The chicken wings were great but the fries came out still cold. I think it was pulled out of the fryer too soon. We were just starving and didn't have any other options as we already waited about 25 min with this item to come out. We had to suck it up and ate it cold. The Parmesan wasn't actually cheese, it was just seasoning. It was our first time here so we didn't know what to expect. Just putting that out there for anyone else who hasn't come here before. read more

I love potato corner! It's always been my go to every time I visit Town Square. I always order their sour cream & onion fries and its always been a hit. The downside about it is the wait. The wait takes about 25-30 mins just to make your order. read more

Every time I go here the employees just seem like they don't want to work or are rude. No customer service at all, feels like they're talking to a "friend." Also they took out jumbo size yet their tv menu still says it and the way the worker said "we don't have jumbo size" just sounded like she was irritated I even tried to order that. On top of that I asked for sour cream n onion + cheddar mixon a giga fries and they BARELY PUT ANY SEASONING/POWDER on it. If the fries weren't good honestly this place is bad. We stumbled across this little piece of heaven walking around town square. When we saw the words potato corner, we were like hell yes! There isn't anything better than potatoes. We got the tater tots tossed in sour cream and onion. They were so fresh and crispy. And simply perfect! We can't wait to go back and try all the flavors and the endless combos you can try together! They're ok... for this being the only location in Vegas. I come from CA where the potato corners have no problem giving you "extra seasoning." This location acts like it comes out their paycheck. Never heard of potato corner not "being allowed" to season the chicken either. Also typically if you want a larger sized fry with your chicken combo I've been allowed to upgrade from mega to giga.. they don't allow that here either. Curious who manages this location, cause it's garbage. read more

I've came here 3 times. All 3 times I felt like I was asked not to place an order with them. "Just so u know it will be a 30 minute wait" "we are getting ready to close we shut off all the fryers" "the fryers are broken". The third time I decided to say "its alright. I can wait". Well.. the 15 minute wait turned out to be 30 minutes. I get my fries, and the Caucasian girl in the front that looks high, processed my order incorrectly. She sarcastically tries to correct me, I tell her to please re do my order and reiterated exactly what I wanted. I then step to the side to wait in the shade, and I hear her start speaking negatively about me regarding how I placed my order. I immediately stepped in an interrupted , and reiterated what I originally wanted, and asked for a refund. They provided the refund, and I left. Waste of almost an hour there. Who ever the Caucasian girl is in the front(there's 2) 1 looks like she may be the team lead and seems fine and like she is trying her best, then there is the one who looks like she is on drugs. This will be the last time I come here. Not that it matters anyway since plenty reviews state the same thing. read more

Call me naive or woefully misinformed about the potato-intensive dining options available in the Las Vegas Valley if you want, but I don't understand the hate for Potato Corner. No, it's not Bavette's; yes, it's a little kiosk in the middle of Town Square selling fries made a zillion different ways, with other potato-based products for sale if fries aren't your (colorful paper) bag. Potato Corner is an amusing novelty with an adorable dancing potato man logo -- and for what it's worth, I've never come away from it feeling ripped off or offended by the customer service. Where else are you going to enjoy cinnamon sugar-coated fast food-style fries?!? Certainly not at McDonalds unless you're a weirdo who comes in with their own cinnamon shaker. read more

Flies galore- not a typo there are a crap ton of flies flying around at the ordering area!!! However, these fries were bomb af. I ordered normal French fries with sour cream and onion seasoning and given one of those buzzing devices that would let you know when your order was ready. I went to scope out other eats and when I got back, my device did not vibrate or beep, however, I did see my order was ready (the ticket on my the order matched the number on my device). What I received was normal French fries with a lot of seasoning! I ate them while driving to work so I have zero photos to produce. I know for sure that when I reached my destination, my fingers had a thick layer of seasoning on them. The worst experience ever. I went there like four times so far and today was the worst one ever. They were all bad but today was even worse. The reason why I go is because I just love seasoned fries. But every time I order, they always manage to mess up the order. Today, I got a Giga with two different seasonings and asked for extra seasoning. They charged me $1.50 and didn't even put extra seasoning. And I didn't realize this until I got home. Seriously so upset. Horrible customer service too. read more

