Typical bagel place, lots of bagel and topping options. The service was fast, even though there was a long line. You order at a touch screen, which seems to speed things up. Coffee is self-serve. The bagels were fine. The basic options were better than some of the other flavors. I was not crazy about their house cream cheese, so I would stick with the plan in the future. This is a good option if you need something quick.

We stopped in for a little bite to eat to start our day. My friend and I both got the hipster bagel with extra hard boiled egg. The sandwich advertised was smashed avocado, hard boiled egg and pickled onion. I had one without the onion. It was tasty enough but I don't think the avocado is fresh, I'm pretty sure it's from a container (like wholly avocado or something similar). I prefer fresh avocado. The bagel was ok and I left with a full tummy. The coffee and decaf were pretty ok. We didn't go back on this trip but for a quick bite it would probably be ok.

I was happy to see a bagel pills downtown while I was running some errands. I decided to stop by and grab a late breakfast. The space is clean, open, and with plenty of seating. The staff were friendly and greeted me as I walked in. They have lots of options in terms of smears, premade combinations, and bagel flavors. I opted for the sun-dried tomato bagel, toasted with a Tex-mex Schmeer and a turkey sausage. The bagel was perfectly toasted with a lovely flavor that wasn't too overwhelming, I love that the smear was not too salty, and the turkey sausage was cooked to perfection!

One of the best bagels I've had in a while. I ordered the Forest City Free Bird . The service was fast and friendly staff. The shop is really cute located in the heart of downtown Cleveland in the Huntington Convention center. I will be back

Stopped by Bagel Boulevard because it's conveniently located near the convention center. The self-serve ordering stations were easy to use, which was a nice touch, but that's about it. It was busy, but the wait felt really long, and the overall vibe inside was loud. I did enjoy the playlist, though. It gave the place a little character. The bagels themselves were just okay. Nothing special. What really bugged me was how all the ingredients were dumped in the center instead of being evenly spread. Every bite was either overloaded or plain. They also didn't have utensils to help with spreading it. Between the slow service and the underwhelming food, it was a pretty "meh" experience. Convenient spot if you're nearby, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

Everything bagel with fried egg and homemade smear! Mmmm

Absolutely delicious!! A hidden gem in the convention center for sure. Open and beautiful atmosphere with pretty cool Cleveland decor. The ordering was easy, staff was serving up mouth watering bagel combos with smiles :) Can't wait to return next time I'm downtown!

Great bagels and an even better price.. super easy ordering system, quick and very friendly! Ordered the Egg Breakfast sandwich which is recommended on sun-dried tomato basil bagel with egg and gruyere cheese and Boursin schmear. So delicious and affordable for a breakfast on the go!

Friendly staff! Super clean. Not sure when this place opened but it was sometime in 2024. Entrance on St. Clair Ave and from inside the Convention Center. No cash, but easy ordering from the Kiosk. Great coffee alternative to Starbucks next door.

Here I am slinging the paints making a sweet Cleveland themed mural in Bagel Boulevard.

The bagels were ok, the coffee was barely drinkable and $5 for a Coke and $8 for a bottle of water is criminal.

Food took forever - didn't help that the workers were talking and laughing to each other, not making any orders

Bialy's Bagels is a small, no frills, budget friendly bagel shop. It's a pick up location only, no…read moretables/table-side service available. You'll find interesting bagel flavors here (such as egg, cinnamon cranberry, and onion) and merch (tees, hoodies, Mish Mosh seasoning, greeting cards, and stickers). My order: - Asiago Bagel - Toasted with Smokie Salmon Schmear ($5) - Bagel was over toasted, dry, and too salty. Schmear was more like lightly whipped cream cheese, not flavorful. Barely there salmon is the best way to describe it. - Cinnamon Cranberry Bagel with Brown Sugar Cinnamon Schmear ($5) - Bagel tasted like plain bagel. Schmear very light on flavor. - Mish Mosh Bagel ($2) - Plain, not toasted. It's their version of everything bagel. I ordered this bagel because I overheard it being a popular choice while waiting for my order. It's way too salty, and I love salt. It didn't taste freshly made this morning and tasted not fully made inside. - Coffee ($2.50 for 2 small coffees): Flavorless and barely warm coffee. The menu is pretty well outlined on multiple signs at checkout. It clearly indicates up charges and premium topics. If you purchase bagels dozen, you'll get one bagel for free. Other options are sammies, bialy wheels, and bialy sticks. Most customers ordered baker dozen during my visit. Service: Service was alright. I felt a lot of pressure to order (especially as the first timer). Other guests were pretty rushed too. Checkout did not make much sense too. If you order a dozen bagels, they'll take your order in line. If you order a single bagel with schmear or sandwiches, you must go to the checkout counter and repeat your entire order. Service was quick, my order was up quickly and all customers were addressed in a timely manner. Parking: Parking lots are available in the front and the back of the store. The bagel shop is in a little strip mall area. If you're looking for a wallet-friendly bagel, this is the place to be. If you're looking for bold flavors or more standard bagel experience, it's probably best to venture out. I unfortunately personally didn't enjoy any part of my meal but appreciated the low prices.

I'm sorry. I don't mean to be contrary, but after reading several of the 5 star reviews for this…read moreplace, I had to step outside to check if I was in the same establishment. The only reason I gave them a 2 was because our server (when she finally showed up) tried hard to be sweet. I was a little apprehensive when we walked in and there was only two guys in the whole place, and they were drinking their lunch. We seated ourselves, because there was no one at the door and no instructions, so we didn't know what else to do. We sat in clear view of the bar so the bartender, who was the only employee visible, could see us easily. She glanced over a couple times, tinkered around behind the bar, and talked on her phone. But never acknowledged us. We decided to sit for up to 5 minutes and if nothing happened we would just leave. Finally, the establishment's sole employee wandered over with menus and water and thanked us for being patient... Really? My wife ordered a breakfast sandwich and I ordered a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese and honey. We both ordered coffee. Our food showed up quickly enough. My wife's looked and tasted pretty good. Mine showed up as a toasted bagel with honey... no cream cheese? Our server was kind enough to bring me my cream cheese when I requested it. And the bagel was okay after that. I could tell just looking at it that the coffee was going to be a real experience. It was as black as tar. And even after 3 creams, that's exactly what it tasted like... Tar. It was horrible! I don't know what to tell you. Other people seemed to like this place. Who am I to argue with their experience. All I can tell you is my experience was terrible. We're writing this place off.
