This used to be a fast efficient franchise. They manage the daily lunch crush with skill, but unfortunately, now they under new management. The food is still good, but the service is extremely slow. They tend to process mobile orders last. They come out much longer than anticipated and are usually cold by the time you get them. Also, the new staff seems rude and aloof. Grabbed a sandwich here 1/13/26. Food was good and served warm, as expected from Potbelly. Service, on the other hand, was served cold. Food just doesn't taste as good when a cashier leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Would I come here again? Probably-- but only because it's Potbelly and I like their food. If I peak in and see the same staff, Shake Shack across the street will win the day. read more

First time here was today. The food was good, the cashier was awful. Maybe hire people who actually like their job? The entire set up was weird too. I waited to place an order and the person making the sandwiches didn't even acknowledge I was there. Went to cashier, just as awful, and then didn't even get my order right. I ordered bacon, egg and cheese and they said chicken and cheddar. At least it tasted good. However, I won't be back. The service was absolutely awful. read more

They have a great menu with several very interesting items. I love avocado, so my favorite thing was a chicken sandwich with avocado and crispy bacon. Have a great selection of chips and desserts and drink drinks and friendly team members that were more than happy to help and quickly complete my meal choice. read more

The staff, Kelly in particular, was so very professional, kind, understanding and helpful. The GM brought my order herself. New software is the cause of their headaches, and their customers. I used to live in DC, where I first fell in love with PotBelly's. Since I've moved to California, I've really missed it, so I often order it when I'm traveling. It's mostly OK, but today when I ordered my turkey sandwich, salad and cookie, they were SO fresh and SO good. First off, your app needs to be updated so it doesn't take orders for times before you open. Second, we came back 10 minutes after you were supposed to be open and once the app said the food was ready. We were shooed away by an employee inside who would not even walk near the locked door. The sandwich was not ready until 11:40 (40 minutes after open) and the soup I never got because apparently one cup of soup could not be warmed up in 40 minutes. So, I didn't get what I paid for. This is a great place for sandwiches. The service is quick and friendly. You can get a bottled drink or a fountain drink if you prefer. They have salads and chili too. I ordered the Italian sub and it was very tasty. The chili was very good too. My family's sandwiches looked good too. We shared the cookies-sugar and double chocolate chip and both were good. I'm not sure if you can tell by my passed reviews but I love sandwich shops. This is my 3rd or 4th trip to potbelly and I only have one complaint. What I like is they have a good selection of sandwiches, salads. The bread really sets the apart from the other places. It's a little flatter with bread like feel on the outside instead of the classic crunchy outside soft inside type of bread. My only issue with potbelly is I think there sandwiches are to small. I remember once while on a business trip we had lunch at potbelly and afterward the three of us were still hungry. We ended up going to another place for more food. For me, the worst thing is having a meal and walking out still hungry. Still, you can't beat the price. "Large" sandwich, chip, and drink was about $11. Not bad. read more

We were looking for a place for dinner before a concert and since we waited to the last minute most places were already booked or over an hour wait. The only place we could find was Potbelly Sandwich Shop..... there was no wait here and only a few people even sitting down eating at the scattered tables and chairs. This place reminds me of a Subway shop. They have a large menu on the wall, it was tough making a decision...so many sandwiches to choose from. Ultimately I went with a version of the pizza sandwich, pepperoni, melted swiss cheese, onions, light sauce on a toasted flatbread. When the gentleman putting my sandwich together asked what type of bread I wanted, I said I didn't care and he could choose.... he picked the flatbread and it was really good. Overall this place is ok, super fast to grab a bite, very affordable But this was not my idea of a restaurant for dinner this is a lunch place or just a snack...They don't serve alcohol or any other side dishes. Make sure if your in town for a concert or game make reservations... don't make my mistake. read more

Had a delicious hot Italian sandwich at Potbelly recently. This is one of the best tasting Italians that I've had. The ingredients are fresh and of good quality. I loved every bite of it.
