    2025 Hyundai Tucson Limited

    I have been in the market for an SUV for a while, I was between the Hyundai Tucson Limited, the Toyota RAV4 Limited and the VW Tiguan SEL R-Line. The Tucson Limited won in my book, I initially wanted blue or silver but the Ecotronic Gray grew on me and I decided to take the leap despite being anxious about my credit. Five hours later, I ended up driving home in my 2025 Hyundai Tucson Limited after having had my Corolla for almost 9 years which had some problems due to a previous car accident and not having air conditioning or heat. Thank you to Gabriel, Alex and Carlos for making this possible for me alongside with getting rid of my anxiety about my credit which was better than I anticipated. I will be leasing or buying another Hyundai or maybe a Genesis from them.

While my parents were outside looking at cars with a salesperson, I went inside with my young daughter because I was feeling tired. I am currently 7 months pregnant, so I simply asked one of the staff members if I could have a bottle of water. He told me I could either purchase one from the vending machine or walk a considerable distance to where the mechanics were to get free water. I was honestly surprised by this response. Offering something as basic as water--especially to a pregnant customer--seems like a small but important gesture of hospitality. What stood out even more was being told that only the salesperson assisting us could provide a "free water bottle" as part of a "personalized experience." I understand every business has its policies, but this interaction felt lacking in basic care and consideration. I would strongly suggest making water more accessible to customers inside the showroom, whether through a dispenser or complimentary bottles.

Went to the dealership and met Natalie who assigned me to Ian as my salesman. Ian went above and beyond. Sales manager Eric was excellent also. Ian picked me up from another location and brought me to the dealship before I even agreed to buy anything. Eric got me a rental car to use before I even signed anything or paid for anything just because the car I was looking for wouldn't be ready for another day and I had just sold my old car to carmax. Eric was cool with the fact that I used carmax to get the most money for my trade. Everyone I dealt with here was outstanding. And most importantly no one was pushy ever. A+++ Bottom line I got a great deal on a brand new Tahoe but i ended up getting a more expensive version which they gave me a great deal on also. They earned and deserved my business.

I've waited well over a year to write this review, hoping the situation would be resolved- but unfortunately, it has not. We purchased a vehicle in January 2025, and it was out of service before reaching 2,000 miles. It was ultimately deemed a lemon. While Nick from sales was wonderful (and I was not surprised to hear he is no longer there), the rest of the experience quickly went downhill. The finance department added multiple extras to our contract that were never clearly disclosed. The sales contract and invoice contained contradicting numbers, along with numerous fees we only became aware of when GM began finalizing the buyback payout. The surrender process itself was extremely unprofessional. Christopher arrived unprepared, had me sign incorrectly completed documents at a service kiosk instead of an office, and even documented the wrong vehicle's photos and mileage. He also attempted to have me sign paperwork without a notary present, stating they could "handle that part later." It has now been over four months since surrendering the vehicle, and Miami Lakes Chevrolet still has not reimbursed us for GAP insurance, extended warranties, and other service contracts. After contacting the underwriting companies directly, we were told the dealership has already received those payouts!! Trying to reach anyone at the dealership has been nearly impossible. Voicemails and emails go unanswered. Alfredo in finance stopped responding entirely. Indira in customer service did the same after an initial reply. Juan Huerta, the operations director, has not responded at all. The only person who has replied is Rene, who is not in finance and is unable to resolve the issue. Even routine service was questionable. We were told our tires were rotated when they clearly were not--the wheel lock remained untouched, and a faulty tire sensor stayed on the same tire after the supposed rotation. We have since filed another complaint with the Better Business Bureau. As both a consumer and a small business owner, I am genuinely shocked by the lack of accountability and professionalism. During my visits, I was not alone--there were many other customers dealing with similar unresolved issues. I hope sharing my experience helps, please make a more informed decision to go to another dealership! And Miami Lakes I would love to hear back from you.
