I've been reading the recent 1-star reviews and I'm so glad I didn't experience all that! I do agree the quality of service has declined since I was there before the pandemic, but it wasn't the worst imo. when I got there, there was no line to order and the person closest to the cash register just stood there. I waited and someone who was working on putting the fries in the cooker came to take my order. he was nice and efficient. I was really surprised by the long wait- about 30 mins for a jumbo. there were maybe 5 orders ahead of mine, but the workers just didn't seem like they were trying to get out orders quickly. the fries were good & well-seasoned, but wish they were crispier. I've loved potato corner for as long as I could remember. Growing up in the Philippines it's always been a kind of pricy treat for us. To this day, I get excited to go to the mall to be able to have a slice of my childhood every time I buy some fries. There are a lot more options here than when I was younger and it really is the best. The flavors taste just the same since they get them shipped from the same suppliers overseas. Everything's made to order so it usually entails a bit of a line and a wait to get my fix. I usually come to this locations very pleased with polite service and I would usually give a 5-star review. But today I have to say I'm absolutely devastated by the service I got. There were only two girls working today and one of them (Naomi I believe, that's the name on the receipt she checked us at the counter. Dark hair light eyes) is working so so hard and still just as polite as usual. While the other girl (glasses and braids) has been terribly rude with the customers and going on her phone while the other girl is cooking up all the orders. The food is still top notch and that's why the review still has stars. I don't typically write bad reviews at all to give some benefit of the doubt that people have bad days. But seeing how hard the other girl is working to make up for the other one is really sad to me and I hope management does something about it. We asked for napkins and she gave us a big sigh and slammed the napkins on the counter. The other girl asked for help at the cashier while she cooked more fries and she kept texting on her phone like she heard nothing. It's a very open kiosk and all the customers can see and hear what's going on. I hope they vet their new hires for better work ethic and customer service skills next time. read more

This branch offers the exact same thing that we have in the Philippines and is very nostalgic. Staff are generally nice unless you come during their busy hours (around 6pm) when they can become slightly more irritable but within reasonable grounds. I literally told this girl I'm here for a pick up order, and she said she'll get it. She looked around, and just walked out of the booth without saying anything to me.
