After visiting the Potato Corner this weekend at Coronado all I could think of was how much I wanted some more. I decided to go to Cottonwood mall to see a movie but I ended up having time to kill. My stomach was rumbling so I knew it was time to eat. Soon as I went up the escalator and looked to my left there it was, Potato Corner. I decided now that I've tried the cheddar flavor I wanted to combine it with the sour cream and onion just cuz it sounded delicious. So I went and did just that with the tater tots. OMG! So glad I did, craving was satisfied! I'm pretty sure my expressions were similar to Harold and Kumars when they finally got the White Castle they so craved and went through a hell of ride to get there. The woman at the register was so friendly and got it out pretty reasonable time. The tots were perfectly crispy and soft and delicious! Only drawback is this is very messy finger food. Be prepared grab some napkins and bring the wet naps, your gonna need them trust me! Well worth the trip especially if your already shopping in the mall and need a snack, these guys got your back! Though the flavored potatoes were tasty, I was completely disheartened by the employees who not only seemed annoyed when first taking our order and didn't want to give us a water cup when paying for a chicken box combo. When receiving my order the amount of food was wrong and when returning to correct the mistake, the supervisor began to argue, change her story, and was very very reluctant to rectify the situation.
