What should be highly recommended are comfortable shoes to stand in, a chair to eat while in line before your food gets cold, and a fan because you're going to leave this place smelling like bbq. Pro tip: there is a sign for drinks. That is NOT a drink line despite a line being under that sign. I can tell you that after standing in it for 5 mins and realizing nobody was being served drinks. Drinks are at the register. Also, Orange = Jarritos. Not orange juice. Oh, but the reviews are so good. The meat is so soft. No. Not at all. Chewy. Flavorless. Thrown in your face by the Cook. Not a chef, a cook. There is no greeting. There is no thank you. There is no Customer Service. Did I mention that this place is full of drunk people? I mean, at least they're all nice. :) The door is dirty when you walk in. Drinks are spilled because the drunk people can't balance themselves. Parking stalls are tight. All done ordering? Go check out. That might be the last line that you stand in. And when you get to the counter and you order small drinks and you finish paying, be prepared to be yelled at by someone who speaks only Spanish because apparently they don't sell small drinks here. Not sure why, but the cashier (who also only spoke Spanish) gave me water cups when I asked to purchase small sodas. What a visit!! I haven't started eating yet and I've been humiliated with a crowd of people staring at me, thinking I "stole" soda. SMH Ps there is no salsa bar so you better make sure you order your food exactly how you want in one of the many lines will be standing in. Add extra seasoning. Pps there's a line for the restroom!! Hahah. Ppps there are a lot of what looks like loyal customers. I watched their faces as they were treated with poor customer service. Nobody wants to complain, which is partly why motivated me to write this - to tell you it wasn't just me. Some people love this place. This isn't for me.

Food: The food was a little pricey for what they were offering and didn't have a large variety of food to pick from. I got the 6-wing combo and my friend got the chicken strips. The French fries were okay... they were just basic French fries with seasoning on top. And the wings were horrible. When I first opened my "little lunch box" I was surprised to see FIVE tiny wings. So when I told them that I ordered "6 wings" they said "oh sorry but if you want 6 wings then you have to order it by itself, but if you order the 6 wings with the combo, we will only give you 5 wings." Like HONESTLY does that even make sense!?!? That statement alone just made me want to eat somewhere else tbh. That aside when I saw the size of these wings I was surprised, I mean these wings were SO SMALL (picture provided) and they weren't even seasoned, they were just covered in flour and deep-fried. Not to mention if you order any drink they did the old "fill the whole glass with ice and make no room for the actual drink" method. In conclusion just come here for the atmosphere and to bring your kids to play, but don't eat at "potato Corner" unless you want to get ripped off for bland and expensive food. read more

I love the old Potato Corner before they moved to the new food court. The fries were always good and well seasoned, plenty of powders on their fries. I noticed ever since they open in the new court. They aren't as generous on the seasoning and the fries is not as good like they used to be . I don't really mind, i'll just pay for more seasonings. Today (1/2/2022, around 7:30) I ordered my usual fries that I always get, with extra powder. But I saw that the fries I ordered with extra powder looks really bland, doesn't look like what I always get, so I asked them for more seasoning. They said that it's already extra powder, if I want more powder I have to pay more. I told them I already paid for extra powder and it's doesn't looks like what I asked and paid for. The server once again tell me if I want more I have to pay. At this point I don't even bother to say more. I just feel very unfair, disappointed, and annoyed. I have never had an issue with this location at town square but it is absolutely insane how little amount of seasoning they put on the fries now. I have come here many times and fries have never looked this bland. And they can't even put seasoning in a cup on the side Just for the inconvenience. Who ever that Asian lady is needs to understand that you're supposed to satisfy the customer and not piss them off. And she had the nerve to say "ask for extra next time" THERE HAS BEVER BEEN SUCH LITTLE AMOUNT OF SEASONING TO EVEN ASK FOR EXTRA. Definitely never coming back again. We didn't even touch the fries but they can't take it back because of COVID ?even though the second we looked at them we didn't want to touch them cause they looked horrible. Had a really good experience at Potato Corner! The food was fresh, crispy, and seasoned really well. The fries were perfectly seasoned. And the portions were great. We love Potato Corner and get them almost every time we go to Town Square. However the wait time and customer service is always bad. Today with 4 workers there, our order took 25 minutes to be done! The bbq fries were bland almost without seasoning. We ordered chicken tenders and got chicken poppers. I did not see them until we were already driving home. I recently visited Potato Corner with high hopes for some deliciousness, but sadly, my experience fell far short of expectations. The chicken strips I ordered were more akin to nuggets than strips, lacking quality and freshness. While the fries were okay, they didn't make up for the disappointment of the chicken. Thankfully, he noticed before swallowing it, hopefully there wasn't anymore of the blue plastic in any other pieces that he didn't notice... but this could have easily caused harm. This situation made us lose trust in the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen. I would strongly recommend the location take a closer look at their food handling procedures to prevent something like this from happening again.

We especially like coming during happy hour so we can enjoy the shakes at half price. The service was very fast, the staff was friendly, and the food tasted exactly the way we remembered it. One thing to know is that the fries here are very thin and crispy. We actually like them that way and usually end up using a lot of ketchup with them. The three of us had another fun meal here, and afterward we went upstairs to the movie theater and enjoyed a movie. It was a simple but really enjoyable family outing, and we'll probably keep coming back whenever we're in Vegas.

Since she had never been to a Steak n Shake before, this seemed like a quick and easy way to get some food (and a shake) before a little wasting of money. The entire experience was not great. While we were seated quickly, the service was very slow. Robert--our server--was nice, but was MIA for the majority of the meal. While the restaurant was steady, it wasn't packed and I didn't even see him for large stretches of time. Our shakes (Reese's and Butterfinger) were both good, and quite large which was nice given that they were $8.45. But my burger sliders (or shooters) as they are called, were very underwhelming. The Frisco was decent, but the barbecue one had just a tiny dollop of sauce on it, and the third was so unremarkable I can't even recall what it was. It had been so long since I had been to one of these, and no good reason to go back anytime soon. I'm sure the Steak n Shake fans are really disappointed to find out that this is a location that does not participate in their rewards program, either...

I had the 10 piece soy garlic strips since I always prefer boneless options. These were delicious, juicy, and crispy. Extremely addictive!! I also tried the omurice which is a Japanese dish that is typically an omelette of fried rice. This wasn't exactly that and was more fried rice with an egg on top. Decent but not amazing. If you're in the mood for Korean fried chicken you simply cannot go wrong with Bonchon!
