My parents recently purchased a car from your dealership and had a great experience, which we truly appreciated. However, I wanted to share a concern about the customer service I experienced during our visit. While my parents were outside looking at cars with a salesperson, I went inside with my young daughter because I was feeling tired. I am currently 7 months pregnant, so I simply asked one of the staff members if I could have a bottle of water. He told me I could either purchase one from the vending machine or walk a considerable distance to where the mechanics were to get free water. I was honestly surprised by this response. Offering something as basic as water--especially to a pregnant customer--seems like a small but important gesture of hospitality. What stood out even more was being told that only the salesperson assisting us could provide a "free water bottle" as part of a "personalized experience." I understand every business has its policies, but this interaction felt lacking in basic care and consideration. They would call her to bring the car for repair and when she does, they would say the part isn't ready... They would also call and make her drive her to not even give a discount... Great service. The facilities were updated few years back. They waiting area is super modern, comfortable seating everywhere and charing stations! My favorite area is the quiet lounge! Horrible experience from the service department! I brought my vehicle to them thinking that I will receive good service since they are a Toyota dealer with trained technicians. Instead I received a costly headache. The service was for new tires, alignment and transmission flush/fill. They destroyed my wheels, the technician carelessly and recklessly removed the existing wheel balance weights with a tool not used for such application, scraping the paint off the wheels/damaging all 4 wheels. My vehicle that I greatly take care of, is now an eye sore. Replacement wheels are approximately 1400. Also I had transmission fluid all over the pain and had to re torque the fill and drain plugs to factory specs. The police was called with no resolution. Stay clear of this place if you value your car or expect quality service. read more

The service department drop off line can get pretty packed so if you arrive after like 10am, expect to wait a long time. But once you're with the advisor, they're quick and efficient. They quoted me for items I didn't need and painfully overcharged for labor--stating that it would take 5 HOURS to replace brake pads ($300) and an hour to change the engine canister ($350) (a quick online search shows this can be done in 6 minutes). I know the timeline is also a lie considering they told me I could pick up my car in several hours less time than quoted in the sheet. I got my car inspected by another mechanic and they confirmed that this HQ was cheating me for hundreds of dollars--lying about both labor and what my car needed. Their service after they have sold you a brand new car, in my case a Toyota Venza XLE from January 2021, is terrible and stinks. Not only their after sales but the service and maintenance as well. On the phone they promise you everything but most of the information is wrong. They blame the wrongful promises on other employees but don't take any responsibility for their employees. Shoppers be warned. What seemed like a smooth transaction ended up feeling like a scam. I browsed online. Found the perfect car to my liking. I reach out to the dealer and got paired with Diego the sales person. I provided the VIN # of the car from online. The pictures and description displayed everything I wanted. The dealership was also matching another deal proposed to me by another dealership. However, since it was on route I payed a deposit to secure the car. The car finally arrived. Diego sent pictures. I was completely confused he was showing a completely different car. When I asked what's going on? He then said "oh online never shows an accurate picture of the cars". So concluded it's a scam! I went to Headquarter Toyota because I wanted to see the difference between the Toyota Tundra and the Toyota Tacoma in person and see how big they were compared to each other and how much cabin space each one had inside. I was looking around the lot for like 5 minutes before a salesman pounced on me and said he wanted to help me out to find the best vehicle for me, I tried to brush him off but he kept being persistent and I didnt want to be rude so I accepted his help and told him that I was looking at the used Toyota Tundras from 2018-2019 that they have on the lot and the new 2020 Toyota Tacomas to compare the cabin space and size of the two vehicles. I commented to him about how the used 2018 Toyota Tundra in the front of their new vehicles lot looked pretty big but it was all beat up inside with scratches on the doors, stains inside, the shifter knob was missing, it had scratches on the radio, scratches on the seats, and scratches on the inside of the doors... the salesman just laughed it off and said "well yeah its used"... fair enough even though a 2yr old used vehicle shouldnt look like it had zoo animals fighting a cage match inside of it, especially if its being showcased in the front of the new vehicles section of the lot. The salesman then proceeded to try to dig information out of me by asking me questions like "how much are you looking to pay monthly", "how much are you looking to spend", "are you going to lease, finance, purchase cash, etc" .... after the first two attempts I told him that I didnt want to talk about finances with him and right now, and that I would discuss that later in the office with the finance people when im signing the paperwork but