They rebranded and now are Potatoe Spot. Ordering is simple enough. Choose size, type of fry, seasoning, and optional combo. The front girl was very nice. But the service was so slow. The other worker did not even load my fries in until 5 minutes after I ordered. Then it took another ten to get them. Too much standing around before Iwvwn had my order start was uncalled for. Fries themselves were good (I got classic BBQ) but for the price and time there are much better options here. read more

I love potato corner but recently the quality has been downgraded, and I felt really sad. This location specifically made me feel really sad because they did not put the fries into the regular cups that they usually do, and I felt so scammed with the togo plate. It was like maybe a small instead of the large like I ordered. On top of that, the employee that was preparing my food barely put any seasoning on the fries, which made it VERY plain at the bottom. Haha!!! Maybe today was an off day. Then I read the reviews and they all say what I'm about to say lol. Customer service SUCKS!!! There was two teenage boys, one at the register and one cooking. The young man at the register didn't greet us. We placed our order (1 original, 1 sour cream, 1 garlic parm). We could barley hear him. I think we asked him to repeat himself three or four times. My son asked for a water cup and accidentally spilled it in front of the kiosk. When I alerted the restaurant staff, he shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn't do anything. Two or three other people walked by and mentioned the water spill also and he again shrugged. I subsequently used a crap ton of napkins and got the water up so no one slipped. This location is next to the food court on Level 2 and it is NOT Closed. Looks like under new management. I came here a month ago and the fries were different. Today they taste like how they usually taste: delicious. They don't have the mega or giga buckets though. Fries came in a smaller container like in my photo. read more

As my wife and I were walking to get a Philly cheesesteak in Arrowhead mall, we were stopped by samples from this place, Potato Corner Arrowhead. The sample flavors were a mix of chili BBQ and sour cream. As we tried them for the first time, it was an explosion of flavors in our mouth. We instantly turned around from our walk for a sandwich and ended up getting a meal of chicken tenders and loopy fries with chili BBQ and sour cream with a Diet Coke. The portions were phenomenal and the customer service was fantastic! Highly recommend stopping by! read more

this the giga size. minus 3 fries. the first version they gave me was less than this . after i asked for them to remake it this is what we were given. In other potato corners I have been to a mega size is bigger than this portion.. not worth it. rename to potato corner samplers and reduce price to meet accordingly. read more

Everything is "made fresh" from plastic frozen bags. The tater tots are basically oreida tater tots. The seasoning is alright. They don't fill the soda all the way up and it was really flat. Definitely overpriced for what you get. read more

I love potato corner but this potato corner always make the most dumbest excuse ever 24/7 every time I come it alway says be back soon or be back getting supplies when everybody knows that they do this all the time and it's getting in my last nerves . Hire some new people bc these people ain't doing there job right ! I have stopped by this location on 3 separate occasions and have never been able to order. The first time I got there a few minutes before 7:30 and she told me they were closed, the second it was 1:45pm and they were on "lunch" until 2:30 and the third it was at 3:45pm on a Saturday and there was a line of people waiting to get their food and they told me they weren't taking any more orders because it's a part time job and they've been working alot of hours. I'm not sure who the manager/owners are or this company, but this is not a way to make or keep business. I will never try to stop by again read more

They cook the fries as you wait. They are very good fresh crispy and hot. Try them. You won't be disappointed.

Food took a while to come out and the women taking our order had a very bad attitude. There we're two people behind us that got their food before us and it was multiple orders of fries when we only got one order. Every time i come to the mall, this place doesn't seem open and i thought it was shut down because no one is ever there. but for the sake of the people ordering here, i wish they were out of business. I'm not one to leave comments or be rude for people trying to be successful but they didn't seem like they were trying at all and didn't care if they were 20 minutes late on an order. The food is great but customer service is lacking. The fries were so crispy yet tender. Delicious! When we first got here a 3:30 they were closed for a half hour break. After that got over they closed again again for a half hour. After that they opened for a little while, by as of about 6:00 that have closed for the day. If this is the way they like to operate there business, then I can't imagine them staying in business very long. Even if this is once in a while thing, it is still not the way to operate a successful business. The food we did get was really good, which is a plus, but it doesn't make up for their lackadaisical attitude when it comes to the operation of the business. read more

The only reason I'm giving it a one star its because of the food it tasted very good. For me customer service is a priority more then anything when I go into any business. Although, when I asked for the six peace chicken tenders when I got home I noticed they only gave me four and was charged for six. But the customer service was trash the lady that was there was very rude the way she looked at us and talked to us! We are all humans and everyone needs to be treated fairly when running a business! Its sad to see such a good restaurant with good food but have a very bad customer service. Im definitely not going back for sure. read more

I truly enjoy the fries here! They are so tasty and have such a wide variety of flavors and style of fries. However, the customer service is lacking. I've gone here multiple times and the staff doesn't greet you when you walk up to the stand. Some seemed afraid to even make eye contact. I've been here a couple times because I love potato corner and I've had it WAY better. The first time I came here, there were about 5 workers and they had a long line. I was waiting in line for awhile before I could take my order because most of the workers were just standing around and talking. I got my fries and they were super crispy, to the point where it would break whenever i tried to pick it up with my fork. They also don't proportion it right because they put way too much fries, which i'm not complaining about, but there wasn't enough seasoning to coat all the fries. I know how it tastes because i've been to a potato corner where they make it how it's done, which is not what these workers do. The second time I came, I asked if they can make sure my fries weren't too crispy and to put extra seasoning and they made it the exact same way they made it the first time I came. It's just frustrating because I love potato corner and I can't even enjoy it because they put little to no effort into their job. read more