ELLYSE had the worst attitude and was an excellent example to a service failure. This location is in immediate need of a corporate evaluation. I went on June 8th and probably will not be coming back. When I reached the register to order, the first visible thing I see is 2 employees working in a disorganized work space. Fries were scattered on the counter, and proper workplace cleanliness were clearly not maintained. Ellyse fails to greet me, and prior to taking my order she decided to pull out her phone to sent a text. I stood there for at least 3 minutes before Ellyse blankly stared at me without saying anything. It was so awkward that I had to take the initiative to ask if she was ready for my order. After placing my order, it did not come as a surprise when she also failed to say thank you. Her mannerism and tone was completely distasteful. I have been going to potato corner for years now. The BBQ loopy fries are the best!! ..... but !.... The past 3 times we have been there ..no seasoning at all !! Tastes like regular curly fries you get at any fast food. Nothing special. Boring and overpriced now for a non seasoning fries ... please get it together and don't be so stingy about the seasoning. read more

I was definitely looking forward to eating at Potato Corner. Reminds me of the Philippines where my family comes from. I placed an order of just medium sized fries. 20 minutes+ pass and order #'s past mine were being called, even the ones who ordered meals, while I was still waiting. I would think that they would communicate that it will take a while for mine to come out? At least to reassure me that they didn't miss my order. I was standing right in front, visible. I finally came up and asked for a refund, and told them how I waited a while for my fries, basically asking for where was my order, did they miss it, or why were they postponing mine? The younger worker in charge of preparing and shaking the fries turned around and said impatiently that it's because they were waiting for fresher fries? As if me waiting 20+ minutes without notification and watching other customers get their orders before mine (who ordered after me) can be brushed off by her statement, which she said in a matter of fact way. I decided to continue with getting a refund because of the poor treatment, to reiterate: the long wait, the lack of communication, and how #'s were being called not in order. I know some items would come out faster, but this is suppose to be a fast food chain. If I were in the Philippines, where Potato Corner would be only a food stand, I would get mine even right before I pay, very quick service. And that is what I would've expected, at least a 5 minute wait. The worker who gave me the refund did apologize. Even if reluctantly, she apologized which I appreciated, and right when I received the refund receipt, the other workers finally finished my order. I ordered regular medium fries, nothing special. So that's why I'm pretty disappointed. I just hope a lesson can be learned. read more

Showed up at 7:30pm to get some fries and got told they stopped serving food all together and I can only get a drink. Would understand if they closed at 8:00 but then I look and they close at 9. I'm well over an hour to get some food. I don't know how you stop serving food an hour and a half early. The store I guess is making their own hours at this point. read more

First off, theres a lot of flies. Second, it was a 45min wait at the time I went. Third, after waiting 45mins there wasn't enough seasoning powder on my fries so we asked for more and they said they had to charge extra .80c. It was so upsetting cause we waited so long, the Giga fries wasn't enough (like how other locations fill it up to the top like a mountain) and they wouldn't add extra powder. read more

They accidentally punch loopy fries but i was ordering regular fries. So i return one because my brother likes loopy. I did return the fries and they insisted i can take the loopy fries. I LOVE potato corner I'm always here and everything always goes well. Whenever I order fries I always ask for extra seasoning which they charge a dollar for. Today however, was just so disappointing. The cashier asked me "you wanted extra seasoning right" and I said yes and he nodded in approval then handed me fries that literally have like no seasoning on them. They usually load fries up with hella seasoning that when you finish them there's a bunch of leftover powder in the bucket. read more

It was a fun, unusual place we happened upon when looking for an easy dinner option. Everything was really tasty however I did knock a star off because they could do a better job describing the different options on the website. My wife thought she was ordering a type of fry but ended up with crispy chips. They were really good, just not what she was expecting. Better descriptions would have prevented the misunderstanding. I like it. They prep and cook it in that little shack. Cool thing about potatoes is it makes me full without eating so much. I found the seasoning choices to be a good variety, and the style of potato. I had the JoJo chips ummm yeah cuz some of my friends call me JoJo ppptthhhh. They're good! Spicy, crunchy, freshly cooked and addicting. So I can't be spending $4 for a small baggy of fresh potato chips everytime, you know. To try at least once in a while, I'd say go for it. Pick an unusual flavor though. And checkout the different cuts. Go on be a potato head! It helps kill time walking around Town Square. read more