for now I just wanted to look at the vehicles to see which one I liked the most and compare them. The salesman kept on insisting about talking about price so I got mad and told him "you know what, I dont want your help anymore ill look around the lot myself, bye!" and I walked away and started looking around the lot by myself. I needed service on my 2020 Toyota Camry that was a couple hundred miles short of the end of the warranty. I worked with Juan Carlos in the service department. From the first time I met him, up until receiving my car back, the service was professional, courteous and he kept me up-to-date on my car's progress. The car was ready long before expected because they work promptly. They even replaced my battery for me and I didn't even know it was testing low; I could have gotten stuck somewhere and they prevented that from happening. I usually go to Kendall Toyota (which I love) but because I was off from work because of Hurricane Irma, i decided to give This Toyota a try because it was next to my hotel. What a mistake! I pulled up to the service station and the advisor Jose Bohorquez (yeah, I put his whole name) asked me if I had an appointment. I said no, and asked how long a simple oil change would be. He said it can be 1 hour to 1.5 hr max because they weren't busy. I said ok, that's fine. I proceeded to ask how much an oil change was and he said $59.90. I said ok. He told me to sign a piece of paper that I'm getting an oil change, so I did. The time was 11:19AM and went to go wait. As I'm sitting there I looked at the paper that he made me sign, and it says that I'm getting an oil change for a $59.90 and and Electronic Fuel Injection Service for $100.95. I don't even know what an EFI service is, so I google it. Apparently it's something one would need AFTER 45,000 miles. So he made me sign that I'm getting this done, without even telling me what it was and come to find out it's a service I don't even need, so it was just to upsell my service for the day. I don't even have nowhere near 45,000 miles on my car. I was pissed. I have never been taken advantage of like that. And the fact that I'd been sitting there for an hour and 40 minutes I knew that by this time he already did this service that I did not ask for so now I'm going to have to pay for it. It gets worse... At 1pm he then comes to me and says that I need to replace cabin, replace my air filter, replace my battery (which is under warranty) and that I need to fix my front brakes. That's pretty hard to believe that all these things went bad since the last 4 months that my car was checked and everything was perfectly fine. So, I told him the only thing I wanted was my oil change and to change my battery since it was under warranty and the rest I would go somewhere else for a 2nd opinion. He tells me I really need to fix my front brakes that it should be a priority. I tell him I'm not doing any more services with him and that I will go somewhere else to see if my brakes need to be fixed. He makes me sign a paper that I'm getting my battery changed (I decided to read that it was only that this time) and he walks away. At 2:43 (I got there at 11:19) he's like walk with me to the cashier. I get to the cashier and he says to him in Spanish (Jose, aren't you going to show her where her car is parked she will never find it by herself) so Jose is like, follow me. I follow him outside and he walks to the curb and says "your car is somewhere over there just put your alarm on and find it once you walk over there). Wow. Ok, thanks I could've figured that out by myself if I have to look for it myself. We go back inside he hands the paper to the cashier and walks away. The cashier tells me I owe $189.32. I ask him to explain what the charges are for because in this entire time jose only told me about an oil change for $59.90 and a battery that was under warranty. The cashier couldn't tell me what the charges were for so he called Jose on the Walkie talkie and asked if he could come back to explain it to me. Jose proceeds to say "it's on the paper, plus taxes, I'm not going back I'm at lunch". Of course he didn't want to explain the charges because he knew he charged me for something I didn't ask for. I asked for a manager, he said he's unavailable. Great. I was tired of being there for hours and fed up at this point so I paid it. I then ask for a printout of all the services he wanted me to get done so I could get a second opinion from another Toyota, the cashier said only the advisors have access to print that out. Cool, thanks. So, I go outside to look for Jose and of course he's at lunch so he's nowhere to be found. Another guy named Luis Ramirez immediately asks how he can help me. I explain to him I would like a printout of the things I need. So he tries to go on the computer and says that Jose didn't put any comments in the system of what else I needed, only that I changed my battery. So he gets another guy to help, and they finally print it out for me and I leave. (These 2 gentleman were very nice and helpful they deserve more stars.) I am leaving this comment here with the hopes that you don't go here when you need any type of service done. I think I got taken advantage of because I am a young lady and was by myself and of course I don't know much about cars. They made me pay for something I didn't ask for and then wanted to me to do even more services. I don't know if they have a sales goal that they need to meet but I have never been to a place that is this thirsty for money. The only reason this is getting 1 star is because of the 2 guys that helped me at the end, and the fact that they did send my car through a car wash which was nice due to all the residue from the hurricane.
