    I bought my car in 2014. The service here is amazing. I alway have my car's maintenance check up with José Savedra. He is the best! Super responsive, always keeps me informed on the status of my car. Great service. The facilities were updated few years back. They waiting area is super modern, comfortable seating everywhere and charing stations! My favorite area is the quiet lounge! There is even a playroom for the little ones! If that isn't enough, they have this little cuban cafe that offers the best cuban sandwiches and they have the best tequeños in town hands down! I always look forward to bringing my car for the routine check up. It's always been a positive experience for me

    Conversation with salesman.

    This dealer advertises a 4Runner for 44k. And comes back with dealer mark ups of 16k for out the door. Very shady and dishonest. Do not give them your business. Salesman is Anthony Soto

    service department damaged all 4 wheels during new tire installation. If you value your vehicle or expect quality, stay away.

    I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from this place...whenever I need to get it serviced…read morethere's always a problem. Last time I took it in was to get an alignment because my car was pulling to the right. They held it for a whole day, when i picked it up it was still pulling to the right. I took the vehicle back and told them that the car was still pulling and they redid the alignment the worker told me that they don't have room to really test drive the cars. When I took it home it was still pulling to the right. I'm to busy to be going back and forth and unfortunately had to go to work so I wasn't able to take the car back. Now I have a blown tire and I pay for Tri-pac I took the car in Thursday morning at 8am my advisor Rosalinda told me that the company for the tires didn't open till 10am and that she would have to submit a claim with lots of pictures (which she took before I left) she told me she was going to call me when she heard from the company. It's now Saturday and I have not heard back from potamkin. I've called multiple times but I get transferred then eventually hung up on. I haven't heard anything from Rosalina, why would they push to sell the Tri-pac when i first purchased the vehicle if they aren't going to follow through.

He found me the exact vehicle I wanted even though it wasn't available at their location and secured an even better one from another dealership. I was expecting the dealership to do a good service since they carry both the Autonation and Honda name. I didnt notice anything wrong with the service that they performed on my vehicles the day of the service, they reset the service required message on the dashboard, they suggested the required services, and the service advisor even gave me a discount on the additional recommended services for my Honda HR-V and found that I still had a free service for the Honda Civic. I did find it strange though that when the services were done the service advisor gave me the service forms for the Honda HR-V that I paid for but didnt give me any service forms for the Honda Civic (which was free), when I asked him about the forms for the Honda Civic he said that they would be sent to my email (they were never sent to my email). Two weeks later my mom was driving around in the Honda Civic and the metal splash guard from the Honda Civic falls off while shes driving home from the bank and she has the scare of her life when it starts to make a rattling sound scraping the road along the drive home. It looks like whoever performed the service on the two vehicles never properly tightened the bolts back on the splash guard after they performed the oil change on the Honda Civic and part of the splash guard came loose while driving. I tried to call the dealership to ask them what we could do about the situation but the phone number for the dealership just goes to an automated system with different menu options and when you choose the menu option to speak to a service advisor the phone rings a few times and then just takes you in circles back to the main menu when nobody picks up the phone. I am very disappointed with Autonation Honda.

Went to the dealership and met Natalie who assigned me to Ian as my salesman. Ian went above and beyond. Sales manager Eric was excellent also. Ian picked me up from another location and brought me to the dealship before I even agreed to buy anything. Eric got me a rental car to use before I even signed anything or paid for anything just because the car I was looking for wouldn't be ready for another day and I had just sold my old car to carmax. Eric was cool with the fact that I used carmax to get the most money for my trade. Everyone I dealt with here was outstanding. And most importantly no one was pushy ever. A+++ Bottom line I got a great deal on a brand new Tahoe but i ended up getting a more expensive version which they gave me a great deal on also. They earned and deserved my business.

Me my mom and stepdad have called and even showed up to the service office and they keep giving us the runaround or no one picks up the phone. Nothing is being done to the car for what it seems because no one gets back to us or wants to explain the situation or what is going on.