So I came over here on my lunch because some of the girls at work said their potatoes are sooo good. I've had their tater tots and wasn't impressed. Honestly I think sonic tater tots are way better. Theirs were dry. But this time I wanted a baked potato. The giant menu says chilli cheese and I ordered chilli cheese baked potato and added sour cream. The girl said its a chilli potato cheese is extra. but the sign says chilli cheese not chilli. She said its chilli cheese is extra. I said fine add cheese then. So I pay 30 cents more for cheese and 30 cents more for sour cream. That's bullshit! Don't put on your menu chilli cheese baked potato and charge extra for cheese. And not only did she not have a cheese button to charge me for it was add chips!!! I waited 20 minutes for this baked potato and she didn't even put it in a bag. Instead I had this really hot plastic container to carry back to my work. It was literally playing hot potato all the way back. The potato wasn't even good and I had wasted half of my lunch buying the damn thing. Yes I am still angry that it cost me over $5 for a rubbery baked potato and all I have to show for it was half of my lunch hour wasted and burnt hands. Don't waste your time or money at this place. I won't. And I plan on telling everyone I work with every time someone asks about this false advertising place. read more

I never take a trip to Town Square without hitting Potato Corner, and I was so excited to see that they've moved to a larger stall! The variety of available potato-forms, the many seasonings offered, the adorable potato mascot...what's not to love? Cinnamon sugar & garlic-parmesan tots are my go-tos and are what I'd highly recommend, but I'm confident that their other options are just as delicious. I've never had a bad experience and everything looks beyond tasty. (Seriously - there's an impressive amount of potential texture/flavor combinations.) This spot is going to be even more perfect when the Chewy Boba stall opens next door! read more

There is always a line at Potato Corner, but with the amount of seasoning and the (huge) portions they give you, it's hard to complain. 3 stars because it annoys the crap out of me when I see workers on their phone when it's busy. I wouldn't mind if it were just a two or three person line, but when seven+ customers are waiting, you need to put in work! You can tweet about how busy it is after the rush, lol! read more

Door sign says 1 on Saturday and Sunday. Waited about 15 mins after stated opening time but no one showed up. Really sucks because I've been wanting to try the food but don't know if I'll want to anymore. From the reviews I've seen it seems like it would be a cool place to try but who knows. They must be told in training to say the wait is 25min. That is ridiculous for a food shack to say that when everything is pre measured and presumed. Their fry cooking process is a no brainer... you get you food faster at a fast food and that's a whole meal. If it's a tactic to cover themselves in case they take that long, they need to rethink that tactic because most of the poor reviews are because of that and to mention sales that are lost because if it read more

The French fries were okay... they were just basic French fries with seasoning on top. And the wings were horrible. When I first opened my "little lunch box" I was surprised to see FIVE tiny wings. So when I told them that I ordered "6 wings" they said "oh sorry but if you want 6 wings then you have to order it by itself, but if you order the 6 wings with the combo, we will only give you 5 wings." Like HONESTLY does that even make sense!?!? That statement alone just made me want to eat somewhere else tbh. That aside when I saw the size of these wings I was surprised, I mean these wings were SO SMALL (picture provided) and they weren't even seasoned, they were just covered in flour and deep-fried. Not to mention if you order any drink they did the old "fill the whole glass with ice and make no room for the actual drink" method. I love the old Potato Corner before they moved to the new food court. The fries were always good and well seasoned, plenty of powders on their fries. I noticed ever since they open in the new court. They aren't as generous on the seasoning and the fries is not as good like they used to be . I don't really mind, i'll just pay for more seasonings. Today (1/2/2022, around 7:30) I ordered my usual fries that I always get, with extra powder. But I saw that the fries I ordered with extra powder looks really bland, doesn't look like what I always get, so I asked them for more seasoning. They said that it's already extra powder, if I want more powder I have to pay more. I told them I already paid for extra powder and it's doesn't looks like what I asked and paid for. Who ever that Asian lady is needs to understand that you're supposed to satisfy the customer and not piss them off.
