to get sh*t service. This place sucks! read more

Both times I have been in here the employees have guided me to overpriced shipping methods and un needed packaging. Just yesterday I went in with an old mobile phone I wanted to send to a friend and when I asked what is the cheapest method to send this he instructed me that 18$ was the best he could do. Thankfully another customer mentioned I could send it for under $5 using USPS. Why did the UPS employee not let me know about this option? I switched to the $5 USPS method which saved me $13 and the package will arrive at the same time. I will not give this place any more of my business. read more

Well, here's my follow-up - what I have learned is never, ever ship anything from a UPS store! Corporate said that they were "going to have the store owner contact me" within 2 days. That didn't happen. I called UPS back to check on the claim. It has been approved - but only once they get the "paperwork" back from the non-responsive zombies at this UPS store. Oh, and I have to provide them with "proof" of the damaged items' value. And the emails between me and my client who received the damaged goods where I invoiced her for them "won't do" So, they suggested I "Google to find the items from a third party web site" and submit that. On long-discontinued collectible pieces. And here's the real kicker - once the claim has "final approval" - they are going to send the check TO THIS UPS STORE, not me! I will then have to wrangle my money out of them. I asked corporate, "How can I be sure that the store owner who won't even answer the business phone is going to pass along the claim money to me, and how long is this going to take?" And the response I got was, "oh, he'll pay you the money, and if he doesn't we have ways that we can't discuss to make sure he does. Don't worry, you'll get your money" What are they gonna do, send Vinny to break his kneecaps? Oh, and I can expect a 4-6 week wait for my claim check..Provided they don't have to get Vinny involved, I guess. Folks, use USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Ground - I rarely have an issue with either of them, and when I do a claim is handled promptly with none of this nonsense. read more

UPS store has been under new management for many years and they are much better than before! Give them a chance as they are very customer service oriented, friendly, efficient and helpful. Am a small business owner with a mailbox at this location, so I am there every day. Certain things are expensive but that's what you pay for, the convenience! I've been a customer of this store for many years. I have a box there and always use them for most of my postal needs. I have been sent over the edge with their "rip-off" pricing. Today I was going to send an envelope via UPS and was quoted $9.00, which is fair. When I was handed a bill it was for $11.00 +, when I asked why I was told they were charging me for the envelope. After years of being a good and loyal customer I became visibly upset. Because I was vocally complaining about this obvious rip off, I was asked to leave the store by, I think, one of the owners. I guess when you get upset over being taken advantage of you just cant complain. I do know that the same ownership also controls a Carefree and Scottsdale store. The USPS seems to be the best place to go. read more
