Fast food should definately be fast (to get it), but should have some substance. We did get it fast, but nothing was very good and none of it made it all the way off of the plate, plus the pomagranate drink was so bad, the rubbish container almost spit it back. Our cashier made our experience really unpleasant. She was a bit rude by rushing us. There weren't a lot of people behind either. Maybe two people. According the the receipt it says rose. She took cash and change from the previous customer and then proceeded to handle our food . I felt pretty uneasy about eating it after. She the turned on the water behind her after serving us and let the water run. No scrubbing or changing gloves. They had social distance signs but there was no enforcing. I only come here because it's the most convenient fast food place in this mall, as I'm sure most people do. There is a downside to this location, the line here is always more than atleast 10 people long, which is highly inconvenient when the workers can be extremely slow and occasionally dont even know what they're doing. The main reason I'm giving this location two stars is because they NEVER have any super greens, and it takes more than 5 minutes to make. Manager was rude in explaining that the order comes with 4 portions of 7 shrimp and that all of her employees count the shrimp.
